I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible. That way we would not need to stress out so much, as the generic images would already be there. Could also be like a png template, similar to what we have for each product.

Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. Yet when you go into one of these new double size departments, you must either know the name of what you are looking for or you must scroll through two department's worth of blanks.

At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works. I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms? I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Maybe it could be flagged for customer support or something so these sorts of errors could be caught before going to the print queue?

I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place. . I noted there were 12 of one design. All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine. I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well. Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates. This would give exposure to more designs and designers. It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from.

Hello! sometimes when I'm posting products I realize mistakes after I already publish them, this is not an issue for normal products but for those that need to be manually reviewed and accepted for Zazzle team because they may take days even weeks to be reviewed so you need to wait a lot before be able to delete them, for me will be more easy if I can delete them once I see there is a mistake. Thanks!

So I am basically excluded from the collection contest because I don't do social media? Really, I've tried it without any success and don't want to waste my time there. I am a designer and want to focus on creating content and with ALL the added requirements already loaded on my plate, I need a staff of at least 100 people to comply with all of that. Raster images can be instantly replaced with the 'change image' button. I would like this option enabled for SVG images too. It would simply speed up the design process.

I enjoy designing in gold foil but only have the options to do so in the flat Save the Date, Invitation, and post card. I would like to design full gold foil wedding suites and feel discouraged at the lack of foil flat cards and sizes I can use. Please give us the options to have gold foil response cards, enclosure cards, stickers, and outside of envelopes. All in different size options. This would be so fantastic. They would be perfect for holiday cards, birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, graduations and so much more. They would look dazzling with matching gold foil envelopes and inserts. On the main page of the Collections list (where we see all of the collections in a vertical list down the page), where we have the option to view by Manual, Name, Last Updated etc. on the top right, I'd love to see an option that says 'most viewed' or 'last viewed', 'most popular' so we can see how well are collections are really doing. I’d like to request two upgrades to the Design Tool Elements: 1) Please add an editable polygon tool. 2) Please allow designers to name each element layer. Currently elements in the design tool show up as layers named, “rectangle, square, circle, line, etc.” So, if I create a design with multiple rectangles, each layer simply says, “rectangle.” That makes it hard to track, reorder, or revise each element. I would like to be able to name each element like, “pink rectangle, green square, black bar,” etc.

The ceramic bathroom soap pump and toothbrush holder was one of my best sellers, they are now listed as 'discontinued'. Can we get something like this again? Also a larger kitchen sized soap pump sold on it's own would be great.

Sometimes a customer's concerns are time sensitive and we don't get to them immediately. It would be nice if there was a button where we could forward a customers message to Zazzle's customer service. And when we did, an auto response is sent to the customer also stating something like.... " Thank you for writing, however, I could not answer that question so I'm forwarding on your message to Zazzle's help center."

Can we have added on the product creation page the option to turn on/off "limited quantities" and set the number for how many we are allowing to be sold, maximum quantity per order (or no limit), and show the countdown to how many are left available for purchase AND an option to not limit by count BUT instead to limit for sale until a particular date and time. So we would have: 1) Set total quantity to be sold? Y/N? 2) Enter total quantity (ie, 100 pieces). Zazzle computers will auto-subtract every item sold and immediately update the count remaining on the product page. 3) Limit quantity per purchase? Y/N? 4) Also limit quantity per user account? (how many times a signed in customer can buy it on that account) 5) OR....instead of all of this, Set the termination date when product will be removed from the store (unavailable for sale unless the creator re-sets the clock). "Available only until Month/Date/Year at 11:59:00pm"

I love the spiral bound notebooks, but I would love to see a wider variation in binding options, such as stitch binding or thermal binding. I think it would make a nice new look to the notebooks, and it gives customers more options in how they want their notebooks.

I don't know how the technical team are supposed to find NEW issues when there are multiple posts about the same issue appearing daily (categories with no products visible being the most recent and prolifically reported). If it's technically possible can something be implemented to raise a 'warning' if it looks like a duplicate report is incoming OR to at least remind creators to use the search before posting. It is also tedious for creators to find new relevant content with so many identical content threads drowning out new content. I understand the frustration and confusion for creators when these blips arise but I feel we need (and will benefit technical team) a more efficient method to avoid duplicate content.

If you must refer to me as "the creator", could you at least not capitalize it? The past few days I e-mailed back and forth with a customer, send her several examples of the product with her logo on it, and today it finally happened, she was very pleased with the design, she bought the product via the direct only link I e-mailed her. I am happy with the sale because it is a nice amount that I am going to receive, but even if the amount had not been so nice, it is such a disappointment to see that Zazzel considers this sale as "Referred None", it doesn't feel right... Make it right please, give all of your wonderful creators who use the direct only link, the referral, as we deserve it, thank you❤️
