I usually design cards so it's not always top of mind but especially working on some rug designs now it would be EXTREMELY helpful to have a ruler to give us a better sense of scale. I know it's been asked for before, but just adding my voice to the chorus! Thanks!!!

I as a designer find it hard to find out what ' px image dimensions' are required as a minimum for certain products when designing so I can only assume it is harder for customers. It would be fantastic if in the 'about section' of the product, this information was included so customers and ourselves can swiftly note the dimensions and then create/upload an image to suit without having to go back and forth or look for the pages that relate to these details. A good case in point was recently trying to work out what px to use for rugs. I recognize this lack of ability to easily access this info could also just be a 'me' problem! Another way to approach this would be to have the image size/file type etc on the 'cover/place holder' images for the blank products. So it is instantly identifiable, and we don't even have to refer to the 'about this product' section.

In the section where we add messages for customers (when they follow, add item to cart, make a purchase etc) please can you add an option for us to add an 'away' message. I currently add this in the single settings line for 'chat' BUT I don't think customers see/read that when they visit chat? I'm not sure how visible it is to them. But if we could have something linked to chat or in those settings, that allows an automated 'away' message to pop up when we are on holiday/sick etc. that would be very helpful. If this is possible, I (and other creatives I am sure) would really appreciate it! Thank you so much for your help.

Customers will likely NOT read the lengthy license details or understand them fully. Please can you include in the product description something to the effect of: For instant digital downloads, note that this is for personal use only. NO resale. Single-use only. May not be edited for multiple product types. Violation may result in account termination.

Especially in the wedding area, a search invariably shows up "editor's picks". That would be fine if the drop-down choice would be editor's picks. However it is "popular". So popular items have become invisible. I would like to see a few additions added to the drop-down menu, like "random" and "editor's picks" and keep the standard to popular. The way it is now with pages after pages of editor's picks, it could be considered spam. And a random choice would also help to find those products that normally don't get seen that easily. Zazzle never used to be a "one size fits all" concept, it would always celebrate the abundance of creativity that is on this platform. I would like to see that being emphasized again. It would also help to bring back proper navigation buttons. Go to page "..." and one button left << to go back to the beginning and a >> to go to the last item. Thanks.

It would be enormously helpful if we could have an area where we could choose products/styles and be able to change prices across any/all stores at once. Changing by a couple 100 at a time is cumbersome and since many of our products do not drill down to different styles it makes it even more challenging to change prices efficiently. For example, I can't separate wrapping paper sheets vs rolls or different shapes of ornaments or different styles of t-shirts to give them different prices. If I had a place where I could choose the product style and store and make one sweeping change it could be done quickly. IMO a good pricing strategy is just as important as creation and promotion. Alphabetical orders are critical for many products related to proper names, such as baby names, personal names, school names, town names, etc. Currently, products within a category on the public front can be only sorted by: Popularity (default) Newest Price For a category with names being the critical element of the title, shoppers can't find the products by scrolling through a random mix without sorting products by alphabetical order. Even if you create a super narrow category such as "Names starting with A", potentially there will be hundreds of names with A. In reality, we can't have 26 categories, each with one letter. If we have a category such as "A - D", for example, there will be so many products in chaotic order it not sorted by "Title A - Z". Currently, shop owners can sort these products by alphabetical order but only in the back end. On the public front, products are sorted by popularity by default, making the store such a random mess, discouraging shoppers to browse as they can't find the exact names. Then, after seeing the random mix (sorted by popularity), there is no option for them to sort by alphabetical order. Even if shoppers know the exact names they are shopping for, the search box would be their only means to find products in such a random mix. And it's not ideal, as it eliminates the opportunity for shoppers to browse. I hope Zazzle would implement 2 features: Allow shoppers to sort products by alphabetical order. Most effective solution: Allow shop owners to set which sorting order to be the default, including the alphabetical order. I understanding sorting by popularity is a business strategy for many stores. But this strategy does not work for products where proper names are critical. Only shop owners would know which category needs the alphabetical order as they know their products and their intended shoppers best. Zazzle can still leave the Popularity sorting as a default in the back end, as it is a good practice; but please allow an option for us to present our category in alphabetical order to the public when it makes sense. As of now, we have no such option. Please take this suggestion into consideration! Messy stores are not attractive to shoppers. Many thanks! Best regards, Dandy

