Zazzle pillows are nice, and a good seller for my stores. Would love to have an insitu view of them, though, on neutral colored furniture would be great. Thanks!

A long time ago I asked for bulk deletion of discontinued products and I just want to thank you for adding that option in the backend updates! 😁 "You'll have the ability to delete multiple discontinued products at once. The Select menu at the top-right of the page has been updated to allow a user to select all discontinued products, and then you can use the Actions dropdown to delete them."

It would be great if we can see the view count for our collections. It would help with our own marketing and sales purposes... and, in return help with Zazzle's own sales as well. A win for all. Thanks!!!

When a buyer has already made up their mind to buy something, they then at that time presented with a range of alternatives from other sellers, which means they have another opportunity to change their minds? These are not other types of products that might make a nice match they are competing products in the identical niche. Can all pop-up options be our own (where they exist) ? Thank you for considering this suggestion. ps. I otherwise love this pop-up! .

Several years ago Zazzle used to have tear-away paper placemats. They were discontinued for whatever reason. I would very much like to see these make a comeback. They are excellent for events, picnics, barbecues, patio parties graduation parties, travel, etc. With the warmer weather seasons approaching, I believe these would make a good seller.

@Roberta @James @Fiona @James_C @hamoudi_admin @kh-eric-admin @Lithium-Admin @Heather @Rebecca @Mark @MarkM Please help. I have more than $6600 trapped on the Zazzle platform. This earnings has accumulated since 23RD of August 2022, when I made my first sale. And I still can't withdraw because the 2 options of Paypal and Bank check, don't work here in Nigeria. I have chatted with the Zazzle management many times about this.Yet nothing has been done.I even chatted with some prominent YouTubers in the print on demand niche on social media, but none offered any help.I even got blocked by two of them. This case of mine has caused me a lot of embarrassment. This is really painful. Direct Bank deposit remains the best option anytime anyday. Please send me my hard earned money.I beg you in the name of God

BACKEND MANAGING COLLECTIONS I have difficulty figuring out what some of the products are in my collections as the title is ABBREVIATED and leaves out the end, which generally says what product I'm looking at. Did I make a sticker, round invitation, paper plate, magnet, button, wall decal, window decal....etc.. Or is it the discontinued plate? EXAMPLE BELOW:

Alphabetical orders are critical for many products related to proper names, such as baby names, personal names, school names, town names, etc. Currently, products within a category on the public front can be only sorted by: Popularity (default) Newest Price For a category with names being the critical element of the title, shoppers can't find the products by scrolling through a random mix without sorting products by alphabetical order. Even if you create a super narrow category such as "Names starting with A", potentially there will be hundreds of names with A. In reality, we can't have 26 categories, each with one letter. If we have a category such as "A - D", for example, there will be so many products in chaotic order it not sorted by "Title A - Z". Currently, shop owners can sort these products by alphabetical order but only in the back end. On the public front, products are sorted by popularity by default, making the store such a random mess, discouraging shoppers to browse as they can't find the exact names. Then, after seeing the random mix (sorted by popularity), there is no option for them to sort by alphabetical order. Even if shoppers know the exact names they are shopping for, the search box would be their only means to find products in such a random mix. And it's not ideal, as it eliminates the opportunity for shoppers to browse. I hope Zazzle would implement 2 features: Allow shoppers to sort products by alphabetical order. Most effective solution: Allow shop owners to set which sorting order to be the default, including the alphabetical order. I understanding sorting by popularity is a business strategy for many stores. But this strategy does not work for products where proper names are critical. Only shop owners would know which category needs the alphabetical order as they know their products and their intended shoppers best. Zazzle can still leave the Popularity sorting as a default in the back end, as it is a good practice; but please allow an option for us to present our category in alphabetical order to the public when it makes sense. As of now, we have no such option. Please take this suggestion into consideration! Messy stores are not attractive to shoppers. Many thanks! Best regards, Dandy

I believe nowadays more and more folks are using their mobile devices to browse and shop online. Please add Sort by: Popular Newest Price: low-to-high Price: high-to-low to the mobile and app interface. While one of my own items pops currently up as number 5 with the default of popularity in this example (and that makes me happy of course because I sold it twice this months) adding more sorting options would level the seller play field a bit (meaning would give newer sellers a better shot on Zazzle) as well as be really beneficial for customers too because they will have some sorting options they currently only enjoy when they use a computer to shop on Zazzle. I am thanking you for your consideration.

