Would it be possible to not count views to a product when the shop owner is the one that views a product? Having the option for diary/journal-style page layouts for notebooks would open up a whole new market for businesses that take reservations. I'm thinking of barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons, restaurants, hotels, veterinary surgeons, chiropractors, dentists, etc., etc... Yes, many business have computerised reservations now, but a vast number still prefer to do it "by hand". A day-to-a-page option, or even week-to-view across a double page spread would do it. ... I would like the ability to send a message to tell the customer how to reach customer service at any point during the chat and not just as the first message in a chat.  I don't like that if you choose to send a more personal response first then the option to send a message to redirect to customer service goes away. Have I suggested this before? I would still love the font tool to have the option for us (and the customers) to set ALL CAPS or not. & maybe even faux bold and faux italic (and underline and strikethrough even tho I dont often employ those) if we can't have those weights and styles for some fonts. and maybe also the bullet list tool options Much like the options available here in the forum. ... I have several inquiries per week of customers wanting to download or purchase their design as a digital only option (JPG or PDF file). It might be beneficial to see if there is a way to allow customers to purchase this.  It might look like the customer designs the invitation and at the top they have the option to purchase 1 JPG file at $8 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty), or a PDF option with 2 designs per page for $10 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty). And if the customer does purchase prints of their design then they would still receive the digital file just as a discounted rate.  ... View more

I've received numerous messages from customers who don't understand how to select the quantity of cards or invitations that they want to purchase. The drop-down box seems to totally confuse them because they think that the drop-down selections are the only options - they don't realize that they can type any number into the box.  I've only had a handful of customers ask me about this but judging by the fact that I frequently see weird orders on my royalty reports where the customer places two orders for the same card/invite - one with a quantity of 100 and one with a quantity of 50 - or some other combination of numbers, I think that a very large percentage of customers don't understand.  I'm guessing that at least part of the purpose behind the drop-down is to show the volume discount, but I think it's really off-putting for customers who don't get it. Perhaps there's some other way to display the volume discount that wouldn't be so confusing? ... View more

I frequently get requests for the standard stickers in a 2" circle size.  As well it was a popular size for my previous off-Zazzle projects.  We could use the custom cut decals, but those come out with the white border around the edge, which doesn't look as nice for stationery applications, and it's difficult to get exact sizes with the design tool.  Would love to have this as a size option.  Also I've had requests for decals that would fit on a poker chip now that the actual custom poker chips have been discontinued - I believe that size is something around 1". ... I know I can search for Optimization Needed using the drop down/Product Visibility button but that only shows products that haven't been viewed for 15 months and over, but I'd like to keep ahead of the game and catch products before they get to that point. I'd like to suggest an added date search in the sort drop down box that sorts by the least viewed date (opposite of Last Viewed date - stale date? ) When I'm updating products tags/descriptions/promos etc - the way I'm doing it now is sort by "last viewed date" sort then scroll to the bottom where the Page 1 of whatever and clicking to the last page and working back. If possible, it would be great if you could add distance measurements in the design tool like Canva does. Also, please change the new pink lines to another color that's easier to the eyes to work with. It would be great if text and images could align like before. Now I have to click manually the button while before, I could just move until it touched the line and it changed color letting me know it was touching that line. Here's an example. Before, we could know it was aligned. Now it only aligns to the other element, not these lines. This means I first have to center one element manually using this and then the other align to the element I centered. Hope it makes sense. It was good before. Thanks! ... View more

I understand that Zazzle doesn't want to advertise the millions of designs by designers on google anymore because of cost factors, but can they not at least carry on advertising that they have a site that sells customizable products. I googled "Wedding Invitations" and "Business Cards" and Zazzle are no where to be seen. Other sites like Vistaprint and numerous other sites must be making so much more money now. So just an idea for Zazzle, at the very least please advertise that your site exists when future customers simply type in the basics like "Posters" "Greeting cards" e.t.c. ... View more
