I would like to request that Zazzle change the wording on the tick box that allows the buyer to remove attribution from the backs of certain products. If it just didn't say anything about removing designer attribution but only said "remove Zazzle attribution" or "remove Zazzle QR code" Then it would solve the problem for those of us who have our own locked logos and attributions added prior to all this. This would avoid angry buyers who pay to have the attribution removed and then see that the designer logo is still there. Then we designers would not have to delete and remake them. This seems like it would be an easy fix. Thank you for considering it.

I want to offer a very big THANK YOU to Zazzle for providing an increasing number of insitu options. This makes it much less labor intensive and more creative when I’m designing my pins. I look forward to seeing these options on more products. You are appreciated.

I have two suggestions to enhance the design tool. 1. Add the ability to set the transparency of images. A subtle hint of a background image can be a powerful thing. 2. Add the ability to group images. This, in turn, would allow designers to tile more than one loaded image.

I am trying to report an entire shop for Tag Spamming, but I see no way to do this. Please add to your report feature, a button for reporting an entire shop of Tag Spammed products. Right now the only option shoppers and designers can see is REPORT THIS DESIGN. There are shops offering hundreds of non-personalized products, each of which is assigned with tags completely unrelated to the topic of the design. If busy designers had a quick way to report an entire shop, Zazzle would be able to knock out thousands of these products in a cinch. Clearing away these products quickly would greatly improve the search results, taking these designs off the top of the search results, and out of Zazzle's serving up of OTHER DESIGNS YOU MIGHT LIKE. This would help Zazzle shoppers with cash-in-hand to find the high-effort, beautifully designed personalized products Zazzle is known for, and would be a wise, effective and quick way to improve Zazzle's image with the shopping community. Example of Tag Spamming A dog shirt was tagged with these tags: womens nacho average big sister Ice skating figure skater girl womens rockin the aunt life calculus teacher math coach math skeleton playing banjos music As directed by @Scott I reported this dog shirt today, June 21 2022. I will post here if this product is ever removed from the marketplace as a result of my report.

Can you please either put the latest posts back on the homepage or at least put a link to them in the body of that page. The recent changes have made the forum all but impossible to navigate on my phone.. There are pop up/ sidebar menus that appear on the desktop version that do not appear on the mobile one…

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

Pinterest wants tall and skinny images, as they spell out in the screenshot below. Therefore, please update in situs for all products to add some in situ images in the aspect favored by Pinterest which is 2 by 3. Zazzle has a lot of square in situ images--or maybe all of the Zazzle in situ images are square. According to Pinterest, these square images will be cut off on the Pinterest viewing platform and will not display properly on the screens of many shoppers looking at Pinterest. https://help.pinterest.com/en/business/article/pinterest-product-specs Many forum users here report that most of their referrals come from Pinterest. Pinterest changes things up now and then. How does Zazzle stay on top of these changes? Is there a point person on Zazzle staff who has the task of keeping up with the changes in this website which is so vital to the success of Zazzle and Zazzle designers? If not, I recommend appointing such an individual to monitor Pinterest and keep Zazzle on track.

I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!" (and it definitely not a problem on my end- I have fast stable internet, and a very fast gaming laptop.) It's only 8 seconds long, 6mb size.

Hey Zazzle! LOVING the new Real Foil wedding invitations!!!!! Just wondering: were you planning to introduce the standard enclosure cards for real foil as well? It's not working too well trying to re-purpose existing foil cardstock for the purpose of weddings, especially in the RSVP's where you want a vertical rsvp, but can't change the orientation of the back of the card. We've tried simply rotating the text, and that's fine, however it doesn't display correctly on the product mockup on the product page, so it wouldn't instil confidence in the buyer. Fingers crossed you'll offer more real foil options soon!

I am happy we have a more diverse range of fonts and am looking forward to see what other fonts we get in the serif and sans serif categories too, etc. However, it would be really great if the text tool could get a revamp to include an ALL CAPS feature so that we don't have to type in CAPS to achieve that effect (so if we change our mind, we can just toggle it off and not have to delete the entire text and retype it in standard case.) Also, since many of the fonts installed have multiple weights and styles available in the wild, but those aren't included in what is available on Z, maybe the option for a faux bold, faux italic feature so we can bold or italicize some of the text we would like that doesn't have that weight or style included from its family in our options. Lastly I'd really love if the text boxes could auto resize instead of taking up the entire width of the page because it becomes a headache when trying to move other items around. I think there were a couple other things the text features could use, but they are escaping my mind right now! Cheers!!

Hi everyone! My main market is animal people with a niche in livestock. Especially goats and show goats. Some of my customers are not super knowledgeable about POD sites. I run into a LOT of people who have never heard of Zazzle. More the a few times I have had frustrated customers. I've had to take screenshots of the steps to customize an item, of how to add items to the cart, etc. Then adding big red arrows on what buttons to click to get to the checkout. I know to us who frequently use Zazzle it seems so silly. One of my recent customers - assumed I owned the Zazzle site all together - there comment to me was "I don't know how you manage to stay in business" referring to how they could not figure out how to get one of my items to their cart to check out. I KNOW.... it seems to silly to a lot of us. I could order and edit things in my sleep. LOL Maybe one already exists? A How to order video. Common things you will run into when personalizing. How to edit personalized items. Geared towards those who are not very computer savvy or those who have never even heard of Zazzle.

Hi Zazzle team, Paypal is not available in every country and as such, many creative contributors who live in those countries aren't able to join. I kindly request to make payment through Payoneer and Wise available. These Payment methods are available in most of these countries and adding these options will surely make a great difference. When a customer clicks on ask the designer for chat - from a product page - it would be Very helpful if Zazzle automatically just added the url of the product they are on and asking about.. it would save so much time and effort having to ask the customer which product are you looking at? Not only is it time consuming but a delayed response usually loses you (ME) a sale -

When posting a Garden Flag or a House Flag for sale, only one suggested department shows up: Office & School > Promotional Products & Small Business Supplies > Signs & Posters > Outdoor Signs & Flags However, this should also show up as a suggested department for these flags: Home & Living > Garden & Outdoor > Garden & Outdoor Décor > Outdoor Signs & Flags This department is more appropriate for most flags, since Garden Flags and House Flags are Home Decor, not Office and School products. Please add BOTH categories to suggested departments when posting these products for sale. Every single time I post a flag for sale I have to manually select the department and it is very time consuming. Thank you very much for your consideration.

We desperately need more in-situ images for the Chiffon Scarfs. Perhaps a model wearing the square style scarf around the neck as a wardrobe accessory. The long, rectangular scarf needs a model showing the scarf hanging and draping nicely. And please make sure they are close-up images that we can see the designs on the scarf well. Thank you!

A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent. It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations. I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. There must be thousands of them a day across the designers!

I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages. That way you can make the pages of the notebook match the cover.

It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP.
