I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible. That way we would not need to stress out so much, as the generic images would already be there. Could also be like a png template, similar to what we have for each product.

I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. I have to be honest videos are highly time consuming and as a designer and artist this isn't really were I want to spend my time as this will ultimately mean even less time to create new artwork. I think the idea is good but I know I am not alone in thinking our workload is becoming overwhelming and for many of us not in the direction we excel in. If we want to have any chance of being seen moving forward, we are clearly going to have to do something to help drive sales but anything that can help those of us more artists than marketers would be appreciated. When I make new products for a gift collection, I usually want to move them to the top, and it is very annoying and time-consuming to have to do this one by one. Please allow us to select multiple products and a time to drag!

I listen to youtube videos while working and I always get the same 2 videos as ads. Someone talking about a wedding invite and a stamper thing for wedding invites. I am not engaged. I do not care. Zazzle should be advertising their new backpacks, and the t-shirts. Also people are crazy about cups for some reason. Why not show off the to go mugs? I see ads for competitors and I am honestly tempted to buy some of their shirts made by other people, meanwhile zazzle only advertises wedding stationery to single and married people.

Raster images can be instantly replaced with the 'change image' button. I would like this option enabled for SVG images too. It would simply speed up the design process.

I would love to see more selections for "anyone" recipients based on interests and/or profession. GARDENER, PAINTER, COOK, WEDDING PLANNER, FLORIST, WRITER, BUSINESS OWNER, ATHLETE, I'm sure there would be more. Thanks

The ceramic bathroom soap pump and toothbrush holder was one of my best sellers, they are now listed as 'discontinued'. Can we get something like this again? Also a larger kitchen sized soap pump sold on it's own would be great.

Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately. It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like.... " Thank you for writing, however, I could not answer that question so I'm forwarding on your message to Zazzle's help center."

So I am basically excluded from the collection contest because I don't do social media? Really, I've tried it without any success and don't want to waste my time there. I am a designer and want to focus on creating content and with ALL the added requirements already loaded on my plate, I need a staff of at least 100 people to comply with all of that. Sorry to beat a dead horse here, I know this decision has been made, but this is bothering me. Maybe this could be reworded somehow? If you must refer to me as "the creator", could you at least not capitalize it? I mostly just think it looks silly and ridiculous, but I think there are some religious communities that might be offended.

Bells. These are great little items, and my husband and I used to collect them. I'm sure we're not the only ones. I already have a few ideas. They could be designed for anniversaries or other occasions. Milestone birthdays, keepsakes from first Communion, so many possibilities. So, it's just a suggestion, but one I hope will be truly considered. Here is an example of what I mean: This bell is pretty old, but we've cherished it for years. It is approximately 4" tall. It was a wedding gift and the reason we started collecting bells! I'm sure Zazzle could pick up on this and do well!

I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card. I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use. Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. All in different size options. This would be so fantastic. They would be perfect for holiday cards, birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, graduations and so much more. They would look dazzling with matching gold foil envelopes and inserts. I’d like to request two upgrades to the Design Tool Elements: 1) Please add an editable polygon tool. 2) Please allow designers to name each element layer. Currently elements in the design tool show up as layers named, “rectangle, square, circle, line, etc.” So, if I create a design with multiple rectangles, each layer simply says, “rectangle.” That makes it hard to track, reorder, or revise each element. I would like to be able to name each element like, “pink rectangle, green square, black bar,” etc.

I have seen this on other personalization or photo editing apps: when using the crop tool, there is a button or check mark for "square" which pops in an exact square that you can scale larger and smaller and move around the photo so that you know you have a perfectly square crop. This would be really helpful for templates here. Thanks!

Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don't reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. No way for US to know, but at least we can double-check the design). Here's an example of the way Spoonflower lists things, with the original order date in parenthesis:

I'm pretty sure this was discussed in the old forum but I don't know if it's in the works to be fixed?? I've seen other designers mention this, so I know I'm not the only one who accidentally sends garbled, unedited, half-messages by hitting the return button in chat. Since I'm not a very good typist, my answers usually require a lot of editing before I dare hit send....and with Chat I'm often left red-faced; my goobledygook has been sent and it can't be edited. Sigh.

Since the chat was added, I've gotten many messages from customers concerned about shipping times, as they assume the products will be shipped from my country. It's made me wonder how often someone likes a design of mine but chooses not to buy it because they don't know Zazzle does the printing and shipping. Now, with everything going on with tariffs, I can't help but wonder whether it's made customers even more careful. Understandably, they might avoid ordering something they think will be shipped from a different continent. Unfortunately, I added my country years back. As far as I can tell, there's no way to remove this. I'd love to be able to opt out of displaying what country I'm located in on my store pages. Thanks!

The past few days I e-mailed back and forth with a customer, send her several examples of the product with her logo on it, and today it finally happened, she was very pleased with the design, she bought the product via the direct only link I e-mailed her. I am happy with the sale because it is a nice amount that I am going to receive, but even if the amount had not been so nice, it is such a disappointment to see that Zazzel considers this sale as "Referred None", it doesn't feel right... Make it right please, give all of your wonderful creators who use the direct only link, the referral, as we deserve it, thank you❤️
