I as a designer find it hard to find out what ' px image dimensions' are required as a minimum for certain products when designing so I can only assume it is harder for customers. It would be fantastic if in the 'about section' of the product, this information was included so customers and ourselves can swiftly note the dimensions and then create/upload an image to suit without having to go back and forth or look for the pages that relate to these details. A good case in point was recently trying to work out what px to use for rugs. I recognize this lack of ability to easily access this info could also just be a 'me' problem! Another way to approach this would be to have the image size/file type etc on the 'cover/place holder' images for the blank products. I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? Right now business cards are only offered as packs of 100. I think the idea of having a 100 item minimum is good, but I did receive an inquiry from a customer who was hoping to order 150 business cards, but who was disappointed that there only options were to order 100 or 200. It would be great to add the ability to search our products by product number. I keep a spreadsheet for license usage and searching by title brings up too many results. Searching by product number would quickly bring up the item so I can enter the data into my spreadsheet, with a screenshot of the product for quick reference. ... View more

Especially in the wedding area, a search invariably shows up "editor's picks". That would be fine if the drop-down choice would be editor's picks. However it is "popular". So popular items have become invisible. I would like to see a few additions added to the drop-down menu, like "random" and "editor's picks" and keep the standard to popular. The way it is now with pages after pages of editor's picks, it could be considered spam. And a random choice would also help to find those products that normally don't get seen that easily. Zazzle never used to be a "one size fits all" concept, it would always celebrate the abundance of creativity that is on this platform. I would like to see that being emphasized again. I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... I love the tiling feature but it could use some changes to make life easier.  If I try to make a square pattern smaller by using the “-“ button it’s hard to accurately get matching seams.  Could Zazzle add some % down choices?  If we had some fixed choices like -50%, -25% etc for squares, our edges would easily match with no fussing around.  ...
