Can we get serious about Scrapbook Paper? Digital scrapbook products are being sold all over the internet. Why isn't it implemented here with the addition of digital downloads? I created a post about the current state of scrapbook paper on Zazzle but I will post here in hopes of getting an official answer. Is scrapbook paper being phased out? If not can we get the downloadable option for scrapbook papers in sizes up to 12 X 12? (up to 12 x 12 is just a dream, I'll settle for the 8.5" x 11") Now about getting serious about scrapbook paper. I've been in the scrapbook industry for over 10 years and HUGE sales amass on the scrapbooking Holidays iNSD (interNational Scrapbooking Day) DSD (Digital Scrapbooking Day) There needs to be a category under Events & Occasions for both of these. Its really a missed opportunity not to include it.

Hey Zazzle Team! It is my understanding that letterpress techniques for printing have become much more economical. We were wondering if you might consider offering letterpress for a few select items, such as wedding invitations. This would allow us to target a higher-end clientele to the Zazzle marketplace. When new products are added to a collection, they currently appear at the bottom of the page, requiring creators to either manually drag them upwards, which can be cumbersome. Furthermore, a customer who is browsing a collection, needs to continuous scrolling down in order to access the new items. To enhance user-friendliness, proposing the implementation of a straightforward dropdown menu on the collection page. This dropdown could be positioned at the top right, just below the banner image and next to the 'Share' button. The dropdown would offer the following sorting options: - Sort by Newest - Sort by Relevance/Popularity - Sort by Price Low to High - Sort by Price High to Low This approach would simplify the process for customers to view and access the desired products within the collection, ensuring a more enjoyable browsing experience.

All the vertical orientation flat cards and postcards let you design the front side vertically, but then show the back side horizontal. Which is a drag, especially if you want to add text. The horizontal orientation cards, and folded cards are all ok. Would it be possible to change that please, so that the orientation of the back layer matches the front? Thanks.

The vertical orientation flat cards and postcards let you design the front vertically, but then the back side comes up horizontal. That's really frustrating when you want to add text, especially customizable text, because its sideways, and who's going to want to bother with that. The in situ pics show them that way too. The horizontal cards are ok, and so are folded cards. Unless it's just me, maybe there's away to change it, please tell me. Wouldn't be the first time I've not noticed some obvious design tool thing. Please add a "MORE Products From This Collection" button/link to the end of "Other Products From This Collection" Since "Other Products From This Collection" only scrolls through the top 36 products in a collection it would be nice to have some sort of indication at the end that there are more products in that collection. Or please consider letting that scroll menu keep going till the end of a collection. Some of my collections are a couple 100 products, it would be nice if customers knew there are more to see. Since foil is slowly getting out to different products, it would be nice if we could filter them out too from all the create your own [CYO] products. Aside of price and color, it would help us as designers quickly choose the products we're looking for.

So I bought the large fleece blanket and I thought I could use it on my full-size bed in my guest room. The blanket has a skimpy fit and should be longer on the sides. We like the blanket but it's not large enough to use in the bedroom, so I have it draped over the backside of the sofa. I would not hesitate to buy another fleece blanket if they came in bed sizes. I hope that you consider this request because the prints are very nice.

Despite the flag that briefly pulls up (e.g. "The foil and metal elements are simulated in the artwork by the Creator. These elements will not be used in the making of this product"), I have customers who expect to have copper, tin, or porcelain (to name a few recent examples) in their product (and don't scroll down to read the "About This Product" section). Please add the material used in the making of the product to the title ... e.g. "acrylic" to acrylic ornaments, acrylic clocks, etc. e.g. "glass" to glass cutting boards, glass paperweights, etc. e.g. "neoprene" to neoprene can/bottle/seltzer coolers, neoprene wine totes, etc. e.g. "wooden" to wooden serving trays, etc. and so on. Doing so could help reduce the cancellations and disappointments that result when customers receive their product(s). Thank you for your consideration.

It would be so nice when adding design elements or copying layers if the new layer would or could be created just above the layer you have active as opposed to defaulting to the top layer. It would save so much time. Especially when you are creating items with 20+ layers. The window doesn't show all the layers and so you can only drag so far before having to stop to scroll down more and then you have to find the layer you were trying to move.

I've been dealing with customer service but I don't think my issue/feedback has made it to the proper channels. I ordered some samples of my holiday card designs. They looked great HOWEVER the all-in-one cards were paper clipped. And the paper clip scratched the image on card. Customer service was great about sending a replacement. I get it - and there's another paper clip on there again scratching the card. So I get another replacement; it arrived yesterday with - you guessed it - a paper clip scratching the card. And that replacement was also printed on paper that isn't even an option for the all in one cards (it was on semi gloss and only matte or pearl are offered). I'm at a loss with how to communicate that this is a problem that should be addressed, hence this post. My Zazzle customer service experiences have always been top-notch (truly!) but this is just getting pretty frustrating that the problem isn't being addressed. Appreciate any help getting this passed along and taken care of!

It would be nice if we could add videos to the collections just like you can do with products. At the moment you add up to 10 images but not videos. For example a video showcasing several products in the collection.

Not sure why this isn’t already being done, but it sure would be useful to know how many products you’re about to delete when multiple products are selected, especially since they’re unrecoverable. I was just about to delete a couple of products and pure dumb luck saved me from inadvertently deleting several more. The warning only says: “Multiple Items Selected — Are you sure you would like to delete these products? This action cannot be undone.” If you choose photos to delete you’re warned how many you’re about to kill. Why not a similar warning for products to save us from ourselves?

Looked all over for a 2’x3’ magnetic sheet/bulletin board for kids’ dorm room. Finally found a plain dry erase one that wasn’t too heavy. But, I have a super old one around that size which has a cloudy sky on it! — Would be great to be able to make/sell something like this!!🤞🏼🙏🏼

First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance

I continue to receive questions from customers about the Review Your Design box that pops up before the customer purchases an editable item. I make all of my text editable, and if the customer does not change one line, a box pops up. The box says r to review your design and it shows the text not edited in red. But it does not ask if you would like to leave the text the way it is, it says review the following. Because it is in red and does not ask if it is ok the way it is, or mention that they did not edit it, the customer assumes there is an error and reaches out to me. Can you fix this to be clearer to the customer that is it just a reminder that they did not edit some text? I would hate for anyone to lose sales because the customer thinks there is an issue. thanks.

It would be very nice if we could MOVE AROUND the tags and reorder them instead of having to delete them all and redo them. As we learn seo and have to go back and redo all the tags this would speed up the process greatly!

Would it be possible to have artwork that can be applied to boards of classic games like Checkers, Chinese Checkers, Chess, Parcheesi, Backgammon... Also having a licensing agreement to use artwork on other classic brand games like Monopoly etc.
