In Zazzle's paper breakout, the current table card used for creating table numbers is offered as a 3 1/2 x 5 inch card only. Can Zazzle offer this paper product in a variety of sizes, i.e. 5x7 and 4x6? I have customers ask for larger table cards and to accommodate them,  I make the table numbers on flat 5x7 card stock, but that comes automatically with an envelope. I have to ask the customer to turn off the envelope option before ordering. I was thinking about types of products to offer people for customers' office and home office desks and thought about tissue box covers/sleeves. I did a quick search and didn't see any on Zazzle. This seems like a product that should be easy to source for POD. The typical cube style boxes are a good target. Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. I've had some requests to add a return address to the standard envelopes that come with invitations. This seems like a reasonable request of service for the customer to ask. I send them to the custom envelopes but there's a lot of room for confusion with buying the correct sizes.  And many don't want to deal with sticker return address labels. It would be awesome to just be able to have a return address printed along with the invitation purchase.  ... View more

Thanks to @ColsCreations  we recently discovered that thumbnail images for our stores on the home page do not always accurately represent the stores. Some include outdated images, or images that do not sell that well, while we have products and designs that perform much better. So my suggestion is: Please allow us to create thumbnail images for our stores just like we do banners and logos. This way every designer could choose the most appealing and accurate representation of their store. If thumbnail images are chosen based on customer's browsing history and are not stuck, then maybe we could create thumbnails for each most searched category for the algorithm to choose from?  Any comments from the Z team would be greatly appreciated. ... Product style control is what lets us pick if a t-shirt is only available on black t-shirts, white t-shirts, etc. The current system - where you can choose 1 style preset from a dropdown menu - is a very all-or-nothing approach, which can often lead to excluding several viable products to prevent 1 unwanted product appearing. The example that brought me here was the iron-on clothing labels. They are available in 3 shapes: square, circle, rectangle. If my design looks bad on a rectangle, there is currently no way to exclude JUST that shape. I can choose to have 'only this shape', which means I would only have circles availble. By not including squares, I may miss out of valuable sales. The same thing can apply to any product available in a wide variety of shapes - cushions, keyrings, etc. My proposal is that the styles each get their own checkbox so designers can precisely choose which variations they do and don't want for each design.  ... It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent.  Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague.  Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears.  If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.   ... Thank you for the massive font expansion. The choice is now great but the drawback is that it has become overwhelming. It would be extremely helpful if you would move the chosen favorites to the top of the respective style/category lists: favorites first (alphabetically), then the rest (alphabetically). This way we can save a lot of scrolling now that the choice is immense. I know, there is the favorites category (thank you for that great add, too) but in practice, it's more convenient to work by style category - the favorites category gets overwhelming and difficult to use, too, with so many fonts. Just wishful thinking .... it would be awesome if we could use any combination of two or more of the shapes elements to create our masks. Right now, we're confined to using a single rectangle, triangle or round shape but by combining multiple shapes, we could mask just about anything.  I usually go back to photoshop to create a png of whatever mask I need but sometimes it would be great to be able to do it on the fly.  ... I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section?  In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. The same with the hide icon. Make it seeable and change the color when it is in use.  ... View more

Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. Based on customer messages I've received over the years, and an interest to save on shipping costs and packaging materials, and issues that shipping chocolates involves, it would be GREAT to have the option to purchase JUST the labels for the Hershey Miniatures. It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.  ... View more

It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales.  Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers.  But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling.  Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others.  Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle.  If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically??  Just an idea....
