It would be a huge time-saver for creating custom mockups if designers would have a download link that leads directly to the high-resolution preview image of the actual product and view. The same we get through the BB Code workaround, this means, the dynamic preview that is actually selected, complete with any content edits at max size. To prevent possible design thefts (from the ones who don't know the workaround "trick"), it would be good if this option would only be accessible to the designer account that owns the related product/design. I have over 6000 “saved designs” so I’m getting that pop up annoyingly often when opening one of my product pages. Tried to delete my saved designs, it only allows me to select 24 items at a time. Oh, and it’s only suppose to keep them for 6 months but I have saved products older than 3 years. Please let me disable that pop up. Or give me the option to delete all the saved designs at once at least. I’m so tired of clicking on “No thank you”. ... View more

Currently with the new system we can only view what is in our collections by 1. we go through a product page or 2. go through the settings. One click is all we need from the Collections page on our profile. Way too much clicking. ... View more

Can Zazzle add a polygon shape with editable nodes (including the option to convert polygon nodes into curves) to the Zazzle design tool? As it currently stands, there are few options for creating shapes in the design tool. Another option designers need is the ability to combine different shapes into one shape — and the ability to split one shape with another overlapping shape. I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... I just received my greeting cards. They were left out in the rain. I was able to get them before a torrential downpour, which would have ruined them. They delivered in only a cardboard wrapper. Please consider adding a plastic wrapper to insulate paper products from the weather. I won't order cards (or posters or anything paper products) in the further because I if I don't get them as they are delivered (which is usually the case) the chances for them being wrecked are high. Re:  When we type in a title for a new pen creation, it's automatically putting the pen ink color in as part of the title.   Wouldn't it make more sense to simply add "pen", because the choices are pretty much given as to what is available and what looks nice with the design itself.  In other words, if I have purple flower print on a pen, and say I have to choose an ink color...either black or blue as of today, 9/24/24, the title ends in either black ink pen or blue ink pen.  Even though that should be by the customer's choice, not mine.  Couldn't it just say ink pen instead? ... I sell a lot of posters & foam core boards - mostly for wedding signs - and customers are VERY confused by the standard size options. They don't understand that the design will not re-arrange itself to accommodate a different aspect ratio, so they end up clicking around on different sizes, and in the process, they inevitably end up cutting off a significant portion of the design. Once they've done that, they're stuck - because unless they wrote down the original dimensions there's no way for them to undo their changes and get back to the original size.  It used to be that if you restricted the size to "this size only" the standard sizes would go away, but the choose your own size spinners would remain. This was perfect because it would easily allow customers to choose a different size without the risk of changing the aspect ratio (unless they purposefully un-linked the chain to do that.) But that functionality went away, and now the only choice is to restrict to the original size, or throw open the gates of confusion with all of the "standard sizes." Could we pretty please get that functionality back? It could be a separate choice - so you could still have "restrict to this size only", or you could choose "restrict to choose your own size only", or you could have "all options". I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to help customers who have accidentally cut off part of the design because they didn't understand, and it would make for a much better customer experience if the system wasn't so confusing. Can we please get a dedicated category specifically for products with these in mind?  Whenever you search the MP, it comes up as a secondary description.  And, there's so many different types of worded tags and titles to help it get close to surfacing, yet not be grouping altogether with all the various similar type of designs.  In the research that I've done, it is still a best selling type of art, that I think would do well as a leader in products to color on - opposed to coloring books. So far, "adult coloring" and "coloring pages" gets close.  Adult coloring gives a good subcategory list, while hardly any products in the MP are listed.  "Coloring pages" gets the subcategory list, but you'll find the first one beyond the 8 or 9th product, and then it's entirely mixed in with non-coloring pages type products.  "Color your own" has no products listed for coloring, and "color me in" has a couple subcategories and probably the most in the MP selection.  However, this still does not connect all the products under one umbrella category for the subject.  Hopefully you can understand, that this is a well deserved category on it's own.  And, it's hard to find a category that they should be found in.      ... Right now the saved designs are not very usable as there is not any way to quickly find a design.  So I just usually end up recreating the design if it is not in the first couple pages especially since there are so few designs on each page so you are having to click through to the next page so frequently. Would love to see the ability to sort or search saved designs.  Would love to be able to search with keywords through the Saved Designs but if this is not possible then maybe have a few sort options.  (Both would be fantastic!). I do believe I would choose the ability to search keywords if only one is possible.   Sort Options could include: 1. product type 2. date created:   month,  newest,  oldest,   3. alphabetical  4. duplicates  (so we can delete the duplicates) Thank you, Sandra ... I think the option of adding the ruler has been suggested before but yeah, reiterating the request for a horizontal and vertical ruler (that you can toggle mm/cm/inch for your preference) in the design tool AND guidelines that we can drag in and move around as needed would be wonderful in setting up layouts the way we intend them to look. At the moment, we can only create pillow cases for the 20"h x 30"w pillows, BUT I think it would be nice if customers would be a able to purchase pillow cases for the square Throw pillows ( 16" x 16" and 20" x 20"). I think more square pillows would be sold if customers would have the possibility of changing the pillow cases from time to time, with different designs (winter holidays, spring, summer and so on). This way, they can 'refresh' the look in their homes whenever they'd want without having to pay too much for it. This is an issue I've experienced myself as a customer because I don't always find pillow cases to fit my square pillows. Just an idea.   ... View more
