Is it possible to put a mark on items or add another dropdown in the stores backend to let the designer know if the items that are in the 'Optimization Needed' group are in a collection. I hate to pass over an item in a collection that should be updated before other items. I have old collections that probably show up almost empty because of this. Collections need to be intergraded with the backend. Currently the only connection is the ability to add an item to a collection. There is nothing showing if an item is in a collection. Doesn't matter what collection just that it is in a collection. Oh if tech is reading this - when I try to add an item that I am making to a collection from the final list item page the collections all come up with the green 'remove' button. --- Visit Leatherwood Design ---

Hi I don't know if this is the correct place to post this. Is it possible to make the orange color of the account 'Current Total Balance' darker. It is very hard to see. As it is the likely balance made wouldn't making it green seem the color it should be? Unless you owe money then it would be red. No matter what color please make it a bit darker. My eyes must be getting old or else it was darker at one point, 🙂 Probably the former because it didn't bother me what color it was in earlier years. Thanks and if I should post this somewhere else let me know.

This yellow warning triangle is really annoying.. many of us designers use images that go off the edges intentionally.. I think that designers and customers need their OWN backend.. it just makes designing harder for those of us who are doing this daily.. to have to stop and look for things renamed and moved .. had to locate where my images were.. I don't even know what it was called before, I just know where it was.. now at the top called uploads.. confusing and unnecessary.. the continual chat box bottom right corner.. is distracting.. Please give the designers their OWN SPACE.. instead of making things geared for customers to understand.. please?

I have noticed that New stores aren't really being enough for nowadays in fact I don't see anywhere where can customers go to? If I was a frequent shopper I could never find new store I could never find the store New stores especially not even mine example. Only the most standing out stores that have sold sold sold And they're pros Their platinum So the new ones stores are just pretty much in the back I don't see where I could go And when they're promoted products I don't see that happening . I know I get this there are a certain selection of art work that customers are looking for well okay? That kind of makes me think My artwork isn't really good I have a lot of years of artwork.

On the bottom of the product page you have an arrow system that only allows you to go one page at a time. Could you put in a different system so that you can skip multiple pages, or better yet choose the page number we can get to? It takes forever to scroll through 47 pages. Thanks in advance.

Wow our world would be so much more efficient if we could "drag old categories right into one new one!" Combine 3 into one and downsize instead of having to delete products, having to put all products into the new category, and waiting a week to see it all appear the way you want it.

Perhaps you could flag subsequent designs that are the exact copies. Telling a store owner, sorry you cannot use that image because it is on "Example Store", please contact the store owner to get permission. I see a LOT of my designs posted on different peoples stores. I think that's why I make about 1/2 of what I used to make a few years ago. For example, when you type in Santa Cruz Surf Tees you get a Zazzle image. The first two are mine. But, I hardly ever make a sale. There are many stores selling the designs. And, some of them are displayed before mine. I think it's why some of the hardest working, long time designers are seeing their sales decline. Many times I will search something and see the same design again and again from different stores. I feel that addressing this issue will not only help store owners, but, help eliminate the lack of creativity in the marketplace during searches. It will also improve the quality as a copy most likely has less pixels than the original. Further, when people go to message a design thief about one of our designs, they are talking to scammers which is worrisome. Below are a couple more examples of designs I've made that are for sale in other people's stores. As you can see, these type of designs are not just text and a few elements changed around. They have to be copied and then reposted. I think an AI computer could recognize the copies and make determinations based on date used. In the event of clipart which some people purchase, perhaps train the AI not to flag it if it's arranged with different wording, sizes, elements, keywords, etc.. Hmmm..... I also realize some people may post certain images elsewhere first, and someone might copy them and post them on Zazzle first. Then, they would be the first person to post? Whoops. I say this because I just realized I had posted these images on Amazon before posting them on Zazzle. In these instances as store owners we need to be careful to post on Zazzle the same day. If not, then we should still be able to use the "Flag Listing" feature in addition to the "Prior Use on These Stores" notice.

I created an individualized coaster that has had 878 views. So I think it's an attractive idea. But to be honest, I didn't think it through. The customer will have to make a separate order for each guest and the minimum order is 6 coasters. This becomes cost prohibitive and labor intensive for large weddings. I have a serious customer who wanted to order the coasters, but her guest list is 123. My idea is to create a format similar to customized envelopes where the customer can enter each guest name into a template with one order.

