RE: Replace product feature Recently I noticed a Replace product button to resubmit a product  To the Z team: it would be nice if there was some guidance as to how much we can change without rejection? While the product rejection notice I received yesterday had an explanation (and some of it made sense). It will save both the designers and reviewers time if we knew what we generally can or can't do. The reason for my request is I just had a product I resubmitted after making some alterations. I changed the font which was a poor design choice (in my early days of inexperience). The text was also poorly aligned and the layout was chaotic.  I though this was a good candidate for replacement. The reviewer though otherwise and for some of the reasons they mentioned, they were right.  One reason mentioned: A customer revisiting the product might be disappointed by the drastic changes (their words.... paraphrased 🙂 Thank you in advance for considering some guidance. ... I recently made a couple of pillows and noticed the images of the pillows are smaller than previous ones I made - I believe before the in situ images were added. Both of these pillows are 16x16. I definitely prefer the larger pillow size. Can this go back to the way it was? Thanks ... View more

When I enter "paper bowls" as a search term when transferring a design to another product, the database of Zazzle products doesn't return the new 7" paper bowls. Entering "bowl" or "bowls" only shows the chili and soup bowls. Entering "plate" or "plates" is the only way to see the paper bowls, and they're the last of the search results. Thank you! ... I was thinking that it would be cool to have an option allowing the creator to set online / offline status. When publishing cards and gifts for just the Grad, I can't find "Grad" anywhere in the Recipient category under "For Anyone." Could we please have Grad added to that list? It would be super helpful to have the side of a mug along with an inset photo of the front.  I usually put the name in the center (front) with designs on the sides. I'm getting multiple messages per day from customers who can't find the link to the Shipping Options. It seems like the link keeps moving, so it's hard for me to direct customers on how to find it. Today I was trying to help a customer who needed to know how long a seating chart would take to arrive. I wasn't sure if she was ordering a poster or a foam core board, so I went to find the location of the link, and get this... the link is in a DIFFERENT place on the two different products! And if she's on a phone, God knows where it might be. Is there some way we could have a link that we could send them to get to the right page, or maybe even something to append onto the end of the product URL or something? Or maybe just stop moving the link and make it more prominent somehow? It would sure save a lot of headaches if customers could find it. ... View more

The Z landing page from outside links to discontinued backpacks currently offers the "Personalize this item" or "Edit this design" button. Please consider making the "Transfer this design" option more prominent for these items, i.e. above the 60 other unrelated products on the landing page. I'm only selling on Zazzle and i opened my first store about 4 months ago. I've made a few sales,but i have to pay 2 euros per month to my bank,just to keep the account open. I'd like to suggest a way for designers to get discounted product samples for the purpose of authentic content marketing. Before April 1, if I wanted to create product videos (which it seems that Zazzle is highly interested in us making?) for my Instagram, I would purchase my own products. They would naturally be discounted because I could rely on the self referral. Since self referrals are unreliable (*almost impossible*) to get anymore, it doesn't really make sense to do that now. On top of earnings being cut with the new fees, I can't also be purchasing samples at full price with reduced royalties AND no referral.  Another casualty of the new system.  (I'm sure it would need to be a separate program since obviously designing and purchasing something yourself is the whole point of Zazzle.)  Maybe it's a program where designers need to apply and prove their social media presence (or wherever they are marketing)? Or maybe it's a perk of reaching a certain level of sales?   Or credits earned somehow?  It's worth considering if you want authentic video content and not just AI generated or 'slideshows with transitions' type videos (which honestly probably work fine on the product pages but they will not get any traction in the social media world).    If the future here is geared towards affiliate and self promotions, and you put more weight in video content, then designers need some help to do that efficiently. I get that auto-saving is a fail-safe, but it's frequently just creating unnecessary clutter in Saved Designs that needs constant cleaning-up. Anytime you enter the Design Tool on something or even just click to open the template panel, poof - into Saved Designs it goes whether it's your product or someone else's.  There's lots of reason you might do either; maybe you're opening your own product in the DT just to copy an element or hex color, maybe you're looking at another Creator's work to help troubleshoot something, maybe you're just looking at a new product blank, maybe you're just testing that your templates work right ... And every single look, it's another thing added to Saved Designs.  I would love the option to toggle this off and be able to toggle it on only when I am actually wanting to create something.  ...
