I really wish Zazzle would add some items that people really want, like pajamas or pajama pants. People wear them everywhere now and they're not available. Also nightlights were very popular and are no longer available.

It would be great if the Zazzle design tool would include font effects similar to Canva so we wouldn't have to create files in Canva to be brought over to Zazzle. Canva's effects include shadow, hollow, lift, outline, splice, echo, glitch, neon, background. These can be used to create custom text effects for more creative designs.

I remember visiting a branch of a chain restaurant near my home. On the walls of this particular location, they had wooden breadboards painted in a style reminiscent of Rothko’s artwork. I think customizable wooden breadboards or pizza peels could serve as both functional keepsakes for the kitchen and unique decorative pieces for the home—great for sparking conversation.

I have been seen some increasing popular trend of having invitations and cards printed in paper that has seeds on it and it can be planted at the end. Just a cool eco friendly idea 🙂 Cheers, Rach

I have many discontinued products within my category structure. I'd love to be able to move them to a hidden category so that I may go through them at my leisure and decide whether to transfer their designs or not. Currently there is no option to do this under the Actions tab.

From what I can tell, the "Search this store" search doesn't include word variants such as plurals or close matches. For instance, if I have a product with the tag "dragon" and instead search for "dragons," that product doesn't show up at all. It makes it difficult for me to find things within my own store, so I know that it isn't serving my customers well either.

I recently got in to diamond painting and there's a lot of people buying what's called Coverminders which we use to hold back the plastic from the diamond painting. I'm not sure what they use to make them but I think acrylic or plastic seem popular and then vinyl stickers maybe with the image goes on top. Some use resin to protect the image. And there's a nice magnet on the back which is what holds the plastic. Im not sure the details but im sure the Zazzle staff in charge of the product designs and stuff would be able to figure it out. Seems like it could be a good addition to Zazzle. They're very popular on Etsy.

I've requested this before, but I strongly feel this is very important so I'm repeating this suggestion. I hope that is okay. Please, please put disputed products on hold or freeze until the dispute is settled. Nearly 2 years ago, I had products deleted because of an erroneous belief. Putting products on and promoting them is labor intensive and time-consuming. Human beings make mistakes. I totally understand. What I don't understand is immediately deleting the products. Thank you.

I created a round pillow a few months ago with a background which imitates velvet texture. A customer just contacted me to ask if the pillow would have a velvetty texture, and I thought it would be very interesting to have real velvet option for the pillows fabric. It’s cozy and trendy for home decor! Could you please consider this option ? Thank you! 🙏

It would help a great deal to know if a product is in a collection while working on products in the backend. Knowing a product is in a collection and is hidden shows that something needs to be done. This product either needs to be taken out of the collection and left hidden or needs to be made public. By signing out and viewing you can tell how many public items there are. This method does not help much but does help a little. So, the problem with this method is it doesn't show you the hidden products only the visible. If there are 300 products in the collection and only a few are hidden the only way is to click on each product and go to the product page and click on edit details and then click on "additional information" to see. This is very time consuming. You have to click and wait two times to get to your collections. Then search for the appropriate collection, click again just to get there. So the collection I am working on had 300 products. I had a product I wanted to add but needed to delete at least one product to do so. Then I signed out to see 281 products showing. That means 19 products are hidden but as far as I know the only way to find them is to click on each product (from the collection page) and to go to the product page and edit details to just see which ones are hidden. With 300 products this is hard. Please try and make this easier my doing one or all of the following: 1. show which items are in which collections in the backend of our stores where we do the most of our editing / optimizing. This way we will be able to see a product is in a collection and is hidden and be able to fix the issue right there easily. The below example only lists the first 3 stats existing and then shows an example of including collection stats. Example: list number of collections and the name of collection/s Views: 10 Date Created: 10/31/24 Last Modified: 10:31:24 Collections: 1 Baby Decor Collections: 2 Baby Decor, Blue Weddings. (more than 1 collection) 2. If you can't show in backend then maybe show which products are hidden where we edit the collections. Thank you in advance for considering, Sandra

Zippable suitcase covers are used by some travelers to help protect suitcases from scratches and to distinguish one's suitcase from others, e.g. on baggage carousels, on boats, on buses, etc. I just bought a colorful tropical one, and I would have appreicated Zazzle's level of personalization for it. TSA says these are OK, but they might need to be removed if a bag is inspected. The standard offerings usually range from about $15 to $30 for carry-on sizes, with slightly higher prices for larger luggage. They usually zip up, provide holes for handles, and they are often washable. People might be willing to pay slightly higher if they can further customize them. I think this would be a nice option for travelers, and a great addition to other travel items for a coordinating collection. Here's a link that shows some examples: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=luggage+covers Thanks in advance for listening!

Hi, It would be a great option if the the insight of our products have the option to go back 18 months instead of 12. For example, I now can't compare my holiday products between 2022 en 2023 anymore because it only goes back to january 2023. Hope you can make this possible!

