Thank you for the massive font expansion. The choice is now great but the drawback is that it has become overwhelming. It would be extremely helpful if you would move the chosen favorites to the top of the respective style/category lists: favorites first (alphabetically), then the rest (alphabetically). This way we can save a lot of scrolling now that the choice is immense. I know, there is the favorites category (thank you for that great add, too) but in practice, it's more convenient to work by style category - the favorites category gets overwhelming and difficult to use, too, with so many fonts. I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section?  In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. The same with the hide icon. Make it seeable and change the color when it is in use.  ... View more

Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.  ... View more

It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales.  Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers.  But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling.  Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others.  Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle.  If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically??  Just an idea.... Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ... This back end filter does have the Discontinued option but it would be nice to check occasionally when some things are Out of Stock.  As of this morning 6/11/26, I just noticed Duvets and Pillowcases were out.  I don’t know when this happened, (I just searched for Duvets and they are unsearchable).  I know this may come and go quickly (replenish) so maybe this isn’t a big deal.  If there is a way to search the Out of Stock option elsewhere I’m unaware of it.  On a side note: flip flops are searchable and able to design on them but out of stock for years!?     ... Why haven't you added the ability to add text or designs to both the back and side of hats. You show previews for these areas, but no way to actually utilize these areas. I have been with zazzle close to twenty years and you have yet to add meaningful apparel inventory such as soft cotton tees, pastel tees etc. Your focus seems to be on weddings and not anything else. Please enable us to change default paper types on more than one invitation at a time, as we have nearly 20,000 products so it’s impossible to change all. The tiling feature currently offers two options: "Tile" and "Horizontal." However, only "Tile" allows SVG files. It would fantastic if we could include SVGs in both. Especially since the "Tile" option is limited to a 6" square, with a "Basic" tiling layout, and doesn't transfer to other products as a tiled pattern. - The "Horizontal" option allows much greater flexibility with size and layout (Half Drop, Half Brick etc). - It also transfers as a tiled pattern to other products. The new "Best Practices For Designing Templates" encourages the use of SVG files so that customers can customize colors. Not allowing SVGs in "Horizontal" tiled products restricts this. For instance, a customer might want to match colors for cards, tags, and "Horizontal" tiled wrapping paper. However, there is still an issue with "Horizontal" tiling and the new design tool! You still can't select template elements on the design area. You have to use the 'Edit' box to customize text and images, so SVG objects would need to be included there. It would be ideal if "Horizontal" tiled designs functioned similarly to "Tile" designs within the design area, by only displaying the template area, not the entire tiled pattern. This would allow customers to access individual elements in the same way as they do with all other product types. ... View more

It would be really fantastic if Zazzle could offer Electric Range Covers that one can customize with their images and text. I use them all the time on my electric range to cover the burners. They come in a standard set of 4, with two 8" and two 10" round covers. It would be really helpful if there was an in-situ image for the Luggage Handle Wraps to show customers what these are for. As in stands, just looking at the product image doesn't tell me anything. Zazzle did such a great job of presenting in-situ images for the Luggage Tags.