I know this has been mentioned before, but as wedding season starts to get rolling, I'm getting a lot of requests for downloadable programs. I've been dealing with it by transferring designs to invitations, but it's a pretty clumsy way to handle it. Seems like programs are right up there with seating charts in terms of day-of-event stationery that folks often need to order at the last minute. I'm not entirely sure what's the logic behind making only limited paper products eligible for download - but this one seems like it would be a logical one.

Could Zazzle automatically detect where a near identical greeting card (or other product) has been added tens or hundreds of times in the marketplace targeting every conceivable combination of age and family relation? Then add a "variants" button either to the marketplace entry or the product page, which a customer can click on to see the variants, making it a choice to browse through the tens or hundreds of combinations, rather than those combinations flooding the marketplace for everybody?

We designers all receive emails from customers asking us to make changes to an order they have placed. I reply to their email telling them to cancel the order and place it again with the correct text and explained how to get hold of Zazzle customer support, but many customers don't always check for responses, they just assume their problem has been taken care of because they sent an email with instructions, so this new order will be wrong and cancelled after delivery, a loss for me as well as Zazzle. Wondering if Zazzle could throw up a "prompt" when a customer initiates an email to designers explaining that designers do not work for Zazzle and cannot make changes to an existing order, but to contact them with design questions BEFORE purchase, similar to what happens when you use the world glitter, lace or metallic....thank you.

I work on ipad, and I like the new masking feature with svg files. Unfortunately, when you already have several elements in place it becomes very complicated to select only two elements with a square enlargement gesture, to carry out masking. Could you please consider a multi-selection mode which, when you enter the mode, allows you to select all the elements you want with a single click. ( and then use them together when you exit the mode.) Thank you so much!

I don't know if this is technically possible but given the many thousands of products being hidden due to optimization required, quick create update, affiliates and creators are left with thousands of links now returning to a Zazzle main page which doesn't help the customer, the creator or the affiliate. If possible could those 'dead links' be configured to return to the creators storefront or profile instead? This is a good idea for several reasons: Improved customer experience: When a customer clicks on a product link expecting a specific item, landing on the Zazzle main page instead is frustrating. This redirection wastes the customer's time and hinders their ability to find the desired product. Boosted sales for creators and affiliates: By directing customers to the creator's storefront or profile, they are more likely to see similar products or other creations by the same person. This can lead to increased sales for both the creator and any affiliates involved. Reduced friction: A smoother customer journey translates to a better overall experience. When links seamlessly take customers to the intended product or creator's page, it reduces frustration and keeps them engaged in the buying process. Valuable data for Zazzle: By analyzing traffic directed to a creators storefront or profile, Zazzle can gain valuable insights into customer preferences and buying habits. This data can then be used to inform future product creation and marketing strategies. While technical limitations may exist, the potential benefits for customers, creators, and affiliates make this a worthwhile idea to explore. Meanwhile there is a blog post here with suggestions of how creators can manage the hidden QC issue.

I would love to see the Oliver's waterproof labels in the same sizes as the food container labels, specifically in the 2" x 3" size and the 4" x 3.5" size. Both types of labels are waterproof, but the food container labels are matte whereas the Oliver's labels are shiny. I had good feedback from a customer with the Oliver's labels who would like larger sizes. Thanks.

We are artist, we are not computer wizards, for what I can see most artist in zazzle are over 50, only a small percentage will be computer savvy, and zazzle keeps changing things all the time, like create a video, changing the collections, change every year or two the design tool, wants us to promote, create websites, pay for advertising in social media, give the artist a break please, just tell us what zazzle is doing for the artists like for example, where does zazzle promote the site, apart from google, and who is promoted. ‘it will be nice to know also why one of my zazzle friends was having 4,000 sales a month every month for more than 8 years constantly, and suddenly my friend doesn’t even get 800 sales a month, why the change, what has changed, zazzle algorithm or is it promoting sellers that the hierarchy in zazzle like? I just wanted to vent sorry if I offended anyone. William

With Mother's Day coming soon I want to bring up this discussion again. The minimum order quantity for foil greeting and holiday cards is 5. This is ok for invitations and such but not when the occasion requires usually just 1 card. For example a single Mother's Day card (or maybe she would like 5 of the same ones?), birthday greeting, father's day cards, etc. My suggestion is to please set the minimum to 1 if possible. I'm afraid that a lot of customers who first click on a cool gold foil card decide to not buy it because of the min. 5 cards option.
