I sometimes find that products I'm designing could have more than one purpose. It would be nice (and time saving) if we could assign a product to more than one category so it automatically appears it two (or more) categories when we post it. For example, one might want to post window cling decals to an "office" or "business" category and also post it in a "car accessories" category. The car guy may never look at the business category and vice versa. Automatically posting them in both categories at one time would very efficiently serve them up to both interests. Thank you.

Hi, while I really like the current Insitu photos for these pillows, I just wanted to suggest adding a photo that displays both the front and the back of the product. Many of these items feature different designs on each side. Just a suggestion.

Here's an idea. The consensus seems to be that hiding products is better than deleting them. What that means is that it is possible to build up quite a number of hidden products, and as additional "needs optimising" items are automatically added by Zazzle, can make the hidden section unwieldy. I'd like to suggest having an option to "archive" products that one is unlikely to display for sale again, so they are always there should you change your mind in the future for any reason, leaving the hidden section uncluttered.

I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image.

Zazzle People, Please help us by creating a way for us to quickly move products from one store to the other. That way we could make each store as mean and lean as possible and have better results from cohesive branding and marketing I would think. This would help those of us who have created many products across different types of niches form better store pages and have more cohesion in general. I personally think it would help boost sales. It would be great if the Home & Living cross-sell collections would be formatted like the Event and Business Cross-sell collections. It's super helpful to be able to see other variations of the same product directly underneath a product. Especially for pillows, where we might have several coordinating pillows in a collection that people would potentially want to buy together. I realize that it would be impossible to make "grouped" products for every conceivable subcategory under Home & Living, but the major things like pillows, mugs, bedding, and bathroom could have their groups. Even better would be to let us choose 5-10 custom groupings for each collection.

Hello! As creators, it would be exceptionally helpful to have a “heads up” when an item is low on stock. This would be a fantastic time for us to really champion customers visiting the site and making those purchases before the item is gone (or at least gone for awhile). Even more critical, we need to know when an item is out of stock. We have advertising everywhere and promote heavily. Sending customers to out of stock items— or worse, discontinued ones with a 404 message— looks bad for everyone. Other POD sites do this, so I know it’s possible. Thank you for your consideration. I often get simple design requests from customers for things like changing colors or fonts, moving elements around, or adding a photo to a design that doesn't have one. The vast majority of these requests are things the customer could easily do themselves if they just had a basic understanding of the design tool and what it can do. Some customers are comfortable with the FAFO method (ie messing around until they figure it out) but others just need a little bit of instruction. It would be SOOO helpful if there was a simple tutorial that I could point them to for help. The current help files are all geared toward designers and they're just WAY too much. Something simple that is geared towards customers who want to make a few changes to an existing design would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

I would like to be able to type in a page number on the products page in addition to the arrows. For example, if I need to do something with a product on page 15 and I have 30 pages, that's a lot of clicks forward, when it would be easier just to type 15 and go directly to that page of products.

May any people fold their kitchen towels in thirds (like me). The view Zazzle uses now is at an angle, and it skews the view. Is there a way we could show kitchen towels in situ with a fold in thirds straight on? Thanks

It would be really nice to have a marketplace department for certificates--gift certificates, certificates of appreciation, etc. There are a lot of them available on Zazzle, yet there is no department dedicated to them.

I have a number of wedding enclosures designed on the small cards - stuff like website etc. The problem is that in sizes smaller than 3.5x5 they're only available in matte or ultra-thick paper. All of the other paper choices are missing. This is a real problem for people ordering wedding suites if they can't order the enclosures to match the invitations etc. Please consider making those smaller sizes available in all paper types.

I just noticed a new bell notification. "We think you'll like this store". 🔔 Does it make sense to offer this to creators? I would like to opt out of this and "Designer just created a new collection". I stopped following fellow creators because of that. I would love to follow them with opting out of notifications (like YouTube has). I can't have notifications full of things I am not interested in. 🔕 Then I don't see the things like "somebody added your item in a collection", new review.. and important stuff like this. Another one is when somebody gets extra generous (thank you ❤️ ) and gives a lot of Zazzle likes & the notifications are so long it overrides everything else that I might be interested in. Can you make longer scroll bar for notifications? I would really love to have different options for notifications. 💡If I think about it all, the easiest solution would be at least a longer scroll bar option. It is weird that we can't see all of our notifications. Can we access them somewhere? Please @zazzle consider this. Thank you!

We designers all receive emails from customers asking us to make changes to an order they have placed. I reply to their email telling them to cancel the order and place it again with the correct text and explained how to get hold of Zazzle customer support, but many customers don't always check for responses, they just assume their problem has been taken care of because they sent an email with instructions, so this new order will be wrong and cancelled after delivery, a loss for me as well as Zazzle. Wondering if Zazzle could throw up a "prompt" when a customer initiates an email to designers explaining that designers do not work for Zazzle and cannot make changes to an existing order, but to contact them with design questions BEFORE purchase, similar to what happens when you use the world glitter, lace or metallic....thank you.

I am So tired of each time I am working on a design I have to click off this annoying popup that covers up most of the page - is this how we are losing self referrals I have to ask? But that aside, I'm working ... Not buying.. it is VERY annoying.. if I were just a customer - I think this would be enough for me to say Goodbye - and go elsewhere.. popups are annoying to just about everyone .. I'd think Zazzle would know that - the internet is full of junk mail & unsolicited ads.. and this qualifies IMHO - Please Stop or at least give us a way in our profiles to click an option to not have this in our faces.. I bet I click off of these 20/ 30 times a day.. drives me nuts

I would like to request that Zazzle change the wording on the tick box that allows the buyer to remove attribution from the backs of certain products. If it just didn't say anything about removing designer attribution but only said "remove Zazzle attribution" or "remove Zazzle QR code" Then it would solve the problem for those of us who have our own locked logos and attributions added prior to all this. This would avoid angry buyers who pay to have the attribution removed and then see that the designer logo is still there. Then we designers would not have to delete and remake them. This seems like it would be an easy fix. Thank you for considering it.

Many folks fold their bath towels in thirds for display. The image Zazzle uses is folded in half. It would be nice if there was also an image with the towel folded in thirds so the monogram would show. The way it is now, if someone adds a monogram centered it doesn't show.
