First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment.  If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. I continue to receive questions from customers about the Review Your Design box that pops up before the customer purchases an editable item.  I make all of my text editable, and if the customer does not change one line, a box pops up.  The box says r to  review your design and it shows the text not edited in red. But it does not ask if you would like to leave the text the way it is, it says review the following.  Because it is in red and does not ask if it is ok the way it is, or mention that they did not edit it, the customer assumes there is an error and reaches out to me.  Can you fix this to be clearer to the customer that is it just a reminder that they did not edit some text?  I would hate for anyone to lose sales because the customer thinks there is an issue.  thanks.  ... I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card.  I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use.  Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. All in different size options.  This would be so fantastic. It would be great, I think, to extend our travel-related offerings with custom packing cubes. These are the cubes of different sizes that people use to organize their suitcase. Some have compression capability to make the cubes smaller. They often come in a set, so this would be an opportunity for related but unique designs, similar to the concept of coasters and wine tags. Having different colors or images helps people remember which cube is which, although I think most designers would use a similar theme throughout. Some people might want to match the to their luggage. Offer overall artwork would be great for patterns, or perhaps images of travel destinations and family trips. I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on  Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. I already notified to Zazzle support. Business cards are available in different sizes, also for Europe; I would add at least the A4 for paper/letter, folders and brochures products. Then, possibility to show products like business cards, folder, brochures grouped in the same product page.  This could be a good option for buyers of small business who wants an ID kit, but cannot afford a graphic designer. Here's a helpful and less time consuming idea. Let's say you make a t-shirt. It would be helpful for a cover photo if we could upload the background and have someplace we check off that places the cut-out image of the t-shirt against our uploaded background.  Right now, the cover photos seem to take too much time because we have to isolate the image to put it on the background but if this part was done for us, it would make uploading cover photos a breeze. ... From time to time I have customers who think Zazzle previews regarding invites show two pieces of paper. This has recently raised a complaint as when the customer asked me if her invitation would be on one piece of paper or two, I, of course, said 'one'. However, having placed her order and received them, it appears that what she meant was: 'will all the text appear on the front side'? Which is quite different. She mistakenly thought the back view of the image was a second sheet of paper and I hadn't realized this was what she was thinking (this might be obvious to others, but it never occurred to me) and now of course she's upset to find text on the reverse of her invite as per the 'previews'. A small twiddle re previews (overlay text) just to say 'this is the front view' and 'this is the back view' would help negate this issue going further. Many thanks   ... View more

For the 'heart cut out' or 'heart window' favor boxes, can the customer please be given the options to purchase 'cupcake inserts' (cardboard platform that keeps the cupcake from moving around inside the box) with it and 'plastic film' for the 'heart window'?
