I find following these posts difficult at times as it's a jumbled mess in my opinion. So I posted a reply in an subject and came back to see what has changed. It says there's 1 new message... and so I'm winding my way through to see which is the new message 🙂 So allow sort by most recent so I can see the newest reply at the top of the chain / page. I'm sure this is something Z has done on purpose however, if someone is searching for the state of Maine they see pages upon pages of "main squeeze" wedding products. Yes there are the drill down circles but let's just say I don't see them. I'm given wedding foremost in front of my face. This only happens with Maine.

Hi Zazzle Team Thank you for your continuing efforts to improve the Zazzle experience. I think it could be helpful to many of us designers if when a customer reaches out to us via customer chat that you prompt them to include the link to the product that they are asking about. I've had many fun mystery solving conversations along these lines:😎 Can I make this in the color blue? (no product link included) I need to order this but I need this (no product link included) Can you put this on a shirt? (no product link included) As much as we all would like to be able to read the clients minds 😀 it would be so helpful if they included the link of the product when needed. This extra step will help us save time and to help the customer experience. Thanks for considering this option.

This could be an option Zazzle only authorise for a limited number of times or no more than twice a year but it's very annoying when you create a new store and some of your products are better suited for this new store. But you can move them, the only solution currently is to customise them and assigned them to the new store. But this process duplicates the products and it doesn't duplicate user interaction such as likes and rewards you get from Zazzle like "editor's pick".

When trying to place editable text on golf balls, the 10pt size barely covers 7-8 letters across in most fonts, especially bolder fonts (which are a bit better suited for golf balls due to the small size imprint). When looking at many of the top search results, many use text placed as an image, which comes out to much smaller (sometimes half the size) of most of the 10pt fonts that we can add with the Design Tool. OR they are using Dongle, which can be placed at 10pt, but the actual size is close to half compared to other fonts. If Dongle works at it's 10pt size, and prints well, and customers are happy, then can we please be allowed to use the other fonts at a smaller size, so more text can fit? 🙂

Posted this in the General category in a longer thread. Placing it in Suggestions to make it easier for you (Zazzle) to find. Would you consider offering sellers a once yearly, free shipment, of our invitations. (Like, 20 invitations with 1 of each design?) This would increase the chances of sellers making real-life, social media friendly, videos. Keep in mind, that when a seller buys 1 invite or 3 invites, there’s a higher chance of an invite arriving damaged from shipping. (A corner is damaged or some other issue that would mess up use in a video.)

Hi, It would be wonderful for creators if there was a notes field in the back end of our products where creators could enter graphics information and license information for each design as it is created, instead of creators having to create additional spreadsheets or databases to keep this information. It would be right there with each design! No confusion and easier to monitor if your license has a maximum amount you can sell before upgrading to the next license level.

It just hit me that the title above the dots that represent grouped colorways reads "Design Theme," which seems to indicate that an entire design could change if someone clicks that. Since we have been instructed to, and it mostly functions simply as a way to see more color options - would it be more accurate if the term "design theme" was changed to something like "color options" or "more colors" or "color choices"? 🙂

I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

Hi Zazzle team, Paypal is not available in every country and as such, many creative contributors who live in those countries aren't able to join. I kindly request to make payment through Payoneer and Wise available. These Payment methods are available in most of these countries and adding these options will surely make a great difference. I know Zazzle sells doormats and bathmats. It would be nice if Zazzle sold area rugs, in different sizes and styes, like ones that are fuzzy, carpeted and non slip ones. I just bought a large Christmas area rug, for my living room, with non slip backing and I love it.

Hi there Zazzle team! Can we get an outline also called a stroke or border for the text option in the design editor? There is one for elements but it would also be helpful for text. For now I sometimes add a second layer, a copy, of text slightly moved one pixel to the right and down to create a shadow effect. It is very helpful when you want bright text on a bright background. It get's to a point where I can't help anymore and would love the ability to forward the chat to Customer Services for them to take over. With the new download product mockup function, if we could also get the product as a "stand-alone" -- like a pair of socks all by itself minus the background -- so that we would not have to go through a separate process to remove it from the rest of the plain background, that would be a real time-saver in creating our own product photos.

I am getting daily requests for downloads and am currently redirecting the customer to the product type that has the download, would be so much easier if it was just accessible on the product page. Especially if they're ordering the sheets as well because this means they have to edit two templates ( ie. the sheet + the product that allows digital download). If they've done a lot of their own customizations this may present a problem for them.

I would like to suggest that Zazzle provide an in-situ for the Photo Blocks that uses the same in-situ as the Wooden Box Signs. I think it would look quite nice and would give some perspective on the size of the Photo Blocks. Thank you!

Hi Team Zazzle. Sometimes I search the marketplace to test out different ideas and often click on EP's that I find to test my ideas. Something I am noticing with many EP's is that the designs look great! I get why they were chosen from a visual point of view. But I have found that when it comes to function, some designs fail. A few examples: You enter text into a text field template where the text field template extends off the design area. When long text is entered it disappears from from view. Or a text field for a name is set to the length of the name displayed... say five letters long, but once the sixth letter is entered it appears on a different line... In the case of skateboards, once the wheel trucks are attached to the board, the design is ruined. Sometimes the trucks cover a focal point of the design and others they cover a text field making the text field unreadable... Sometimes the text field is set to the whole board and the name displayed is 6 letters long. Once a seventh letter is entered, the design is broken... And it would be a great idea to test upload photos to make sure the designer properly set none/fit and fill options. Most of these seem to be OK, but every now and then I find one where things aren't set right... As I don't know much about this part of designing here, I can't guess as to why this is happening... In any event, I love the program, even though I don't tend to get more than one or two a year. But I am thrilled when I do. From a customer's point of view though, I would expect the chosen designs to be the best of the best in every way. Testing the functionality of the designs would ensure that that expectation is met. Hope this does not come across as harsh or negative, just trying to provide some feedback to better the program and the customers experience. Thanks for all you do! PC ...............................

The trendz section has been some boring wedding favor recommendation for months now. I want to know what is really trending right now. Like a few years ago it was mustaches, then cupcakes, and rainbow color foods, or owls or straight outta slogans or whatever. I'd like to know what non trademarked stuff is hot right now. For every product not just invites or paper wedding stuff.
