Hi, It would be a great option if the the insight of our products have the option to go back 18 months instead of 12. For example, I now can't compare my holiday products between 2022 en 2023 anymore because it only goes back to january 2023. Hope you can make this possible!

On the product page where it shows the designer at the top of the screen, if you click on the store name it gives you the option to message the designer. If the customer clicks on the message button here, it takes them directly to chat - there's no customer support option. However, if they scroll WAY down to the product description area, there's another option to message the designer. If they click on the message button in this location, it offers them the option of contacting customer support: I'd like to suggest that the top message button should work like the bottom one does - i.e. give the customer the "customer care" option. I think that the vast majority of customers never scroll down far enough to get to the product description area, so most are using the top contact button rather than the bottom one. I think if this message button had the customer support option it might cut down on the bazillions of messages that should go to customer support instead of to us, and that would be a better experience for both us and the customer! When working on a design, it would be nice to have the option to "Move Image to front" or "Move Image to Back". I know we can manually click the forward or backward buttons or click and drag the image in the left hand side of the screen, but just two simple buttons to move the image all the to the back or bring it to the utmost front would be super helpful (especially if your design has many images to work with). If this is already a thing, someone please let me know how to do it. If not, Zazzle please consider. Thanks!

By typing "thank you cards" into the Zazzle search bar, a drop-down list appears of various options one can click---and not ONE offers "non-wedding thank you" or maybe "everyday thank you cards" or something like that. I, a designer, wanted to find a page of non-wedding, general occasion thank you cards for a link to add to a social media to go along with a collection I was posting and it was practically IMPOSSIBLE to get away from photo wedding thank you and to find more generalized, everyday sort of thank you's. After trying a variety of search terms, using "any occasion thanks," FINALLY brought me to cute, more generalized non-wedding thank you cards. It didn't used to be so difficult. Not having a search option in the Zazzle list of suggested searches for people looking for non-wedding thank you cards hurts designers like myself and others who DO design cute, non-wedding, more general occasion thank you cards & postcards and you are hurting our sales by NOT offering a way to access them! Tell this suggestion to your Team.

I think customizable curtains and shades would be an interesting addition for both the home and for businesses (with branding or mottos). Some ideas might be a family montage, outdoor scenic photography, geometrics, food/drink photography (for the kitchen), minimalist solids, art deco, other retro designs, and more. These would make nice coordinates for rugs, towels, decorative tiles, mats/shower curtains (in bathrooms), and more.

So many customers ask if Zazzle offers flat cards that are 4 inches by 2.5 rather than 3.5 by 2.5 for funeral memorial cards. Then the person's picture could be 1.25 by .85 inches if placed to one side. A small increase in size makes a big difference!

I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!" (and it definitely not a problem on my end- I have fast stable internet, and a very fast gaming laptop.) It's only 8 seconds long, 6mb size.

I think it would be great if the combo mug colors were updated to add silver, gold, and bronze. These colors are trendy and will make the mugs look chic. Also, the colors will coordinate with many bridal ensembles, because they make the mugs look more "elegant"

I've never signed out of Zazzle. I prefer to stay signed in. Suddenly, this week, there's a new sign in thing with a variety of sign in options, including password, google, etc. And adding that, signed me out. So suddenly, everyday I have to sign in using this form with my password and it lacks a remember me check box, because I would like it to "remember me" at least for a 12 hours of a day. You see, if I close my Zazzle page for even a couple hours, even if the computer is on, I still have to sign back in. Sometimes I like to conserve power by turning off my computer if I'm not going to be running errands and not sitting at my computer for 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon, but I get signed out and have to sign back in when I turn the computer back on later in the day. So I request a "remember me" feature in the sign in that remembers me for at least 12 hours, while I might be intermittently active on it during day time hours.

Hi everyone! My main market is animal people with a niche in livestock. Especially goats and show goats. Some of my customers are not super knowledgeable about POD sites. I run into a LOT of people who have never heard of Zazzle. More the a few times I have had frustrated customers. I've had to take screenshots of the steps to customize an item, of how to add items to the cart, etc. Then adding big red arrows on what buttons to click to get to the checkout. I know to us who frequently use Zazzle it seems so silly. One of my recent customers - assumed I owned the Zazzle site all together - there comment to me was "I don't know how you manage to stay in business" referring to how they could not figure out how to get one of my items to their cart to check out. I KNOW.... it seems to silly to a lot of us. I could order and edit things in my sleep. LOL Maybe one already exists? A How to order video. Common things you will run into when personalizing. How to edit personalized items. Geared towards those who are not very computer savvy or those who have never even heard of Zazzle.

Idea Please let Pinterest links go to the actual product page. I've noticed that when people click on a pinterest image post that promotes a Zazzle product the link does not go to the actual product page but to sort of a landing page. Example This saved pin: Goes to this page with many other designs and no "Add to cart" button: Instead I would have expected it to go to the actual product page: Reasons Going to the actual product after someone clicks the link avoids confusion. It's already a challenge to have people click the link. Now when they finally decide to click on it, it doesn't go to the product page but has to compete with other peoples designs first. We're promoting our own products on social media, as is recommended by Zazzle, not other peoples products. The customer has to do a 2nd click before arriving at the product they initial saw on social media, which increases the changes of them just closing the window before making an order. The customer already liked what they saw when they clicked on the Pinterest link but now the product we promoted has to instantly compete with many other products. I know this has been mentioned before, but just wanted to share my opinion and experience. Zazzle is a great place for being creative as a designer, I like the designing for new products, the contests and the community and would love to stay here for many years. In my opinion this 'little' change could help creators. Thanks for reading.

Hi, I would like to suggest adding a Sweet 16 Birthday as an Event/Occasion category when creating a collection. Currently, the options include Kid's Birthday or Adult Birthday, but Sweet 16 celebrations have unique characteristics that don't quite fit under either of these. While there is an option for Quinceañera, there is no option for Sweet 16. I hope you'll consider adding it to the list.

The jewelry is nice; however, I've noticed that there are no options for oval shaped pendants on the necklaces. Of the shapes offered, there are round, square and even lockets, but none are oval shaped. This is disappointing, as I have had a potential customer inquire about the oval shape option. This person ended up not purchasing from Zazzle because of it. Hello everyone, While reviewing my product listings on Zazzle marketplaces in various countries, I noticed very few stars and no review comments left on one of my I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER case-mate products on the Zazzle New Zealand marketplace that wasn't purchased because I've already checked my store sales order history. I was wondering why I received a low star rating and then I realized perhaps the number of stars and how many people purchased that product which is advertised under the product title are for all product purchases placed for that same product in each Zazzle marketplace designed by all Zazzle designers. From a customer's point of view, my first thought would be that another customer purchased that product from me and wasn't happy with their purchase so they gave me a low star rating. This doesn't look good for me as a designer and may deter people from purchasing any product from my store. Furthermore, I have no control over the quality of other products designed and made by other creators/designers in the Zazzle marketplace. Please consider only showing the number of stars and the number of orders placed from that designer's store under each product title. This will give a true representation of how many people are happy with that design made by that creator/designer and perhaps help all Zazzle creators/designers who produce quality designs see a boost in their product sales too. I also see reviews for 'Other Designs' next to 'This Design' (mine) which should not be there. To summarise: Please consider removing 'Reviews - Other Designs' from my product listings and avoid including product reviews from all Zazzle creator stores under 'one umbrella' for each product listing.
