Would you please consider making the new blue "chat with us" thing and the "preview" window draggable items? They're in the way. The "chat with us" also blocks the tooltips. Ideally, I'd like the option to close out the "chat with us", but I know that's not going to happen. Thank you.

Don't know if this is something that Zazzle can control or not, but I'd LOVE to see sunscreen as an option for the little travel bottle favors: Create your own Travel Bottle Set | Zazzle. Sunscreen would be the perfect wedding favor for destination weddings in tropical/beach locations! (Just thinking like a sunburn-prone red-head here!😉)

I request among the stationary template options, you label clearly which ones are downable in the template description. It's not identified and I may not find out I fill out the marketplace selling form whether a stationary design is downloadable or not, then once I see that, I have to go find the right one and remake the design. Please make what is downloadable clearly labeled on the stationary template selection.

When new products are added to a collection, they currently appear at the bottom of the page, requiring creators to either manually drag them upwards, which can be cumbersome. Furthermore, a customer who is browsing a collection, needs to continuous scrolling down in order to access the new items. To enhance user-friendliness, proposing the implementation of a straightforward dropdown menu on the collection page. This dropdown could be positioned at the top right, just below the banner image and next to the 'Share' button. The dropdown would offer the following sorting options: - Sort by Newest - Sort by Relevance/Popularity - Sort by Price Low to High - Sort by Price High to Low This approach would simplify the process for customers to view and access the desired products within the collection, ensuring a more enjoyable browsing experience.

I just noticed a new bell notification. "We think you'll like this store". 🔔 Does it make sense to offer this to creators? I would like to opt out of this and "Designer just created a new collection". I stopped following fellow creators because of that. I would love to follow them with opting out of notifications (like YouTube has). I can't have notifications full of things I am not interested in. 🔕 Then I don't see the things like "somebody added your item in a collection", new review.. and important stuff like this. Another one is when somebody gets extra generous (thank you ❤️ ) and gives a lot of Zazzle likes & the notifications are so long it overrides everything else that I might be interested in. Can you make longer scroll bar for notifications? I would really love to have different options for notifications. 💡If I think about it all, the easiest solution would be at least a longer scroll bar option. It is weird that we can't see all of our notifications. Can we access them somewhere? Please @zazzle consider this. Thank you!

I'd like to see throw pillow covers available for purchase without the insert. Personally, I enjoy changing decor seasonally, but I don't have the storage space for a mountain of throw pillows.

Like everyone else, I have been trying to take an objective look at some of my early 18yr old stores .. some that have been forgotten.. WOW .. what a mess .. I remember in the “old days” when it was suggested we put every design on every product using the quick create .. yeah.. Im not thinking that was such a good idea .. there have been times I have checked the MP newest designs to see if mine had made it yet .. and a person can tell when QPC was used .. and excuse my tone , but they look like c*ap.. yes even mine .. its embarrassing actually .. I think back in the days we were trying to FILL the marketplace .. now being more selective and actually having to vie for a decent mp spot .. some of these slapped together products are just taking up space .. mine included .. I think it might be time to retire this option for creating products .. time to get serious and if you want to put a design on a product to sell.. you will need to do them one at a time .. thats just my outlook on things .. now back to deleting the garbage I have in my own stores ..

A new product idea - pillow wraps. They come in standard sizes with a Velcro closure, and can be designed for endless holidays, décor enhancement, special occasions, seasons, etc. I purchased the one in the photo many years ago. Thank you! 🙂

I think customizable curtains and shades would be an interesting addition for both the home and for businesses (with branding or mottos). Some ideas might be a family montage, outdoor scenic photography, geometrics, food/drink photography (for the kitchen), minimalist solids, art deco, other retro designs, and more. These would make nice coordinates for rugs, towels, decorative tiles, mats/shower curtains (in bathrooms), and more.

The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on. If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport. Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. Please add a "MORE Products From This Collection" button/link to the end of "Other Products From This Collection" Since "Other Products From This Collection" only scrolls through the top 36 products in a collection it would be nice to have some sort of indication at the end that there are more products in that collection. Or please consider letting that scroll menu keep going till the end of a collection. Some of my collections are a couple 100 products, it would be nice if customers knew there are more to see. Happy Monday! On the back end, in addition to the "Total Views (Most to Least)" and "Newest to Oldest" please add the options to sort products by "Least to Most" Total Views and "Oldest to Newest." This would be very helpful for quality assurance and promotional activities. I have more the 10,000 products and I have not been able to figure out a way to view/review the oldest products and those views least. I've tried different ways to get to these, but I am unable to so, Best.

