Isn't there a way for Zazzle to display (show) the bath towels folded with the design centered on the towel.  They do it with the kitchen towel.  Most people fold their bath towels and hand towels in thirds with the design centered on the middle if the towel.  Zazzle shows the towel simply folded in half which means you either don't see the entire design or you have to move the design to the edge of the towel.  By designing a product not consistent with how people use them it is costing us sales.                           6999999993------+ ... When designing stickers, I often find the design looks good on some shapes (let's say star, rectangle) but not on others (e.g. heart, circle). I then need to choose either just one shape (and lose some other shapes which would have worked OK) or set the listing to sell on all shapes, even though some look wrong. I know this has been mentioned before, but as wedding season starts to get rolling, I'm getting a lot of requests for downloadable programs. I've been dealing with it by transferring designs to invitations, but it's a pretty clumsy way to handle it. Seems like programs are right up there with seating charts in terms of day-of-event stationery that folks often need to order at the last minute. It would be enormously helpful if we could have an area where we could choose products/styles and be able to change prices across any/all stores at once. Changing by a couple 100 at a time is cumbersome and since many of our products do not drill down to different styles it makes it even more challenging to change prices efficiently. For example, I can't separate wrapping paper sheets vs rolls or different shapes of ornaments or different styles of t-shirts to give them different prices. If I had a place where I could choose the product style and store and make one sweeping change it could be done quickly. IMO a good pricing strategy is just as important as creation and promotion. At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works.  I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms?  I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Maybe it could be flagged for customer support or something so these sorts of errors could be caught before going to the print queue? ... View more

I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place.  . I noted there were 12 of one design.  All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine.  I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well.  Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates.  This would give exposure to more  designs and designers.  It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from. ... For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise.  They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife.  They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color.  Here is the example:   They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely.  Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines?    I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well.  But, they're all turning to other companies that do carry a full line of styles in matching colors.   Thanks for listening.  -LauraLee   ... A different transparency option would be good on the tattoos. Recreating my deleted tattoos, it occurs to me that many won't work on dark skin. Surrounding white is understandably knocked out and made transparent; but enclosed white and light colours are also knocked out (EDIT: if the latter is an error, then this post should perhaps be in Technical Issues) A transparency option where enclosed light areas aren't knocked out would be good, I think it's been done on the window clings. Light text on a dark shape on dark skin would then work. Right now the saved designs are not very usable as there is not any way to quickly find a design.  So I just usually end up recreating the design if it is not in the first couple pages especially since there are so few designs on each page so you are having to click through to the next page so frequently. Would love to see the ability to sort or search saved designs.  Would love to be able to search with keywords through the Saved Designs but if this is not possible then maybe have a few sort options.  (Both would be fantastic!). It would help a great deal to know if a product is in a collection while working on products in the backend. Knowing a product is in a collection and is hidden shows that something needs to be done.  This product either needs to be taken out of the collection and left hidden or needs to be made public.  By signing out and viewing you can tell how many public items there are. This method does not help much but does help a little.   So, the problem with this method is it doesn't show you the hidden products only the visible.  If there are 300 products in the collection and only a few are hidden the only way is to click on each product and go to the product page and click on edit details and then click on "additional information" to see.  This is very time consuming. You have to click and wait two times to get to your collections. Then search for the appropriate collection, click again just to get there. So the collection I am working on had 300 products. I had a product I wanted to add but needed to delete at least one product to do so.  Then I signed out to see 281 products showing.  That means 19 products are hidden but as far as I know the only way to find them is to click on each product (from the collection page) and to go to the product page and edit details to just see which ones are hidden. With 300 products this is hard.  Please try and make this easier my doing one or all of the following: 1.  show which items are in which collections in the backend of our stores where we do the most of our editing / optimizing.  This way we will be able to see a product is in a collection and is hidden and be able to fix the issue right there easily. The below example only lists the first 3 stats existing and then shows an example of including collection stats. Example: list number of collections and  the name of collection/s Views: 10 Date Created: 10/31/24 Last Modified:  10:31:24 Collections:  1 Baby Decor Collections: 2 Baby Decor, Blue Weddings. (more than 1 collection)  2.  If you can't show in backend then maybe show which products are hidden where we edit the collections. Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately.  It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like....
