Hi @Scott, in the backend we can select the amount of products being shown, 24 - 48 - 72 - 96 - 204. Is it possible to make it so that we can choose one of those choices as a preferred default, so one doesn't have to make that selection every time when pulling up the backend to work in?

I'm getting a lot of questions from customers about paper types - mostly for invitations, but for other paper products as well. I try to point them to the page that describes all of the paper choices in detail, but since it's a popup, not a standalone page, I can't just send them a link, so it ends up being this complicated back and forth trying to point them to the correct location - especially since directions on how to find it vary depending on the device that they're using. Would it be possible to get standalone links to the pages describing all of the paper choices for various products? AND, it would be really helpful if the paper descriptions could be a bit more descriptive in terms of the weight of the paper. First of all, the descriptions generally give a paper weight, but it doesn't say if that's a cover weight or a text weight, and there's a BIG difference. Most customers won't understand that jargon anyhow, but even for us designers, it's very confusing since it isn't specified. Could the descriptions on paper sheets be modified to clarify if the paper is a cardstock or not? This is the main question customers have, and it's a source of great confusion. It really matters because some designs are supposed to be folded, and others are supposed to be flat, so the customer needs to know what they're getting. It would also be helpful if we had more granularity in specifying which papers are available for which designs. The other one that's a big deal is the poster papers. People seem to assume that the canvas gloss will stand up without a frame, but I don't believe it will. It needs to be clear that none of the poster papers are sturdy enough to stand up without a frame - I believe that's accurate - that's what I was told from a Zazzle rep on the old forum anyhow. Maybe Zazzle could do a video for each product, showcasing the different paper types? It would be easier for customers to see the differences in thickness that way. Thanks for considering this... it would be really helpful if this process could be made easier for the customer.

Hey Zazzle Team! It is my understanding that letterpress techniques for printing have become much more economical. We were wondering if you might consider offering letterpress for a few select items, such as wedding invitations. This would allow us to target a higher-end clientele to the Zazzle marketplace. Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out. So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products.

Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. You have to create the "ok" button to make this process much easier. That's it 😋

On the product page under "more listing tools" it would be a tremendous time saver for designers if the "more options" feature (that contains the option to download the artwork or the product mockup) to the back end of the store under the "actions" feature of each product.

I would like the ability to send a message to tell the customer how to reach customer service at any point during the chat and not just as the first message in a chat. I don't like that if you choose to send a more personal response first then the option to send a message to redirect to customer service goes away. Thanks!

Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂

I would love to see combination sales that entice buyers to add more related product via a discount Example: buy a pack of business cards get 1/2 off business card holders buy a pet bowl get 1/2 off pet ID tags buy thank you cards get 1/2 half off thank you stickers I guess you get the idea here So instead of just promoting a product or category of products, offer a related product at a discount that entices add on sales. More sales = more royalties and larger monthly checks for designers and added volume for Zazzle

It would be fantastic if when your transferring a design from say a button to a keychain that the title would also change to keychain instead of (example) Big Blue Button Keychain. It's easy to forget to take out the word "Button". Also, would be nice if the computer can insert the correct product category as keychain. Rather than just "suggesting" to change the category. I think 9 times out of 10 most people would want to change it to keychain if that.s what they just transferred an item too.

First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance

Please PLEASE can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered? Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered by cross reference is tedious and difficult - ALSO would Really be nice to have some sort of key as to the type of cancellation ie: cancelled or declined or returned? Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled Before or After they got their product. And While we are on the subject.. would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel.. like a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded my Feb earnings and took a look on my spreadsheet. I had 154 cancellations amounting to $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb.. that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me? I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any.. too many to try to cross reference.. which is why I asked my initial request of having some way to see in our backend if a customer re-orders ..

I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. I don't see why a Zazzle email isn't optional for every Collection type?

In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own. Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations. However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way. I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download. I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me. Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it. So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order. Anyway I just wanted to mention it. Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.

I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

I've had some requests to add a return address to the standard envelopes that come with invitations. This seems like a reasonable request of service for the customer to ask. I send them to the custom envelopes but there's a lot of room for confusion with buying the correct sizes. And many don't want to deal with sticker return address labels. It would be awesome to just be able to have a return address printed along with the invitation purchase.
