When I look at the pillowcases, I see nothing that would indicate what they are with the images that are presented. They look more like a placemat. For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise.  They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife.  They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color.  Here is the example:   They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely.  Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines?    I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well.  But, they're all turning to other companies that do carry a full line of styles in matching colors.   Thanks for listening.  -LauraLee   ... At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works.  I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms?  I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Maybe it could be flagged for customer support or something so these sorts of errors could be caught before going to the print queue? ... View more

I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. At the moment, we can only create pillow cases for the 20"h x 30"w pillows, BUT I think it would be nice if customers would be a able to purchase pillow cases for the square Throw pillows ( 16" x 16" and 20" x 20"). I think more square pillows would be sold if customers would have the possibility of changing the pillow cases from time to time, with different designs (winter holidays, spring, summer and so on). This way, they can 'refresh' the look in their homes whenever they'd want without having to pay too much for it. I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place.  . I noted there were 12 of one design.  All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine.  I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well.  Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates.  This would give exposure to more  designs and designers.  It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from. ... Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. With thousands of products, I'm always trying to make things easier to manage.  One thing that would help streamline things is the PRODUCT TYPE in the back end in bold type while browsing items .   BONUS WISH:  Click on the products BOLD TYPE and instantly all those products would be shown. YES....I could go through the directory and search for a product type under it's correct classification which sometimes takes a while as I'm not sure if it's under Office, Home, Sports, etc, and what subcategory. But... clicking on a bold name under a type of product and having all those items in the store displayed would be AWESOME!!!  ...
