Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level. I think it would be great for Zazzle to allow us to sell Animated Invitations, even though digital still invitations are nice, animated ones would be a bit better. Hi Team. Please could you not use zazzle at the beginning of each image that is for download? It makes it very hard to index files when everything starts with one word, and its very tedious to keep removing this word on each save and annoying when you forget. Given the huge numbers now of image files within one folder on my PC, owing to the need for 1 or 2 images each product & design, its becoming hard to search for a specific image now. Because many of us do not have all our products at the same royalty rate, could you come up with a solution where we can reduce or increase our royalty rate but a set number, eg, decrease all my different royalty rates by another 5%. So if I have an invitation at 14.9% and a sticker at 30%, the new royalties will be 9.9% for the invitation and 25% for the sticker.  Sometimes I have different rates for different designs on the same product type so this will help immensely, particularly during the holidays. ... Make a tool or way for us to see into searched words other than just  "gingerbread" wrapping paper, mugs etc. To make it easier to add more in demand searchable tags and descriptions and titles. Currently the design elements available for designers in the Zazzle design platform are limited to a line, circle, square, triangle, and rounded rectangle. This is not enough tools for designers to create even moderately complex designs. Designers need more tools to do our jobs properly. We need a diamond, a star, a heart, a polygon where we can choose how many sides we need, a curved line, a dotted line, an editable polygon with point nodes that we can control and move—and curve—plus an arc or open circle, and more. Without these tools, the only thing I use the Zazzle design tool for is to add text and set up templates. As it currently stands, the design tool is limiting. I have tons of old products sitting in the “under review” area that I want gone.  In addition, sometimes when I’ve submitted new products that require review I realize that I’ve made errors and want to delete those after submitting corrected ones.  So they no longer need review and would only waste the reviewer’s time.  Why can’t we delete from this area?  It doesn’t make sense to me.  The same holds true for the “revise and resubmit” area.   ... When we delete a product form our store, please automatically delete the product from the collection! More than once I've found blank products in my collections, because I deleted the product, but it's still invisibly showing in my collections. ... View more

Can we get serious about Scrapbook Paper? Digital scrapbook products are being sold all over the internet. Why isn't it implemented here with the addition of digital downloads? I created a post about the current state of scrapbook paper on Zazzle but I will post here in hopes of getting an official answer. Is scrapbook paper being phased out? If not can we get the downloadable option for scrapbook papers in sizes up to 12 X 12? (up to 12 x 12 is just a dream, I'll settle for the 8.5" x 11") Now about getting serious about scrapbook paper. I've been in the scrapbook industry for over 10 years and HUGE sales amass on the scrapbooking Holidays iNSD (interNational Scrapbooking Day) DSD (Digital Scrapbooking Day) There needs to be a category under Events & Occasions for both of these. When new products are added to a collection, they currently appear at the bottom of the page, requiring creators to either manually drag them upwards, which can be cumbersome. Furthermore, a customer who is browsing a collection, needs to continuous scrolling down in order to access the new items. To enhance user-friendliness, proposing the implementation of a straightforward dropdown menu on the collection page. This dropdown could be positioned at the top right, just below the banner image and next to the 'Share' button. The dropdown would offer the following sorting options: - Sort by Newest - Sort by Relevance/Popularity - Sort by Price Low to High - Sort by Price High to Low This approach would simplify the process for customers to view and access the desired products within the collection, ensuring a more enjoyable browsing experience. ... All the vertical orientation flat cards and postcards let you design the front side vertically, but then show the back side horizontal. Which is a drag, especially if you want to add text. The horizontal orientation cards, and folded cards are all ok. Would it be possible to change that please, so that the orientation of the back layer matches the front? Thanks.   ... View more

The vertical orientation flat cards and postcards let you design the front vertically, but then the back side comes up horizontal. That's really frustrating when you want to add text, especially customizable text, because its sideways, and who's going to want to bother with that. The in situ pics show them that way too. The horizontal cards are ok, and so are folded cards. Unless it's just me, maybe there's away to change it, please tell me. Wouldn't be the first time I've not noticed some obvious design tool thing.