The Danish Pastel and Dopamine Decor trends lean heavily into 60s and 70s retro design. And part of that aesthetic are "groovy" fonts with features like: thick rounded strokes, bottom-heavy, stokes that get wider at the ends, elaborate decorative ball terminals There is a lack of this type of font in Zazzle, and I'd really like to see some like these:

I'm a little behind on noticing this and I also try not to be "the old way was better" guy... buuuut the Background color tool being relocated in the customizer is really a hassle. It just makes for a lot of extra clicking. Any way Zazzle would consider moving it back in with the layers? Thanks!

I think that business cards with foil would be great on Zazzle, as I see them on many other sites, they would definitely top selling. Also Another thing is more foil colors! Like metallic reds, pinks, and blue!

It would be a huge time-saver for creating custom mockups if designers would have a download link that leads directly to the high-resolution preview image of the actual product and view. The same we get through the BB Code workaround, this means, the dynamic preview that is actually selected, complete with any content edits at max size. To prevent possible design thefts (from the ones who don't know the workaround "trick"), it would be good if this option would only be accessible to the designer account that owns the related product/design. Without any Zazzle watermarks, of course. Not a vital priority but truly nice to have - saves a lot of frustration and time. Thank you for considering!

I have had customers ask me what kind of binder paper will fit the mini binders and how many clips there are in the binder. I was wondering if a description modification or an additional product image could be shown to allow potential customers to see how many binder clips there are in the mini binders. I am assuming there are 3, but I could be wrong. Currently with the new system we can only view what is in our collections by 1. we go through a product page or 2. go through the settings. One click is all we need from the Collections page on our profile. Way too much clicking.

This is a longshot, but I figured I'd ask. Often when I have a product that contains a customer editable QR Code, I also place a text field with the same URL info because not everyone knows how to use a QR code. I'm thinking about wedding RSVPs etc. The problem is that I've had several instances where the customer didn't understand that they needed to enter the URL in both the text field and the QR Code box - they assumed that entering it in the text field was sufficient to make the QR Code work. I try to be as clear as I can in the field labels but as we all know, people don't read instructions. I think they see the URL displayed as text and just assume that the QR Code got the info from there. It would be super helpful if there was some way to make both things have the same data in the same way that you can have text duplicated in different fields by giving them the same URL Parameter Name. Like maybe a text field with the same URL Parameter Name as the QR Code? Or maybe there could be an option to display the QR code as text as well as the code? It would have to be something where you could adjust the style of the text to match the design. I'm kinda doubting that this would be doable, but if there was some way to make it work it go a long way toward easing confusion and probably result in fewer returns and unhappy customers.

I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... I may be missing something - if there's another way to get that info I'd be delighted if someone could enlighten me! Thanks!

I have over 6000 “saved designs” so I’m getting that pop up annoyingly often when opening one of my product pages. Tried to delete my saved designs, it only allows me to select 24 items at a time. Oh, and it’s only suppose to keep them for 6 months but I have saved products older than 3 years. Please let me disable that pop up. Or give me the option to delete all the saved designs at once at least. I’m so tired of clicking on “No thank you”.

Can Zazzle add a polygon shape with editable nodes (including the option to convert polygon nodes into curves) to the Zazzle design tool? As it currently stands, there are few options for creating shapes in the design tool. Another option designers need is the ability to combine different shapes into one shape — and the ability to split one shape with another overlapping shape. Feel free to add any additional tools we need as creators to my list. 🙂

I think oven mitts and pot holders would be a great addition to the kitchen products already available. A coordinated set of an apron, a kitchen towel and a pair of oven mitts or pot holders makes a really nice gift.