I love the tiling feature but it could use some changes to make life easier. If I try to make a square pattern smaller by using the “-“ button it’s hard to accurately get matching seams. Could Zazzle add some % down choices? If we had some fixed choices like -50%, -25% etc for squares, our edges would easily match with no fussing around.

I know you have a wonderful team behind you but I do believe Zazzle's best assets need greater highlighting. Here are some suggestions for how Zazzle can let customers know as soon as they visit that they are in THE best place for their print-on-demand needs. Firstly, we need to understand how customers shop and what their priorities are when looking for products and services: The things in order of priority a customer looks for when buying things can vary depending on the individual customer and the product they are buying. However, some of the most important factors that customers consider include: Price: Customers want to get a good value for their money, so price is often a top priority. Selection: Customers want to have a variety of options to choose from, so a wide selection is important. Quality: Customers want to buy products that are well-made and will last, so quality is another important factor. Shipping speed: Customers want to receive their orders quickly, so shipping speed is also important. Customer service: Customers want to be able to get help if they have any problems with their order, so customer service is also important. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zazzle has some unique selling points that are currently not front page or central to their promotions, ads nor their front page details to let customers know how they excel in these areas. Price - Zazzle's prices are often more competitive than they first appear due to their frequent sales often up to 50% off. Selection: This is Zazzle's largest unique selling point. They have the LARGEST selection of print-on-demand products compared to any other single provider BUT most importantly, the largest selection in ANY NICHE. There is only 1 potential significant competitor in this area, but that competitor is host to sellers/makers it is not responsible for the making/shipping/customer service for the items it showcases. As such those variables cannot be guaranteed regarding service delivery, whereas to a high degree Zazzle's can. Shipping speed Zazzle has Zazzle black, low subscription for FREE shipping (terms apply) Quality and service - I can't comment on how Zazzle compares as a relatively small consumer of these but reviews mainly suggest positive results and I can't compare to other service providers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What else does Zazzle have that NO other print-on-demand has? FREE Live Designer who will assist customers in modifying their designs, existing templates and in the creation of new ones. Transfer Function --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Based on the above, my suggestions: Highlight Zazzle's wide selection of products. Front page news and headlining ads and promotions - " LARGEST selection of (xyz) you will find!!" Highlight the Free live designer service. This can be done by making it more visible on the website and in ads and promotions. TRANSFER option - have this highlighted front page and in ads, that MOST designs can be transferred easily to one of (several hundred) different products. As a customer, I'd want to know these things when I am shopping 'around'. Meanwhile there is a further recommendation re assisting customers when they arrive on Zazzle to find what they're looking for. Improve the accuracy and functionality of the filters on the Zazzle website. This includes making sure that the filters are accurate and that they return the results that customers are looking for. Finally a rather odd suggestion but possibly the most important one Use a leading AI to discover what the 'world' thinks is the case with Zazzle re customer and designer satisfaction/pricing/quality etc. Currently it is NOT accurate. One query on BardAI (as a single example) informed me designers report that Zazzle takes 50% commission! This is wholly inaccurate. One of many inaccuracies I suspect. The problem here is if people , (bloggers, journalists, marketers, consumers) turn more to AI when researching which company to use, what to report, it is worrisome if the (reportedly fairly reliable) 'answer machine' is inaccurate. As such the AI needs 'feeding' more accurate information. So Zazzle might want to do some press releases (allegedly AI doesn't read website information) to correct any misinformation that these popular AI sites might be throwing out to 'whomever' asks. I have already done my bit: ME: Ai your information regarding what Zazzle designers are paid is wrong. Independent Designers set their own royalty AI You are correct. I apologize for the error. Independent Zazzle designers set their own royalty, which can range from 10% to 99% of the sale price. The standard royalty rate is 15%. I am still under development, and I am always learning. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will try my best to provide accurate information in the future." Still inaccurate, and a small example - but if you ask AI what's what with Zazzle, you'll note the areas the information is 'off'. Just some food for thought. AI will feature more and more in consumer decision-making. So this is a future-proofing need. I hope this helps. a bit,

Several years ago Zazzle used to have tear-away paper placemats. They were discontinued for whatever reason. I would very much like to see these make a comeback. They are excellent for events, picnics, barbecues, patio parties graduation parties, travel, etc. With the warmer weather seasons approaching, I believe these would make a good seller.

I would like you to consider grouping products that have a foil version. I can have a design in different colors and also in foil, and I believe that if the customer sees that option among the colors, they could benefit from a luxurious option they might not be aware of. Additionally, this prevents them from trying to do it on their own, which carries certain risks. On another note, it would be fantastic to have the option to group products directly within the product creation form, just like you can select a collection. This would allow you to quickly search for products and group them easily. If a design sells well and you want to include a new trendy color, it is really difficult, at least for me, to group it with the previous ones. I also find that the system doesn't always group them correctly, leaving some options ungrouped. I firmly believe that the customer should manipulate as little as possible, so the easier we make it, the better for everyone. Thank in advance!
