it would be extremely helpful to have insitus for the five favor box styles, with another object placed near them for size comparison purposes, just like you have for the candy jars. despite the fact that the dimensions are listed in the respective "About This Product" descriptions, customers still express dismay that the favor box is smaller than they expected. it is far easier to visualize with a photo. thank you for your consideration!  ... Would like to see some insitu images for the bandanas. As it stands, all one can see is a square with an image on it. How about some insitus, for example, of just a model's neck area with the bandana as a fashion accessory? Another insitu idea is to show it on a dog, since lots of people put bandanas on their pets. Hi Zazzle,  I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image.  Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image".   Thank you very much! Rusty ... View more

Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea.  Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. Please extend  the download option to all cards subspecies, e.g. the regular flat cards. There is no sense that holiday cards and thank you cards are eligible but regular cards not. I have quite a bunch of Christmas flat cards published on the regular card variant and would like to allow downloads for them but there is no option to do so. I know, I can create separate variants. It would also be nice if letterheads and paper sheets were eligible, too, for offering stationery papers. Thank you for considering! Currently when you add a product to a collection, it becomes the very first item in the collection. It would be awesome if we could choose for our newly added products to be organized behind existing products.   Or, if we could just have the option to "pin" certain items so they are always the first in the collection, that would be really helpful.   My hero products often get pushed out of the way by newly added complimentary items. Would love to see all over print wallets, scented candles w/custom labels and makeup accessory bags added!  Printify is now offering the option of popup /standalone stores with these products available. As you can see, they look good and they're in a price point range (mine are set at 25% markup) that makes them popular gift ideas.  I would much rather create them at Zazzle where I could add to an existing collection. I am So tired of each time I am working on a design I have to click off this annoying popup that covers up most of the page - is this how we are losing  self referrals I have to ask?      But that aside,  I'm working ... Not buying.. it is VERY annoying.. if I were just a customer - I think this would be enough for me to say Goodbye - and go elsewhere.. popups are annoying to just about everyone .. I'd think Zazzle would know that - the internet is full of junk mail & unsolicited ads..  and this qualifies IMHO - Please Stop or at least give us  a way in our profiles to click an option to not have this in our faces.. Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. Hello, i just saw an email that stated we are getting new script fonts.  This is very exciting and we have been waiting ! The email states that there will be retired fonts too. And if our design has retired fonts, they will be changed for us.  It also states we will have access to edit those products. Can we have access to edit all products to add the new font?  I would like the option of changing more of my designs to include the new font and not just the new ones I am creating.  thank you!  ... I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want.  Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design.
