I would just like to suggest that Zazzle clarify that if the customer needs help with an order - it's late, it's wrong, etc... that they contact ZAZZLE. Probably 90% of my direct messages are people complaining or asking about their order delivery date. I know there is an auto response. I just feel bad for them that they have to wait for me to reply and to send the link, then they need to email Zazzle, then wait. It seems so stupid. This makes me the first line of customer support for things I have zero control over. It's really inefficient and frustrating for everyone. Just my feedback. I think the paper plates are such a cute idea for parties, but I have stopped creating designs for them as the reviews are so bad and they all say the same thing. "Plates are thin and flimsy, won't even hold a piece of cake" even the people who leave a good review mention how thin they are. Why would you not increase the price 25 cents and punch the plates on a thicker stock? Also, the customers complain that the plates are shipped in envelopes and crushed upon arrival. It would be really great if we could customize both colors of the QR codes, not just one. As it is, one of the colors has to be black or white - which works in most situations, but not all - like say you're designing a blue on blue design where you have a dark navy text on a pale dusty blue background. I may have suggested this before, but I spend a lot of time assisting customers with their designs through the chat system. Hello! I am a huge fan of wristlet purses, and after receiving a small accessory pouch I ordered, it is the perfect size! It would be so easy to add this option simply by adding a detachable small strap that could fit around your wrist. This detachable strap could be an "add-on" option to the product or simply a separate listing with the strap more permanently attached. I'm still ruminating over the problem I posted here of helping customers choose the right paper for their wedding invitations, programs, seating charts etc, and I had a new idea. What about offering a "paper sampler" for designers and/or customers at either a free or nominal price. I'm thinking along the lines of fabric swatches or those cards you get in paint stores with color samples. Ideally you could order a little kit with samples of all the papers available for a given product. They wouldn't need to be big pieces of paper - maybe business card sized - with the name of the paper and/or description printed on each one and maybe a rainbow of colors at the bottom so you could get an idea of how the paper would impact the printed color.  It wouldn't be quite as nice or illustrative as ordering a sample invite or card, but it would certainly be a more universal solution. It would be extremely helpful if we could edit existing tags without having to delete them and repost them in the tags box. For example, if I transfer a wedding invitation design to a birthday party invitation, and my first tag is "beach wedding," it would be AWESOME if I could just change the tag to "beach birthday party", without deleting the old tag and typing in the new one. this would preserve the correct order. As it stands now, if we want to change the first tag, and keep it as the first tag, we have to delete ALL the tags and relist them, otherwise that first tag when deleted and changed, will become the last tag. ...