Yesterday a customer contacted me to alter a current product's design. After a back and forth conversation with them it was apparent they wanted me to totally change the design completely. When this happens I usually recommend the customers to Zazzle Live. The reasoning behind the recommendation is the meager earnings I would receive would not be worth my time. I have very rarely sent customers to Zazzle Live in the past. Because Creator's receive no compensation for sending potential customers to Zazzle Live I'm sure many Creators don't bother. However, I want the customer to have the best experience with Zazzle in hopes they come back some day for more purchases. It would be nice if the favor was reciprocal. We do our best to bring customers to Zazzle every day. Sometimes we are lucky enough they purchase something and we receive a referral. Wouldn't it be nice if we got a 5% commission when a customer we send to Zazzle Live purchases something they otherwise would not have? I'm sure Creator's who don't do personalized work for Zazzle customers would direct them to Zazzle Live if they knew there was a chance they'd be compensated for creating another happy Zazzle customer. Just a thought...

I think our personal store Categories arent being utilised enough. If a person is on a listing for one of my products, and wants to see similar products, they only have a couple of options: 1. View Collection. Only works if a collection has been set up with that product in it. 2. 'Other designs you might like' section. Only works if they are looking only at the same product type. Eg if the product they clicked on is socks, only more socks will show. 3. Manually go to my store and try and find the matching products. This could take dozens of clicks, each more likely to lose the customer. My suggestion is to have other items from the same Category appear below the product, with a link to that category in your Store. This will be a fast way to get people looking at your store, see your variety of related products, and hopefully convert more sales. Also linking to categories can be better than collections because you have a finite amount of collections, but you will ALWAYS have a product in a category. I have made a quick mockup idea of how this could look (outlined in red).

As it was discussed in General section, the situation with image thievery is becoming sort of crazy. People use screenshots to print elsewhere or send via mobile. I think for every case we know for sure about, there are many we don't know and will never know about. 2048x2048 is really too big for cards, it allows for good result when printed, even with 72 dpi. Using smaller product views (like, 1024x1024) could to some extent prevent this. As of now, normal view is 540x540, so zoomed in view 1024x1024 (or even smaller) would be fine for customers I guess. No need really for such giant zoom ins. We all are missing sales because there are local and online print shops that charge less than Z, so people are figuring that out and take screenshots to print elsewhere. With smaller screenshots they won't be able to print with good quality.

This could be an option Zazzle only authorise for a limited number of times or no more than twice a year but it's very annoying when you create a new store and some of your products are better suited for this new store. But you can move them, the only solution currently is to customise them and assigned them to the new store. But this process duplicates the products and it doesn't duplicate user interaction such as likes and rewards you get from Zazzle like "editor's pick".

Hi, I just had a customer request a fitted sheet based off of one of my designs. Unfortunately Zazzle doesn't currently offer sheets and I told the customer this, but I think this could be a great new product, especially for kids' bedding, so I thought I'd pass it along. Thanks, Jen

It would be so nice when adding design elements or copying layers if the new layer would or could be created just above the layer you have active as opposed to defaulting to the top layer. It would save so much time. Especially when you are creating items with 20+ layers. The window doesn't show all the layers and so you can only drag so far before having to stop to scroll down more and then you have to find the layer you were trying to move.

Maybe I am missing it but I can't seem to find the vertical display / view for tissue paper. All I see is horizontal and honestly it does not help the customer to see what they are buying. Could Zazzle merchandising make this happen. This tissue paper was a best seller for me, but after the update that did not offer vertical , sales have gone south. I don't think its the design but do think sales are off due to inability to see it vertical...you have to tilt your head or move around your phone or laptop to see it...I think easy to view is best. Show a vertical option on selling page and marketplace. I have too many to count tissue paper designs that are shown as horizontal and should be shown as vertical at my store.

With the new download product mockup function, if we could also get the product as a "stand-alone" -- like a pair of socks all by itself minus the background -- so that we would not have to go through a separate process to remove it from the rest of the plain background, that would be a real time-saver in creating our own product photos.

It just hit me that the title above the dots that represent grouped colorways reads "Design Theme," which seems to indicate that an entire design could change if someone clicks that. Since we have been instructed to, and it mostly functions simply as a way to see more color options - would it be more accurate if the term "design theme" was changed to something like "color options" or "more colors" or "color choices"? 🙂

Could we get a week or two week notice before each new set of font swaps take place? A notice that tells us which fonts are leaving and, possibly, which fonts are taking their places in the swap? I have multiple products that use large versions of Serif, San Serif, Decorative, and Distressed fonts. I’d like to do “final chance”, “limited time only”, “original edition” types of promotion on those products on social media, my website, and possibly my Zazzle store branding. It feels like an opportunity. So, I wanted to ask.
