It would be great if Zazzle had a view for the bath towel set where the towels are folded in thirds, instead of only the folded in half option. Many people like to display their towels as trifold.

Hello! I am a huge fan of wristlet purses, and after receiving a small accessory pouch I ordered, it is the perfect size! It would be so easy to add this option simply by adding a detachable small strap that could fit around your wrist. This detachable strap could be an "add-on" option to the product or simply a separate listing with the strap more permanently attached. A lot of places have size requirements now, and I have seen these become a lot more popular in response. Thanks for your consideration. 🙂 Amanda

I am not comfortable providing a private cell phone number. The two factor authentication can be achieved by sending the code to the email you already have on file for a designer. As it is now, I am unable to assist a customer via chat because I have not provided my personal cell phone number. The customer is able to send me a message via chat (as was tested by ColsCreations in another thread) but they do not receive anything on their end to inform them I cannot receive this. Please reconsider this 2FA and include an email option.

Hi Zazzle, I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image. Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image". Thank you very much! Rusty

I love the tiling feature but it could use some changes to make life easier. If I try to make a square pattern smaller by using the “-“ button it’s hard to accurately get matching seams. Could Zazzle add some % down choices? If we had some fixed choices like -50%, -25% etc for squares, our edges would easily match with no fussing around.

Could discontinued products be removed from optimization needed products. There is a separate category for discontinued products and it would be easier to find the products needing to be optimized if the discontinued products were removed. Oh, I just now checked the discontinued button and I see that only a few of my discontinued products show up when I click that button so maybe this is a technical problem. Maybe the discontinued products are not suppose to be included with the products that need to be optimized. It really would be great if only non-discontinued products showed when clicking the optimization needed products. It would be a lot less products to sort through. Thanks for considering, Sandra

I absolutely love the Zazzle throw pillows, both designing them and their quality. My family loves them as well, but they have small homes with a single couch, so covering it with a million of my pillows isn't really an option. lol Enter: Throw pillow CASES! With all of the emphasis on holidays and special occasions on Zazzle, I think covers only would make A LOT more sense and possibly skyrocket sales on the product. One can only use and/or store so many pillows at a time, but covers are MUCH easier to store, and it's fun to switch out decor for various seasons and events. It also doesn't seem like it would be a huge problem in terms of sourcing, as zipper covers are already offered and could move seamlessly into this role. Perhaps in addition to selling the cases on their own, there could also be bundled options: if someone designs a case with spring on one side and then summer on the other, and then a second case with fall/winter, it would make a great 2-pack of cases. The bundles could also have the option to add a pillow insert if desired in case they have not yet ordered a pillow from Zazzle.

Bells. These are great little items, and my husband and I used to collect them. I'm sure we're not the only ones. I already have a few ideas. They could be designed for anniversaries or other occasions. Milestone birthdays, keepsakes from first Communion, so many possibilities. So, it's just a suggestion, but one I hope will be truly considered. Here is an example of what I mean: This bell is pretty old, but we've cherished it for years. It is approximately 4" tall. It was a wedding gift and the reason we started collecting bells! I'm sure Zazzle could pick up on this and do well!

Would it be possible to rearrange the order of the products in the Business Cross-sell collections? The business card holders should be right after the business cards, not way down on the list. I've had customers transfer the business card design onto the business card holder, even though I already have the holder in the collection.

Would like to see the category fitness, wellness & sports under occasions or events in the product information details. Sub categories could be dance, yoga, gymnastics, biking, hiking, kayaking, soccer, baseball, football, music, art, gaming, etc. Then when Zazzle creates main page links for say Father's Day, the can have a sub-link for fitness, wellness, & sports products as well as others in the gifts for him section.

Could the guide files list be updated, please? It doesn’t seem to have been updated in the last two years. If the print area dimensions were included for all new products, it would take the guesswork out of creating designs that would take full advantage of the available area, and we would have a place to refer to easily retrieve the appropriate dimensions.

It would be wonderful if we could have categories for collections, at least on the back end. Then we could move whole segments of collections around, such as moving all the Christmas collections to the front for the holiday season. It would also make rearranging collections much easier in the back end.

I'm sure this is something Z has done on purpose however, if someone is searching for the state of Maine they see pages upon pages of "main squeeze" wedding products. Yes there are the drill down circles but let's just say I don't see them. I'm given wedding foremost in front of my face. This only happens with Maine.

Occasionally in the last week or so, I have come to the forum to find that the order I have chosen (show recent posts first) has been superseded by nested responses. This means that the newest response might be to a comment that was posted last year!!!!!!! This requires paging through ALL of the comments to see the most recent. (Something like the horrendous IDeas and Suggestions thread.) Please make this a temporary test that will soon go away. I would like my sort order to show the most recent comments that I have not yet seen, in backwards order (top to bottom). These have a link to the original post that is being responded to and if I do not recall the comment or would like to review it, I can link to it. Of course, after posting this, everything returned to "normal" as I like it to be. ????

I think our personal store Categories arent being utilised enough. If a person is on a listing for one of my products, and wants to see similar products, they only have a couple of options: 1. View Collection. Only works if a collection has been set up with that product in it. 2. 'Other designs you might like' section. Only works if they are looking only at the same product type. Eg if the product they clicked on is socks, only more socks will show. 3. Manually go to my store and try and find the matching products. This could take dozens of clicks, each more likely to lose the customer. My suggestion is to have other items from the same Category appear below the product, with a link to that category in your Store. This will be a fast way to get people looking at your store, see your variety of related products, and hopefully convert more sales. Also linking to categories can be better than collections because you have a finite amount of collections, but you will ALWAYS have a product in a category. I have made a quick mockup idea of how this could look (outlined in red).

I ordered a product, it was badly printed, and contacted Z with a photo, etc. just like a customer has to do; Z contacts me back, agrees to reprint the item, then they just leave you hanging. I didn't need this particular product right away, so I forgot about it. A month later, I'm realizing I never received the replacement product. Yes, it's supposedly being remade now, but who knows? I sure don't, because it shows up nowhere in my order status. And that's my point.
