Could Zazzle automatically detect where a near identical greeting card (or other product) has been added tens or hundreds of times in the marketplace targeting every conceivable combination of age and family relation? Then add a "variants" button either to the marketplace entry or the product page, which a customer can click on to see the variants, making it a choice to browse through the tens or hundreds of combinations, rather than those combinations flooding the marketplace for everybody?

Just today I was wondering how many products I have that were resubmitted but have not yet been approved and available to the customer. If you have ever tried to find these you know what a daunting task this can be especially since there is no current filter to apply in search. Thank you in advance for considering this

It would be nice to have the ability to add 'Bold, Stroke and Drop Shadow' options to the fonts that Zazzle provides. While some fonts are already bolded I may not want to use those specific fonts for a design I have. For example, let's say I have a really 'busy' design for an invitation. Either a white or black color text may work in terms of standing out. However, I might prefer to use white because the black font appears too harsh against my color scheme. If I use white it does not really pack a punch because the font I chose to use is too light . If I choose a darker font that's not already pre-bolded it still may be too light because of the font. Also, let's say I choose to use a font that is not bolded on another design that's not so 'busy'. I can use a 'stroke' or 'drop shadow' to give it a subtle bold look that will stand out more. In sum, Zazzle has a plethora of font options ranging from bold, italic and script. I appreciate this. However, designers like myself who love typography can only use the fonts provided or otherwise create a graphic image for i.e. a main title. I feel we need more freedom in terms of font customization with the fonts provided to suit our design needs.

Product images in the media downloads section with the correct shape/size specific to Zazzle products on a transparent background would really simplify the process of creating cover photos , with creators only needing to add a simple shadow and mock-up background. Thanks.

I know some version of this has been suggested before, and I know Zazzle already has a huge amount of products that they offer, but I would love if there were some more all-over-print clothing options. I know tees and sweatshirts has been suggested in the past. Personally I would love to see dresses and skirts, possibly sports bras or other sporty tops to go with the different leggings we already have. I even tried setting up a separate store using Printful because of the different dress and skirt options they have, but it was taking too much time away from creating for Zazzle, and I already had enough on my plate.

When clicking from the earnings page to see what sold, working on a transfer or anything else that involves the product page, it's extremely annoying and distracting to have to smack the escape key when that giant ad banner shows up. What I'd like to suggest is a small checkbox on these banners that say something like a simple "No Thanks", "Don't Show Again" or "I'm a Designer not a Shopper", or maybe a "Do Not Disturb" setting I could select so that Zazzle doesn't bother me with any popups at all, including the "Continue This Design" popup reminder for saved designs. In fact for that I'd like to suggest a "Saved Design" indicator at the top of the product page that I could click on instead. Anything that would create a more distraction-free environment that doesn't disrupt the design process would be a welcome change. Thx.

We are artist, we are not computer wizards, for what I can see most artist in zazzle are over 50, only a small percentage will be computer savvy, and zazzle keeps changing things all the time, like create a video, changing the collections, change every year or two the design tool, wants us to promote, create websites, pay for advertising in social media, give the artist a break please, just tell us what zazzle is doing for the artists like for example, where does zazzle promote the site, apart from google, and who is promoted. ‘it will be nice to know also why one of my zazzle friends was having 4,000 sales a month every month for more than 8 years constantly, and suddenly my friend doesn’t even get 800 sales a month, why the change, what has changed, zazzle algorithm or is it promoting sellers that the hierarchy in zazzle like? I just wanted to vent sorry if I offended anyone. William

Could we have the orientation option in the editor for the Trifold Wallet? It's landscape only at present, so portrait designs have to be put together on their side. The inside shot is displayed in portrait, suggesting that it's opened at that angle. Thanks 🙂

So I've just gone through my daily ritual of checking my messages and explaining to various customers that I can't make changes for them after they've placed and order. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd like to suggest that Zazzle make some attempt to explain to customers how the process works. A non-trivial percentage of customers assume when they fill out the form to personalize their design, that what they are doing is sending me instructions for how they want me to customize their invitation (or whatever.) They don't understand that they are actually doing the customization themselves, and that it's an automated WYSIWYG process. It seems like a great deal of confusion could be avoided if Zazzle gave them a quick message when they put something in their cart. Maybe a screen that showed them the product mockup and said something like "Congratulations, your design is complete! Here's what your printed product will look like!" Just something to make it clear that what they see is what they get, and that the design process is over once they finish the purchase. To be clear, my issue is NOT that I have to deal with these customers. Trust me, by now, I have simple cut and paste answers for this situation because I have to deal with it at least several times per week. I just think that a lot of customer unhappiness and frustration could be avoided if some attempt was made to explain the process so they're not assuming that I'm going to tweak and perfect their design after they submit it. Thanks for considering it!

