I would like you to consider grouping products that have a foil version. I can have a design in different colors and also in foil, and I believe that if the customer sees that option among the colors, they could benefit from a luxurious option they might not be aware of. Additionally, this prevents them from trying to do it on their own, which carries certain risks. On another note, it would be fantastic to have the option to group products directly within the product creation form, just like you can select a collection. This would allow you to quickly search for products and group them easily. If a design sells well and you want to include a new trendy color, it is really difficult, at least for me, to group it with the previous ones. I also find that the system doesn't always group them correctly, leaving some options ungrouped. I firmly believe that the customer should manipulate as little as possible, so the easier we make it, the better for everyone. Thank in advance!

Right now the saved designs are not very usable as there is not any way to quickly find a design. So I just usually end up recreating the design if it is not in the first couple pages especially since there are so few designs on each page so you are having to click through to the next page so frequently. Would love to see the ability to sort or search saved designs. Would love to be able to search with keywords through the Saved Designs but if this is not possible then maybe have a few sort options. (Both would be fantastic!). I do believe I would choose the ability to search keywords if only one is possible. Sort Options could include: 1. product type 2. date created: month, newest, oldest, 3. alphabetical 4. duplicates (so we can delete the duplicates) Thank you, Sandra

I think it would be more convenient if we can close the creator news after reading it, which otherwise keeps floating forever at the top of our store home (back end) It becomes quite monotonous and distracting after sometime, but if we could close it we can focus better on our new products, collections etc creative works. I don't know how the technical team are supposed to find NEW issues when there are multiple posts about the same issue appearing daily (categories with no products visible being the most recent and prolifically reported). If it's technically possible can something be implemented to raise a 'warning' if it looks like a duplicate report is incoming OR to at least remind creators to use the search before posting. It is also tedious for creators to find new relevant content with so many identical content threads drowning out new content. I understand the frustration and confusion for creators when these blips arise but I feel we need (and will benefit technical team) a more efficient method to avoid duplicate content.

I love the new wording used for 'edit using design tool'. The only problem is that this is still hidden at the bottom of the pop-up window for 'personalize this template'. In many cases, especially for invites, this can be a very long list and thus a customer would have to scroll down this long list of template items before even finding this design area access. From the chat messages I receive, it's obvious that many customers don't even know that the design area exists. Why isn't this made a prominent option on the product page....why hide it in this out-of-the-way location??

When trying to place editable text on golf balls, the 10pt size barely covers 7-8 letters across in most fonts, especially bolder fonts (which are a bit better suited for golf balls due to the small size imprint). When looking at many of the top search results, many use text placed as an image, which comes out to much smaller (sometimes half the size) of most of the 10pt fonts that we can add with the Design Tool. OR they are using Dongle, which can be placed at 10pt, but the actual size is close to half compared to other fonts. If Dongle works at it's 10pt size, and prints well, and customers are happy, then can we please be allowed to use the other fonts at a smaller size, so more text can fit? 🙂

Posted this in the General category in a longer thread. Placing it in Suggestions to make it easier for you (Zazzle) to find. Would you consider offering sellers a once yearly, free shipment, of our invitations. (Like, 20 invitations with 1 of each design?) This would increase the chances of sellers making real-life, social media friendly, videos. Keep in mind, that when a seller buys 1 invite or 3 invites, there’s a higher chance of an invite arriving damaged from shipping. (A corner is damaged or some other issue that would mess up use in a video.)

I've needed to use this a bit lately as people want to know about shipping for Valentine's Day. I know this seems minor but it reads "contact our customer support." The "our", in my opinion, is misleading. It would be better to leave out the our or say "Zazzle's customer support." I helps clarify that we are not Zazzle employees by showing we are a separate entity. -- I also think it's critical that when someone leaves a message for a designer that they are immediately shown they need to turn on email messaging, or given the option to turn it on right there if it is off.

It would be great if the secondary content (background) designers were popped into the Creator Panel in the design tool BELOW the original product designer. This would prevent secondary content designers from getting unrelated messages and help direct the customer to the right person if they want matching items or have product questions.

It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP. Thanks for taking our suggestions and advice. 🌻

It used to be we could see if our products had our customized mockup in our admin area of our store listings. Now we can only see it if we click through to the product. I'd like that to go back to being visible in our admin area of our product listings. It helps me see which products I still need to do a cover photo mockup. Having to click through to every product to see if it's done just isn't efficient. It also just makes me happy to see my progress in getting my products completed with an original cover photo mockups. Please put this back.

How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!! If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? It's like being arrested and brought to jail with no knowledge of what your offense was 🙂 I know the analogy is a bit extreme but I think expresses what I'm talking about

My daughter purchased recently 3 small size posters - THANKFULLY they were small enough she did not have to reorder but the way they were shipped were extremely careless. Each time they came in a PAPER cardboard envelope that had a huge crease down the center like the post office bent it along its journey to fit a cubby or something. She has a HUGE mailbox so it did not need to be folded to fit inside. The other thing issue is protection against extreme weather - our postal service comes late (sometimes after 6PM) so it sat all night in the mailbox during a heavy rainstorm. I know the poster comes in a plastic liner but in the morning the envelope was so drenched on one entire side had the contents been just a inch larger it would have affected the poster. And she had no idea it was in the mailbox..... but this is really not the point. Something like this should really be delivered UPS so it is left at your door - if this cannot happen then the packaging material needs to be a heavy duty plastic with some sort of non foldable insulation inside and even write DO NOT BEND - FOLD in large red lettering across the entire outside. As well something non foldable should be placed inside to prevent it from being folded and creased. I was really disappointed that this happened not just once but 3 times it came arrived looking identical - outside damaged and carelessly shipped. She also purchased wrapping paper and while that was left at the front door the cardboard box was too pliable - it too had a huge crease in the middle like it had been folded in half or something heavy laid across the center of the cardboard. What a shame!!! When she pulled the paper out of the box her beautiful wrapping paper had large dent in the middle; leaving a giant fold/crease across the entire roll of paper when unrolled for use. She had no time to reorder she just had to make the best of it - but it does reflect on Zazzle when things like this happen. Again this should be mailed in a heavy duty cardboard box that cannot be bent or damaged in case something heavy lays on top of it and a do not bend/fragile sticker - anything - should be marked on the outside. Hope this can improve as she is leary to order these types of items again in the future - it did leave a bad impression. As well I would think the cost of better shipping materials over flimsy ones outweighs the cost of re-shipping and production of duplicating orders.

Would it be possible to have someone adjust this particular mockup (see example) for the stamps so that the wooden stamp is closer to the stamped design, and preferably a little larger? it could even overlap a corner of the stamped design, but it doesn't have to. It would be so nice for Zazzle to show better pictures of Veronica's Treats with a image that shows the actual size of the dipped oreo cookies. Perhaps show a stack of them on a plate or an open package of them that shows exactly how many come in the package. The product manager shows all your products. This is great but can get unwieldy. It's great that you can use the bar on the left to filter by custom category or Zazzle department. I'd love to be able to filter by collection though. Maybe just a drop-down list on the left right above your custom categories. Ideally it would combine with whichever department or category you've chosen. Thanks!
