Currently with the new system we can only view what is in our collections by 1. we go through a product page or 2. go through the settings. One click is all we need from the Collections page on our profile. Way too much clicking.

I know this is probably a pretty big ask but if we could get auto layout for grouping pairs that could be a game changer. Like the same kind of thing that is used in websites to make them responsive. Would make getting the alignment on customizable sections significantly simpler.

Dear Zazzle, I would like to provide some feedback and suggestions regarding the font rotation tool. I believe there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to creating clock dial designs. Currently, the font distortion is a significant issue, and after distortion, individual letters cannot be adjusted for direction. For instance, when creating clock dials, it would be helpful to have a preset format where we can directly select the desired font and orientation. It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP. When an item is out of stock, whose responsibility is it? Is it the manufacturer? Tissue paper, at a certain size, is out of stock again. This is a popular item. When the manufacturer (or whoever) sees that it's getting low, why don't they manufacture more at that time or whoever is responsible re-orders it? Perhaps Zazzle can urge the manufacturer or the party responsible to track this when supplies are getting low.

The order in which products appear in a collection has been reversed. It used to be that newly added products would appear at the top, but now they appear all the way at the bottom. Can this be changed back please? Thank you.

I just received this message in my chat: "Do your baseball cards feel like an actual baseball card? Thin sturdy paper? We normally get baseball cards for the end of season for our team from Topps, but they have suspended their program. I'm wondering if this one is comparable?" - customer Topps baseball cards are usually 25 point thickness, whereas Zazzle's Signature UV Gloss Calling Card is only 18 pt thick. That's what I sell my baseball card designs on Zazzle. I mentioned this to the customer, hoping they will still order from me, but I'm afraid they might think it's not up to their standard. I wonder how many more potential sales are lost because of this.

It would be great to offer 12 x 12 or 8.5 x 11 cardstock, like the kind that people use for scrapbooking. This is so that Zazzle designers can add their designs to the larger cardstock than what is currently offered.

I've searched this forum and it looks like the last time this came up was back in Oct. '22 during the Paypal incident. So I'm bringing it up again in the hopes of getting some movement, or at least a legitimate reason as to why Zazzle continues to hold back this important feature for creators. PLEASE add a direct deposit option for getting paid. I can't think of a reason why Zazzle does not implement direct deposit payments. Etsy does it. Amazon does it. My employer does it. SURELY it is less expensive for Zazzle than paying those Paypal fees! Ultimately, limiting payout options to Paypal or a paper check puts Zazzle WAY behind the curve and creates a poor user experience for creators. So please, please add direct deposit. I really appreciate you all at Zazzle, and I know that you are always working to make the company better. Thank you for listening to creators!

I'd like to suggest there being the option for white text to have a grey drop-shadow effect added. This would be useful for text that is placed over a photograph, as a caption on a calendar page for example. It would ensure legibility in situations where the underlying image includes light areas.

Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂

The Danish Pastel and Dopamine Decor trends lean heavily into 60s and 70s retro design. And part of that aesthetic are "groovy" fonts with features like: thick rounded strokes, bottom-heavy, stokes that get wider at the ends, elaborate decorative ball terminals There is a lack of this type of font in Zazzle, and I'd really like to see some like these:

the images we see in the zazzle tool as so much more clear than what the customer sees on the product pages.. its a wonder anything ever gets sold IMHO - the text is SO blurry.. I'd be worried as a customer my invites would be blurry - can we please get clearer images?
