One of my customers just sent me an image of some wedding stationery that she printed out on deckled (torn edge) paper. She purchased an instant download and had it printed elsewhere because she wanted the deckled edge. It looked SOOO good and it made me wish that we could offer that. I don't know what sort of technical issues there are with printing on that sort of paper, but it would be wonderful for invitations, programs, menus, and all sorts of wedding stationery.

It would be really nice to have a marketplace department for certificates--gift certificates, certificates of appreciation, etc. There are a lot of them available on Zazzle, yet there is no department dedicated to them.

I wish Zazzle offered more plus-sized women's clothing, especially all-over print leggings and shirts. I would also like to see all-over--print shorts and skirts offered, especially in plus sizes. I really think these would sell. Personally, I would love to buy some of the leggings I see here, but they don't come in my (fat) size! Please consider us larger women, and offer plus-sized clothing!

It would be great if we had the possibility to put some kind of "away or out of office" automatic reply into the chat. With the hurricane we had just now I knew that I would be without power and internet for days so any requests coming in during that time just sat for days in the chat. Additionally when I finally got to them they were about production and shipping so not for me to solve anyways... would have been great to have an auto-reply message to inform customers and redirect them to customer support. I tried to utilize the custom message in the chat settings with an out-of-office text but customers don't seem to see or read that message.

Zazzle — Please don’t roll out new features—especially one that includes big changes—on a Friday and then abandon creators over the weekend with no support or feedback until Monday. Better yet, roll out of new features should occur on Mondays, so creators can access the help they need (via forum moderators, software engineers, programmers, etc.) for a full five days. As you can see by the comments, and the frustration, and the amount of questions, this roll out was not smooth sailing. In addition, before a big change—like new collections—rolls out, create test groups before launch to work out as many kinks and questions as possible, and provide thorough training via videos, forum posts, and emails to creators before roll out—with an extra emphasis on training before roll out. If someone is buying a digital download of an invitation, they should not be allowed to apply a 50% off coupon to a digital download. They should have to pay full price for the invitation for the convenience of gettin our product not as a POD item at a POD site lol. An invite that would be $12-14 ($12-18 on Etsy in the good old days) should not be given away for a measly $5.98. Please consider restricting coupons to printed products. They are getting a crazy deal if they are getting our goods for pennies. While I appreciate that the percentage is much more fair, the price they ultimately pay is NOT lining up with what we would charge for a digital design on other marketplaces or our own websites. I would also really love to be able to see if they are erasing all the text and downloading blanks etc. We have no access to see the edits being made to see if our proprietary goods are being abused. There should be a way to turn the pink lines on and off in the design area. I still can't get some of my images to line up perfectly. The pink lines are way too thick and it's difficult to see the green lines or pink lines, when trying to line up images. I never had a problem using the green lines to snap the images in line, before the changes.

Would love to have more size options for the Wooden Box Signs. These are very popular for home decor and most that I see in stores are larger in size to cover a wall. Would love to see 11 x 14 and 16 x 20 inch sizes available in both portrait and landscape styles. Maybe even some larger square styles as well. Thanks!

I know some version of this has been suggested before, and I know Zazzle already has a huge amount of products that they offer, but I would love if there were some more all-over-print clothing options. I know tees and sweatshirts has been suggested in the past. Personally I would love to see dresses and skirts, possibly sports bras or other sporty tops to go with the different leggings we already have. I even tried setting up a separate store using Printful because of the different dress and skirt options they have, but it was taking too much time away from creating for Zazzle, and I already had enough on my plate.

I know this has been discussed to death, and I know Zazzle is analyzing data from the test run, but I just want to add another voice to the chorus begging for this feature. I just had to delete about 30 products that I'd already promoted because I discovered that I forgot to set the inner fill property on the photo template. It just kills me not to be able to fix things like that, and deleting products after they've already been promoted is such a messy solution.

I have tons of old products sitting in the “under review” area that I want gone. In addition, sometimes when I’ve submitted new products that require review I realize that I’ve made errors and want to delete those after submitting corrected ones. So they no longer need review and would only waste the reviewer’s time. Why can’t we delete from this area? It doesn’t make sense to me. The same holds true for the “revise and resubmit” area.

As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email. They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected." I have no idea what they're talking about. I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected." Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response. Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Thank you.

So I've just gone through my daily ritual of checking my messages and explaining to various customers that I can't make changes for them after they've placed and order. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd like to suggest that Zazzle make some attempt to explain to customers how the process works. A non-trivial percentage of customers assume when they fill out the form to personalize their design, that what they are doing is sending me instructions for how they want me to customize their invitation (or whatever.) They don't understand that they are actually doing the customization themselves, and that it's an automated WYSIWYG process. It seems like a great deal of confusion could be avoided if Zazzle gave them a quick message when they put something in their cart. Maybe a screen that showed them the product mockup and said something like "Congratulations, your design is complete! Here's what your printed product will look like!" Just something to make it clear that what they see is what they get, and that the design process is over once they finish the purchase. To be clear, my issue is NOT that I have to deal with these customers. Trust me, by now, I have simple cut and paste answers for this situation because I have to deal with it at least several times per week. I just think that a lot of customer unhappiness and frustration could be avoided if some attempt was made to explain the process so they're not assuming that I'm going to tweak and perfect their design after they submit it. With Back to School coming, I would love to be able to individually customize each pocket folder in the set, especially with no opportunity to buy a single folder. This option exists for the file folders, and the results are lovely. I know pocket folders are great for businesses and their presentations for clients/etc; however, for students and teachers, this offering does not seem to be terribly relevant. As a teacher for nearly 20 years and obviously a student for many years prior to that 😊, I always selected different colors for different periods or subjects in my day. My students I taught did the same, and my son and his teachers also use this method. I love designing the file folders, but for students and teachers, I’d love to add the option of a cool pack of coordinating, but different, pocket folders. Thank you, Amanda
