Hello, It would be nice if in the "Earnings & Transactions History" section, in the drop-down menu below: "Current Month", you would also insert "Last Month", because it means a lot to look at the earnings immediately, and not to type in the date. Is that possible ? Thanks for your reply.

It would be so nice if Background Color was added as a personalization option under the same link that offers text or photo personalization on the item purchase page. If text & photo only options are permitted, why not allow the background color option also? Any thoughts?

Particularly for earnings reports (but any report that gets generated as well), it would be very nice if onscreen navigation by entering a page number were possible. Currently the only way to sift through multiple pages is to use the beginning, back, end, and forward buttons, and this gets laborious very quickly if you have a few thousand orders to go through. Based on customer messages I've received over the years, and an interest to save on shipping costs and packaging materials, and issues that shipping chocolates involves, it would be GREAT to have the option to purchase JUST the labels for the Hershey Miniatures. Or a label of the same size as an option for our standard round stickers. Same for the chocolate bars. Thanks! : )

It used to be when I wanted to combine section in my store it would sometimes take a few moments. Now it takes days and looks bad if a customer clicks and it's an empty section. I try to get rid of products but then I have a section with 2 things. I no longer move to other categories in my stores because it doesn't seem to do anything. Or it does I forget go to work on something else and discover the empty categories a week later. So I hardly bother and my store is just a mess. Please make it how it use to be.

It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales. Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers. But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling. Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others. Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle. If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically?? Just an idea.... Thanks for all you do!

Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly. I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with. Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do. (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky! Please just STOP doing this.

It would be really helpful if there was an in-situ image for the Luggage Handle Wraps to show customers what these are for. As in stands, just looking at the product image doesn't tell me anything. Zazzle did such a great job of presenting in-situ images for the Luggage Tags. In fact, one of those same images showing a close-up of a luggage handle with a Luggage Handle Wrap curled around it would be absolutely perfect! How about it Zazzle? Show us the Handle Wraps!

I think the paper plates are such a cute idea for parties, but I have stopped creating designs for them as the reviews are so bad and they all say the same thing. "Plates are thin and flimsy, won't even hold a piece of cake" even the people who leave a good review mention how thin they are. Why would you not increase the price 25 cents and punch the plates on a thicker stock? Also, the customers complain that the plates are shipped in envelopes and crushed upon arrival. If you slid a piece of chit board on the top and bottom of plates in the envelope it might stop some damage.

Zazzle, would you please optimize your Facebook feed. Just about every day I see you posting a beautiful product on your Facebook feed. People might wish to buy these gorgeous Zazzle offerings. However, never once have I seen you provide a link in your post. Sometimes, but not always, your Facebook post tells me I can find "link in bio". There is never a link in your bio. There is never a way to find the lovely product I and countless others might otherwise buy. Your Facebook feed has two hundred and thirty eight thousand followers. As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email. They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected." I have no idea what they're talking about. I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected." Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response. Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Thank you.

I understand that Zazzle doesn't want to advertise the millions of designs by designers on google anymore because of cost factors, but can they not at least carry on advertising that they have a site that sells customizable products. I googled "Wedding Invitations" and "Business Cards" and Zazzle are no where to be seen. Other sites like Vistaprint and numerous other sites must be making so much more money now. So just an idea for Zazzle, at the very least please advertise that your site exists when future customers simply type in the basics like "Posters" "Greeting cards" e.t.c.

Can we please get the in situ images for the thermal tumblers FIXED? This has been an issue from the start, and still hasn't been fixed. There are a bunch of nice mockups, but they are unusable because the images are on the sides instead of front and back! Yes, I know we can work around it and design on the Background layer to fit the in situs, but then when a customer goes to personalize it, and looks at the plain "front" and "back" images, THOSE images will be wrong!

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

Seems like there are changes afoot with the paper sheets product. While you're at it, I would LOVE to see folding options for the 8.5x11 size - meaning that Zazzle would deliver them folded instead of flat. Both a bi-fold and a tri-fold option would be SUPER helpful, and I think it would make them a much more attractive product!

I've just come from working on some postcards and greeting cards and noticed that the attribution removal box is now labeled "Remove Independent Creator Credit". In my considered opinion, Zazzle has just made things worse--much, much worse--for designers who use their own attributions. Quite frankly, the move seems calculated to discourage the practice of using our own attributions entirely. Paying the 5- or 10-cents will not remove a designer-generated logo or attribution causing the customer to wonder just what it is their paying for. And, the designer will be blamed for including their logos. This is/is becoming an ongoing issue between Zazzle and designers. Customers should not even be made aware of it with this nickel-and-dime charge. Please take the attribution box off the listing page altogether and put it on the Post for Sale page rolling the removal cost into the overall pricing of the cards/postcards. That way designers have control over how to market their creations and customers are oblivious to the process. Unless, of course, Zazzle really is trying to force designers into abandoning their own branding. I didn't think it possible, but for me, the whole attribution thing has now gone from bad to worse.

It would be great if the Sympathy category under Occasions could be changed to Sympathy/Bereavement. When I think of "sympathy" I'm think of something I need to purchase for someone I know who has lost a loved one like a card expressing my sympathy. When I here bereavement it means someone you love has passed and you need to purchase funeral cards, thank you cards, memorial keepsakes, etc. I know it might be splitting hairs and I'm pretty sure anyone who makes things for funerals already puts their items under Sympathy, but I think changing it to Sympathy/Bereavement would make it clearer to the buyer. Just a thought!