Researching "medallions" for another project idea, I came across these pewter labels or peel and stick adhesive labels, custom made, and it made we think how neat of an offering that it would be if Zazzle could come across a supplier for something similar. Basically, it's like creating embossed style stickers that would go on specific products for businesses or special projects for customers. Idk, does anyone know if you could "emboss" a custom cut sticker? Or round or square stickers for that matter? That may be an alternative. *Edited to add: Creating foil labels would make wonderful wedding ideas come to life!

Would it be possible to add some additional tee shirt color choices for women? The "Women's Basic T-Shirt" only comes in white, pink, grey, red, black, and blue, with only three of these (black, red, royal blue) available for vivid printing. In theory the Bella + Canvas style offers a wide range of color choices, but nearly all of them have been out of stock for months, and the colors that aren't are basically the same options (grey, white, red, black, blue, pink) offered in the Women's Basic T-Shirt. This is such a limited range, and colors like bright red and royal blue don't work well with a lot of designs. I've been using the unisex "Basic T-Shirt" instead, as it comes in more colors. Unfortunately, there is only one merchandising photo showing a female model, and she is paired with a male model. The new collections setup includes tee shirts as a "recommended product" for bridal showers or bachelorette parties; it's incredibly awkward to show, say, a "bride to be" design on a male model. I would love to see more color choices for women's shirts, or at the very least, a woman modeling the unisex shirt (without a man in the photo). It would also be great to have a maternity tee shirt option and/or a model showing how the Basic T-Shirt fits a pregnant woman (if it even fits at all?) The baby shower collections suggest adding a "mommy to be" shirt, so it's frustrating that there isn't actually a product suitable for this type of design.

Any idea when Zazzle will start offering the option to create all over pod on t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies? Printify is offering this as is Sublinator. They use the sublimination printing process and quality is high. Seems Zazzle shoppers would also like the option to purchase these items.

It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. This would not happen if Bata testing was performed.

I have noticed in the share html from the store front share buttons it has "alt="undefined"
Could that be updated to maybe "Visit RedPoppyShop on Zazzle" and also for the second "undefined" say "Visit RedPoppyShop"
Thanks!

I know this has been discussed to death, and I know Zazzle is analyzing data from the test run, but I just want to add another voice to the chorus begging for this feature. I just had to delete about 30 products that I'd already promoted because I discovered that I forgot to set the inner fill property on the photo template. It just kills me not to be able to fix things like that, and deleting products after they've already been promoted is such a messy solution.

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post. Today there is an annoying blue banner that pops up at the top of design editing. It has to be closed every time it comes up. As a designer I know when an item is not sized right, I do miss the ability to see the yellow indicator at the edge of the image but it is easy to look to the left.. I do not know what this is good for other than annoying anyone using the editor. Please let us turn this off or have it work some way so that it does not have to be closed in order to keep working. This is just one more bad attempt at improving the editor for the new user or those who decide to work on one item they are buying.

It takes a very long time to go into every sub-sub-sub category and delete them before you can delete your main categories. Here is an example from my store. The subcategory is 7 levels deep, and you have to click on the Categories tab within each one to get to the next level, so it would take 14 clicks, plus 2 to confirm delete, to get to delete that subcategory. Over many categories, this takes a long time. If the categories are empty - have no products in them - then I don't see why we shouldn't be able to delete a category and all the empty sub-categories within it. It would really help me re-organise stores with poorly designed categories. ALSO, having to edit categories in this way means opening a lot of tabs, which seems to trigger Zazzle's 'Are You A Bot' popup, which REFUSES to close for me no matter how many attempts or if i log out / clear cookies.

By typing "thank you cards" into the Zazzle search bar, a drop-down list appears of various options one can click---and not ONE offers "non-wedding thank you" or maybe "everyday thank you cards" or something like that. I, a designer, wanted to find a page of non-wedding, general occasion thank you cards for a link to add to a social media to go along with a collection I was posting and it was practically IMPOSSIBLE to get away from photo wedding thank you and to find more generalized, everyday sort of thank you's. After trying a variety of search terms, using "any occasion thanks," FINALLY brought me to cute, more generalized non-wedding thank you cards. It didn't used to be so difficult. Not having a search option in the Zazzle list of suggested searches for people looking for non-wedding thank you cards hurts designers like myself and others who DO design cute, non-wedding, more general occasion thank you cards & postcards and you are hurting our sales by NOT offering a way to access them! Tell this suggestion to your Team.

Please consider coding the design interface and tools area to allow for customizing a design for an individual size variation. Other white label and retail POD sites have this feature. An example would be, for the window curtains, the smallest size and the longest size, we need to make the design fit both sizes, when we should be able to customize the placement for each size in the designer workspace.
