I like that we can design for cookies, brownies, cake pops, dipped oreos, etc.  I would like to have the option to be able to have three or four different coordinating designs on a dozen set.  Like 3 cookies will have one design, another 3 have another design, and so on creating a dozen set of a coordinated design theme.  Or 4 coordinating designs on groups of three in the dozen set.  Hope this makes sense.  I think it would look great for holidays, life events, and celebrations. ... I have spaces between paragraphs when I create the listing. But when it displays on the store, the spaces are removed and it is showing as one big long paragraph. I love Zazzle's idea of using the description to tell a story behind the item, but when you do it doesn't look good structurally on the product page, and discourages a customer from reading it. I wish Zazzle would auto fix things that get marked as discontinued because of color or a minor thing by just switching them to the not discontinued default. Example I have a watch that says discontinued but I click on it and it just says the keeper color is discontinued. (IDK what a watch keeper even is?) I try to change the keeper color but it doesn't always seem to take and just reverts to showing up as a discontinued item. I wish you guys would just switch to a neutral color for the item instead of me accidently deleting it and thinking every watch is discontinued.  ... View more

I’ve only really paid attention to sales and such on Zazzle since last November, and I had never seen free shipping as a standard offering. I’m a huge advocate of Zazzle Plus, but I think offering free shipping for a short term ( like even a day or maybe for a weekend) would bring in more customers who could see the quality, and THEN might become a longterm customer and probably get the membership too.  I’m bad about cancelling subscriptions before time is up, so I typically would NOT make use of the Zazzle Plus deal. I know I’ll probably forget, and so I’d never try it at all…and then move on to another place offering custom products. I think a “Black Friday” or “Cyber Monday” type event would be huge (just think about those “Prime Days.” Maybe they could even offer it further out to ensure things arrive by the holidays. Obviously they’d need to change shipping timeframes due to volume, so this could adjust for that, too. A random day would also ensure everyone doesn’t wait until they know the sale is coming to buy everything they want for the whole year. 😂 They could advertise this day to creators a week ahead of time and ask them to start spreading the word three or so days in advance. I don’t think it even needs to be on all product types. I could see how a huge once in a lifetime event like weddings might be a big risk if they’re concerned people wouldn’t come back (and small businesses starting up might be risky too), so maybe it could be focused on gift items. This would also help boost sales for the site in this area as well. A large number of the people I know who have heard of Zazzle know about their event offerings and don’t realize the massive amount of other products available.  Just a thought. Many of my customers have complained about shipping costs. I try to drop my royalties to compensate, but I think there’s “sticker shock” and they don’t transfer the money (in their mind) I’ve attempted to save them so they could put it toward shipping. 🙂 … ... It used to be we could see if our products had our customized mockup in our admin area of our store listings.  Now we can only see it if we click through to the product.  I'd like that to go back to being visible in our admin area of our product listings.  It helps me see which products I still need to do a cover photo mockup. Having to click through to every product to see if it's done just isn't efficient.   It also just makes me happy to see my progress in getting my products completed with an original cover photo mockups.  Please put this back. ... Hello Zazzle Team! We love Zazzle, and the design tool, and we have an idea which we'd love to ask for. We'd LOVE to see more flexibility in the grid design. What we would ideally love is to be able to define our own grid, to many different parameters. Could be quadrants that work with the product we're designing on; could be centimeters, could be inches, etc, depending on the product. What would also be really great is to be able to overlay a secondary grid, with perhaps different grid line colors, so we can see it separate from the first grid. Would it be possible to not count views to a product when the shop owner is the one that views a product? So when I go to my product page to double-check that the template is correct/change the cover photo/etc it won't count me as a view on the backend. It kind of messes with our stats over time. ... Having the option for diary/journal-style page layouts for notebooks would open up a whole new market for businesses that take reservations. I'm thinking of barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons, restaurants, hotels, veterinary surgeons, chiropractors, dentists, etc., etc... Yes, many business have computerised reservations now, but a vast number still prefer to do it "by hand". A day-to-a-page option, or even week-to-view across a double page spread would do it. ... I'm still ruminating over the problem I posted here of helping customers choose the right paper for their wedding invitations, programs, seating charts etc, and I had a new idea. What about offering a "paper sampler" for designers and/or customers at either a free or nominal price. I'm thinking along the lines of fabric swatches or those cards you get in paint stores with color samples. Ideally you could order a little kit with samples of all the papers available for a given product. They wouldn't need to be big pieces of paper - maybe business card sized - with the name of the paper and/or description printed on each one and maybe a rainbow of colors at the bottom so you could get an idea of how the paper would impact the printed color.  It wouldn't be quite as nice or illustrative as ordering a sample invite or card, but it would certainly be a more universal solution. It could even be a perk available to designers who have reached a certain level - it would be infinitely more valuable to me than business cards.  ... View more