Within our Collections tab the default shows us 60 collections at a time. We have to scroll to the very bottom to "load more collections". It's pretty daunting (and still adds way more clicking) to keep scrolling down to add another 60 collections for us to view. It would be great to have the "Show 100" or 200 etc. option at the top of the page like the old Collections tab page had prior to the changes. Also when we refresh that Collections page it automatically refreshes to the first 60 collections. Here again, it's more scrolling and clicking to get to the lower tiered collections to work with.

Hello! I am a huge fan of wristlet purses, and after receiving a small accessory pouch I ordered, it is the perfect size! It would be so easy to add this option simply by adding a detachable small strap that could fit around your wrist. This detachable strap could be an "add-on" option to the product or simply a separate listing with the strap more permanently attached. It would be great if the Sympathy category under Occasions could be changed to Sympathy/Bereavement. When I think of "sympathy" I'm think of something I need to purchase for someone I know who has lost a loved one like a card expressing my sympathy. When I here bereavement it means someone you love has passed and you need to purchase funeral cards, thank you cards, memorial keepsakes, etc. I know it might be splitting hairs and I'm pretty sure anyone who makes things for funerals already puts their items under Sympathy, but I think changing it to Sympathy/Bereavement would make it clearer to the buyer. Just a thought!

Here are a few suggestions to aid with the ginormous task facing creators, updating collections. I've calculated it would take me 2yrs working full time to update all my collections to the degree the options require. This time frame can be reduced with some tweaks and additions and I think given Zazzle want all of us on board with collections, the more we can reduce the massive workload on creators the better for all. My reasons for not doing things by halves and wanting to make the most of your snazzy new features: I love the new collection feature and I love the new media options (LOVE LOVE LOVE! Did I mention I LOVE them!!) but the need to self-market is more pressing than ever due to editors picks dominating most niches (several pages deep) combined with the 'most popular' and 'lowest price' filters not working means there is significantly reduced visibility in the marketplace based on organic searches. The searches I run for popular items just show editors picks and as we know customers do not tend to go beyond the first 5 pages of products. So how do we get seen? Covers and Collections won't bump us above editors picks. Self-marketing has to be a priority and these cover and collection options really help with that and so I want to do my best to make the most of these snazzy new features! Please help me and other creators eager to jump on board with the changes to do so. If you could though help us out on the workload that would be a game changer for all of us and I have a few suggestions I hope you can consider 🙏 Re email to customers: Can we set a generic email that is by default added to ALL our collections and we can 'edit' it if we need to for individual collections rather than having to edit for every single collection. Re collection banners: Can we set a generic 'profile style banner' that is by default added to ALL our collections and we can 'edit' it if we need to for individual collections rather than having to 'create one' for every single collection. Please can you automate the media images so that by default it will add the first 10 product (creator-made) cover images it encounters inside a collection to the media selection (again we can edit if we choose to). Allow us to add products or change default store set by Zazzle for collections: Not being able to do so results in us having to start over creating a new collection and even then we can't add the products we want to add? Please can you remove the thing that stops us from doing so. Please provide us with a mockup generator Please allow transparent backgrounds on our media downloads Please create a database of stock images we can use for covers. Please create a datebase of photos of people we can use for placeholders. Zazzle ... we creators eat, sleep, wash repeat Zazzle. We really do. Your changes are wonderful but they do set off a chain reaction, in that we have a lot of work to accommodate them. I know you're probably already working on some new features because your team is forever creating and innovating, which we value. Please though, consider these suggestions as anything that can reduce our workload means a better experience for creators and as such customers and as such Zazzle. With regards to the databases for images, I am sure if you reach out to the community, WE ourselves could provide you with a range of stock images that could work as per the VIP thing that was in place years ago BUT with images available to download by creators, not customers. Just thinking as I type .... Any more suggestions are greatly welcomed!

As an Invitation creator I find it very difficult now, without the detailed close up zoom that we were used to for years, to review our designs, check spellings and typos, corner alignment etc, before posting. The compact new zoom may be good for the buyers but please also provide close up zoom for the designers. Its best to provide 2 level of zoom ( just like at Etsy ) where you get the compact view with first click and the expanded close up view with the second click.
