I have seen this on other personalization or photo editing apps: when using the crop tool, there is a button or check mark for "square" which pops in an exact square that you can scale larger and smaller and move around the photo so that you know you have a perfectly square crop. This would be really helpful for templates here. Thanks!

Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. Yet when you go into one of these new double size departments, you must either know the name of what you are looking for or you must scroll through two department's worth of blanks.

Right now the saved designs are not very usable as there is not any way to quickly find a design. So I just usually end up recreating the design if it is not in the first couple pages especially since there are so few designs on each page so you are having to click through to the next page so frequently. Would love to see the ability to sort or search saved designs. Would love to be able to search with keywords through the Saved Designs but if this is not possible then maybe have a few sort options. (Both would be fantastic!). I do believe I would choose the ability to search keywords if only one is possible. Sort Options could include: 1. product type 2. date created: month, newest, oldest, 3. alphabetical 4. duplicates (so we can delete the duplicates) Thank you, Sandra

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in the old forum but I don't know if it's in the works to be fixed?? I've seen other designers mention this, so I know I'm not the only one who accidentally sends garbled, unedited, half-messages by hitting the return button in chat. Since I'm not a very good typist, my answers usually require a lot of editing before I dare hit send....and with Chat I'm often left red-faced; my goobledygook has been sent and it can't be edited. Sigh.

I've recently gotten requests from customers wanting ID badges and bar mats in larger sizes than what's currently available. I've also gotten requests for gold foil invitations in a thicker card stock.

I opened a new store and clicked on it and got a message under my name. Since the store is for a business I run, it makes it look like the business is unsuccessful. LOL...Or, I am... 0 Followers since 2012. I think it should say underneath the store name: Opened 2024 . 0 Followers or Joined 2012 . 1800 Followers (My actual number of followers from other stores.) If not, I'd like an option to turn off the joined date and followers data, as, I don't really want this store as my real name since I'm trying to run it as part of a business. Thanks

It would help a great deal to know if a product is in a collection while working on products in the backend. Knowing a product is in a collection and is hidden shows that something needs to be done. This product either needs to be taken out of the collection and left hidden or needs to be made public. By signing out and viewing you can tell how many public items there are. This method does not help much but does help a little. So, the problem with this method is it doesn't show you the hidden products only the visible. If there are 300 products in the collection and only a few are hidden the only way is to click on each product and go to the product page and click on edit details and then click on "additional information" to see. This is very time consuming. You have to click and wait two times to get to your collections. Then search for the appropriate collection, click again just to get there. So the collection I am working on had 300 products. I had a product I wanted to add but needed to delete at least one product to do so. Then I signed out to see 281 products showing. That means 19 products are hidden but as far as I know the only way to find them is to click on each product (from the collection page) and to go to the product page and edit details to just see which ones are hidden. With 300 products this is hard. Please try and make this easier my doing one or all of the following: 1. show which items are in which collections in the backend of our stores where we do the most of our editing / optimizing. This way we will be able to see a product is in a collection and is hidden and be able to fix the issue right there easily. The below example only lists the first 3 stats existing and then shows an example of including collection stats. Example: list number of collections and the name of collection/s Views: 10 Date Created: 10/31/24 Last Modified: 10:31:24 Collections: 1 Baby Decor Collections: 2 Baby Decor, Blue Weddings. Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don't reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. No way for US to know, but at least we can double-check the design). Here's an example of the way Spoonflower lists things, with the original order date in parenthesis:

I just received my greeting cards. They were left out in the rain. I was able to get them before a torrential downpour, which would have ruined them. They delivered in only a cardboard wrapper. Please consider adding a plastic wrapper to insulate paper products from the weather. I won't order cards (or posters or anything paper products) in the further because I if I don't get them as they are delivered (which is usually the case) the chances for them being wrecked are high. I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible. That way we would not need to stress out so much, as the generic images would already be there. Could also be like a png template, similar to what we have for each product.

I sell a lot of posters & foam core boards - mostly for wedding signs - and customers are VERY confused by the standard size options. They don't understand that the design will not re-arrange itself to accommodate a different aspect ratio, so they end up clicking around on different sizes, and in the process, they inevitably end up cutting off a significant portion of the design. Once they've done that, they're stuck - because unless they wrote down the original dimensions there's no way for them to undo their changes and get back to the original size. It used to be that if you restricted the size to "this size only" the standard sizes would go away, but the choose your own size spinners would remain. This was perfect because it would easily allow customers to choose a different size without the risk of changing the aspect ratio (unless they purposefully un-linked the chain to do that.) But that functionality went away, and now the only choice is to restrict to the original size, or throw open the gates of confusion with all of the "standard sizes." Could we pretty please get that functionality back? It could be a separate choice - so you could still have "restrict to this size only", or you could choose "restrict to choose your own size only", or you could have "all options". I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to help customers who have accidentally cut off part of the design because they didn't understand, and it would make for a much better customer experience if the system wasn't so confusing. Raster images can be instantly replaced with the 'change image' button. I would like this option enabled for SVG images too. It would simply speed up the design process.

Hi guys,
You're doing a fabulous job with the site, and LOVE the new features!
Just wondering: would it be possible, sometime, to allow us to track, perhaps on the product page, the sales by month that any given product has sold? Maybe like a graph chart or something, so we can see, historically, how a product has done over time? This would help greatly when planning product marketing, and so many other applications. Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago. I am using the new social media app BlueSky and up until now, I have been able to promote my products by copy/pasting the product URL into a new post, as the "copy link" option does not allow my product photo to post along with the url. So my question is: has there been any thought on Zazzle's part about adding BlueSky to the automatic sharing options like Facebook and Twitter (X)? There are many other Zazzle people on there, also promoting their products.

I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. I have to be honest videos are highly time consuming and as a designer and artist this isn't really were I want to spend my time as this will ultimately mean even less time to create new artwork. I think the idea is good but I know I am not alone in thinking our workload is becoming overwhelming and for many of us not in the direction we excel in. If we want to have any chance of being seen moving forward, we are clearly going to have to do something to help drive sales but anything that can help those of us more artists than marketers would be appreciated. ' Show Me' posts are currently dominating the main feed, as such I have to scroll through multiple pages of the main feed now to find 'what's new' in terms of substance postings, which I like to do a couple of times a day. It would be great if we could 'switch off' certain forums from that main feed so we can 'skip' them so to speak.

Ever since we have gotten the new situ views for paper plates I have notice an increase in sales this is fabulous! It would be great if we can create views for tissue paper - table number cards and especially posters. Maybe tissue in a bag - a table number card on a stand on a table - poster on an easel? As easy as it is for us designers to imagine these items when they are appear flat it is for whatever reason difficult for buyers to picture what they would look like as actual products. I am sure some others have asked and I know you all are busy but I just wanted to note what a big difference have notice with such a little change as the new plate situs - hoping we can incorporate with these other items that appear "flat" (in product view) in the near future.
