I would like the ability to send a message to tell the customer how to reach customer service at any point during the chat and not just as the first message in a chat.  I don't like that if you choose to send a more personal response first then the option to send a message to redirect to customer service goes away. Just wishful thinking .... it would be awesome if we could use any combination of two or more of the shapes elements to create our masks. I have several inquiries per week of customers wanting to download or purchase their design as a digital only option (JPG or PDF file). It might be beneficial to see if there is a way to allow customers to purchase this.  It might look like the customer designs the invitation and at the top they have the option to purchase 1 JPG file at $8 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty), or a PDF option with 2 designs per page for $10 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty). This change in the design tool makes it impossible for me to work. Please, Zazzle, undo this. I can not see what I'm doing. It was perfectly good before when we could see the colors and design as is, not this gray layer on top. And the "safe zone" text could be a legend on one corner/under the tabs? You should be able to "paperclip" two items that belong together. For example I have a large collection of ties but I have one tie and one pocket square that should be paperclipped together. That way people can still see my collection and easily find the matching item. Also would be good for invitations and rsvp cards so you could hook matching ones together. Some sites are selling custom bouquet wraps, which people can wrap around a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion. This includes marriage proposals, baby shower, prom graduation, plays and recitals, Mother's Day, birthdays, corporate employee appreciation, would-you-be-my bridesmaid proposal, retirement, and many more occasions. These would be a nice way to round out many types of event and occasion suites, and the cloth version can be a keepsake for the recipient.   I've seen them in paper form, around 17" by 27 and or larger, as well as cloth. I've received numerous messages from customers who don't understand how to select the quantity of cards or invitations that they want to purchase. The drop-down box seems to totally confuse them because they think that the drop-down selections are the only options - they don't realize that they can type any number into the box.  I've only had a handful of customers ask me about this but judging by the fact that I frequently see weird orders on my royalty reports where the customer places two orders for the same card/invite - one with a quantity of 100 and one with a quantity of 50 - or some other combination of numbers, I think that a very large percentage of customers don't understand.  I'm guessing that at least part of the purpose behind the drop-down is to show the volume discount, but I think it's really off-putting for customers who don't get it. I frequently get requests for the standard stickers in a 2" circle size.  As well it was a popular size for my previous off-Zazzle projects.  We could use the custom cut decals, but those come out with the white border around the edge, which doesn't look as nice for stationery applications, and it's difficult to get exact sizes with the design tool.  Would love to have this as a size option.  Also I've had requests for decals that would fit on a poker chip now that the actual custom poker chips have been discontinued - I believe that size is something around 1". ... I know I can search for Optimization Needed using the drop down/Product Visibility button but that only shows products that haven't been viewed for 15 months and over, but I'd like to keep ahead of the game and catch products before they get to that point. I'd like to suggest an added date search in the sort drop down box that sorts by the least viewed date (opposite of Last Viewed date - stale date? ) When I'm updating products tags/descriptions/promos etc - the way I'm doing it now is sort by "last viewed date" sort then scroll to the bottom where the Page 1 of whatever and clicking to the last page and working back.
