When trying to place editable text on golf balls, the 10pt size barely covers 7-8 letters across in most fonts, especially bolder fonts (which are a bit better suited for golf balls due to the small size imprint).  When looking at many of the top search results, many use text placed as an image, which comes out to much smaller (sometimes half the size) of most of the 10pt fonts that we can add with the Design Tool.  OR they are using Dongle, which can be placed at 10pt, but the actual size is close to half compared to other fonts.  If Dongle works at it's 10pt size, and prints well, and customers are happy, then can we please be allowed to use the other fonts at a smaller size, so more text can fit? 🙂 ... Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago. Hey Zazzle Team, I know it's a big ask, but I wondered if you might try working with Pinterest to get them to allow Zazzle stores to have a business account? Pinterest stats show a 70% higher rate of sale when pinners tag their products in a lifestyle image. Currently Pinterest does not allow Zazzle stores to have a Pinterest business account. They do, though, allow Etsy stores, so however it needs to work with a merchandising platform that allows people to have stores on the platform, does work on Pinterest. I'd really not like to have to go to all the extra effort, expense, and time of creating a website that I then must maintain simply so I can tag photos. Hoping you'll consider this idea! I thought it might be very useful to have a separate forum category/subject for just the desgin tool in zazzle...it is so ocmplex now and so useful (thank you) but easy to forget the updates and what they do, and harder to find such in search. Would you consider offering sellers a once yearly, free shipment, of our invitations. (Like, 20 invitations with 1 of each design?) This would increase the chances of sellers making real-life, social media friendly, videos.  Keep in mind, that when a seller buys 1 invite or 3 invites, there’s a higher chance of an invite arriving damaged from shipping. Many folks fold their bath towels in thirds for display.  The image Zazzle uses is folded in half.  It would be nice if there was also an image with the towel folded in thirds so the monogram would show.  The way it is now, if someone adds a monogram centered it doesn't show. ... View more

I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. I tried the media manager to create a multi-image image video (it says it can do up to 10 images.) I really didn't know exactly what would result---but it creates a vertical slideshow to left of product image. That has some usefulness. But  if you wanted to make this slideshow video REALLY useful to creators, PLEASE consider adding an option to the Media Manager to generate a horizontal code for posting on social media, blogs, etc.  This would mean adding selectable options to the media manager to produce either a "vertical slideshow" for Zazzle product page or a "horizontal code" for social media use or maybe both, then have a pop-up offer the paste/copy horizontal code. The column layout is different between Storefront and Store Management views. In Store Management there are 5 columns. In the Storefront (Public View) there is only 4 columns. I have spent a lot of time trying to make a collection look even and complete just to view in the Storefront and see everything skewed and uneven due to the difference in columns I would love to see this addressed ... All banners I have seen in the Associate section appear to be still images. Would you consider having an “active banner” that is linked to your own current specials banner? I think Amazon had something like this years back for their associates if I’m not mistaken. (I don’t know anyone anymore in their associates program to ask). I have a new website and want to start blogging about Zazzle products. Many people don’t come to visit your site right on the day of posting so if you say “40% off today on mugs, expires at midnight”, it’s too late. Please allow us to move our products between stores without the need to repost them. Especially considering all these recent changes, such as cover photos and collections (no complaints, I hope you know what you're doing), it has become literally impossible to keep up with the mess my account has turned into. I am aware that we can repost the items in a new store and delete the old ones, but that's not a solution, as it would mean losing statistics, marketplace rankings, and all the effort that has been invested in marketing. It would be super helpful if there were a few larger standard sizes offered for the square shaped foam core boards. Presently, the largest standard size is 24x24 inches, so customers often don't realize that they can choose a bigger size - up to 40x40 inches. I guess they don't understand the spinners, or don't see them, or just think that 24x24 is the biggest size. Soooo, frequently, they'll choose a vertical or horizontal shape, when what they really want is just a bigger size. Once they do that, it's a mess - especially for seating charts because, of course, the design does not adjust to the new aspect ratio. It would be so very helpful if there were a few bigger standard sizes offered so customers could easily get a larger size square board without messing up the design by accidentally changing the aspect ratio. As the nexus of what our design space could look like I would love us to have the opportunity to work with a modular design space where we as the designer could click an Edit button to be able to move different parts of our design space around to suit our needs. For example: you may as a designer be able to drag and drop the left side menu to the right side or you may want to drag the right side design tools to the left side and when done click a box finished and start designing with the different modules where they are most convenient for your workflow. Or you might even be able to hide some parts of the workspace that are a distraction to your workflow. I've uploaded one or two parts of our design space as examples of parts of our design space that could become modules that could be arranged.  I know this is a "way out there' idea but it would be just one more way to customize our design space that might help speed up our workflow.   ... Hello Zazzle Team! We love Zazzle, and the design tool, and we have an idea which we'd love to ask for. We'd LOVE to see more flexibility in the grid design. What we would ideally love is to be able to define our own grid, to many different parameters. Could be quadrants that work with the product we're designing on; could be centimeters, could be inches, etc, depending on the product. What would also be really great is to be able to overlay a secondary grid, with perhaps different grid line colors, so we can see it separate from the first grid.
