I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want.  Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design. Please extend  the download option to all cards subspecies, e.g. the regular flat cards. There is no sense that holiday cards and thank you cards are eligible but regular cards not. I have quite a bunch of Christmas flat cards published on the regular card variant and would like to allow downloads for them but there is no option to do so. I know, I can create separate variants. It would also be nice if letterheads and paper sheets were eligible, too, for offering stationery papers. Thank you for considering! Hello lovely Zazzle team! We love the design tool, but were just wondering: would it be possible to create a tool that allows us, within any given text field, to change the type case: from whatever it is to: Case type (so the first letter of each word is capitalized), lowercase, and uppercase. This may have been suggested before, but I didn't come across it after a quick search. When designing, I sometimes find it difficult to get the size I want for an image with the +/- function or shift + drag. Most of the time I can eye ball the size that I want, but there are some instances where I want precision and this method takes a while. Even it's just with width and height, I think something like the transform function would be helpful for designers, especially if they work with large files.   For example. let's say hypothetically I want to make a 16" x 16" pillow and have the pattern repeat in a 4 x 4 grid. The image for the pattern in question is 15" x 15". Then I would scale the image to be 4" x 4" and then apply the pattern maker, which also fills the workspace to protect in the event of cropping. ... View more

I wish Zazzle would auto fix things that get marked as discontinued because of color or a minor thing by just switching them to the not discontinued default. Example I have a watch that says discontinued but I click on it and it just says the keeper color is discontinued. (IDK what a watch keeper even is?) I try to change the keeper color but it doesn't always seem to take and just reverts to showing up as a discontinued item. I wish you guys would just switch to a neutral color for the item instead of me accidently deleting it and thinking every watch is discontinued.  ... View more

Hey Zazzle! LOVING the new Real Foil wedding invitations!!!!! Just wondering: were you planning to introduce the standard enclosure cards for real foil as well? It's not working too well trying to re-purpose existing foil cardstock for the purpose of weddings, especially in the RSVP's where you want a vertical rsvp, but can't change the orientation of the back of the card. We've tried simply rotating the text, and that's fine, however it doesn't display correctly on the product mockup on the product page, so it wouldn't instil confidence in the buyer. I have several things in my shopping cart and every time I go to another page the shopping cart pops open in the corner reminding me I have things I haven't purchased. It's super irritating. I always add things to my cart over a couple of days so I can place one order. Maybe that's not how most people shop, but it's how I shop. It's nice the number of creators has slowed down following my stores. I, myself, had followed people in the beginning but there is no advantage for a creator to follow another creator IMO. How on earth am I supposed to see what I am selecting? I'm still ruminating over the problem I posted here of helping customers choose the right paper for their wedding invitations, programs, seating charts etc, and I had a new idea. What about offering a "paper sampler" for designers and/or customers at either a free or nominal price. I'm thinking along the lines of fabric swatches or those cards you get in paint stores with color samples. Ideally you could order a little kit with samples of all the papers available for a given product. They wouldn't need to be big pieces of paper - maybe business card sized - with the name of the paper and/or description printed on each one and maybe a rainbow of colors at the bottom so you could get an idea of how the paper would impact the printed color.  It wouldn't be quite as nice or illustrative as ordering a sample invite or card, but it would certainly be a more universal solution. It could even be a perk available to designers who have reached a certain level - it would be infinitely more valuable to me than business cards.  ... View more

During this technical issue of the missing EP's occurred I was looking at my public Products page. It was such a lovely treat to see my "true" popular products without the EP's cluttering up the top of the order. I love when a new sold product or a product that has not sold before is also featured on our first page of the Products tab. Don't get me wrong I really am grateful I have a few EP's but in reality my EP's are not my popular sold products. What Zazzle chooses to promote with EP's in my experience are rarely my best selling products. So please consider removing the EP's from our public Products page. Just a suggestion. 😉 ... View more

Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level.
