When multiple threads appear from panicky Creators as they did recently (maybe 20 threads on same topic) re the disappearing products from their back view can Zazzle make an announcement that appears in account pages where other announcements appear to say: " we are aware of [this issue] and we are working on it, etc." The obvious solution to ask Creators to use search before posting, however it's easy to forget especially when one is in heightened stress mode. Please consider coding the design interface and tools area to allow for customizing a design for an individual size variation. Other white label and retail POD sites have this feature. When new products are added to a collection, they currently appear at the bottom of the page, requiring creators to either manually drag them upwards, which can be cumbersome. Furthermore, a customer who is browsing a collection, needs to continuous scrolling down in order to access the new items. To enhance user-friendliness, proposing the implementation of a straightforward dropdown menu on the collection page. This dropdown could be positioned at the top right, just below the banner image and next to the 'Share' button. Yesterday I created a few fabric mockups only to discover that there was not an upload for fabric in the product media manager. Right now, it’s hard for customers to picture how a design will actually look in use. A mockup gives it context, makes it feel real, and honestly? I have a number of wedding enclosures designed on the small cards - stuff like website etc. The problem is that in sizes smaller than 3.5x5 they're only available in matte or ultra-thick paper. All of the other paper choices are missing. This is a real problem for people ordering wedding suites if they can't order the enclosures to match the invitations etc. Please consider making those smaller sizes available in all paper types. ... Can the Zazzle design team add the option of changing the color of the design tool artboard? When I’m designing something that will ultimately be placed on a black product (like a T-shirt, for example), I have to create a temporary black box that covers the artboard to be able to see white text and other white elements on the artboard. It’s not a big deal, but sometimes I forget to delete that black box and it ends up on the finished product, causing me to delete the product and create a new one. Within our Collections tab the default shows us 60 collections at a time. We have to scroll to the very bottom to "load more collections". It's pretty daunting (and still adds way more clicking) to keep scrolling down to add another 60 collections for us to view. It would be great to have the "Show 100" or 200 etc. option at the top of the page like the old Collections tab page had prior to the changes. Also when we refresh that Collections page it automatically refreshes to the first 60 collections. Here again, it's more scrolling and clicking to get to the lower tiered collections to work with. ... View more

Loving all of the changes!   Thank you!  I would love to see a way to integrate different designs based on size into one listing.  For example, if a customer lands on an 18x24 foam board sign and then clicks on the 24x36 size, it would be great for them to see my already-made 24x36 sign designed specifically for that ratio instead of auto-adjusting the original 18x24 to fit.   For SVGs, it would be a really great asset to allow designers to upload one SVG file with grouped elements already aligned and then be able to ungroup the SVG once uploaded to Zazzle.  All vector software has this ability.  And since it's still very hard to align smaller/multiple things perfectly and quickly on Zazzle, the ability to ungroup after uploading an already-aligned design would help tremendously.  (Think photo template gifts)  Thanks! ... Please add a "MORE Products From This Collection" button/link to the end of "Other Products From This Collection" Since "Other Products From This Collection" only scrolls through the top 36 products in a collection it would be nice to have some sort of indication at the end that there are more products in that collection.  Or please consider letting that scroll menu keep going till the end of a collection.  Some of my collections are a couple 100 products, it would be nice if customers knew there are more to see. It would be helpful if we could reorder the collections by Event, Occasion or Moment. Either or both may be a good idea. They could round out multiple home decor collections: kitchen, back to school, home office, like desk accessories, and business promotional decor.
