Like everyone else, I have been trying to take an objective look at some of my early 18yr old stores .. some that have been forgotten.. WOW .. what a mess .. I remember in the “old days” when it was suggested we put every design on every product using the quick create .. yeah.. Im not thinking that was such a good idea .. there have been times I have checked the MP newest designs to see if mine had made it yet .. and a person can tell when QPC was used .. and excuse my tone , but they look like c*ap.. yes even mine .. its embarrassing actually .. I think back in the days we were trying to FILL the marketplace .. now being more selective and actually having to vie for a decent mp spot .. some of these slapped together products are just taking up space .. mine included .. I think it might be time to retire this option for creating products .. time to get serious and if you want to put a design on a product to sell.. you will need to do them one at a time .. thats just my outlook on things .. now back to deleting the garbage I have in my own stores ..

I continue to receive questions from customers about the Review Your Design box that pops up before the customer purchases an editable item. I make all of my text editable, and if the customer does not change one line, a box pops up. The box says r to review your design and it shows the text not edited in red. But it does not ask if you would like to leave the text the way it is, it says review the following. Because it is in red and does not ask if it is ok the way it is, or mention that they did not edit it, the customer assumes there is an error and reaches out to me. Can you fix this to be clearer to the customer that is it just a reminder that they did not edit some text? I would hate for anyone to lose sales because the customer thinks there is an issue. thanks.

Suggesting if the recipe book page template could please be plain and not have the (outdated) fish illustration on it. This would make it more applicable to non food type recipe books such as cocktail recipe books.

So I just started to try my hand at bedding and started with the pillow cases - now, don't most people match their pillow cases to their sheets? How about some bed sheets? Best if top and bottom sheet could be purchased separately as there is a great divide now a days from people who use both sheets to people who use just one sheet.

for the past week when I am trying to go to the sell page from creating a new design that popup keeps appearing asking for my email address in exchange for a 20% discount. Can you please program that thing to recognize the difference between a creator making something for sale and a buyer buying something? Today it was not responding to my click on the close button and I could not proceed to the sell it page. finally after about 8 clicks it closed and let pass. it is like a bad gate keeper asking for a password from a monty python movie... I'm a little behind on noticing this and I also try not to be "the old way was better" guy... buuuut the Background color tool being relocated in the customizer is really a hassle. It just makes for a lot of extra clicking. Any way Zazzle would consider moving it back in with the layers? Thanks!

Can Zazzle add a polygon shape with editable nodes (including the option to convert polygon nodes into curves) to the Zazzle design tool? As it currently stands, there are few options for creating shapes in the design tool. Another option designers need is the ability to combine different shapes into one shape — and the ability to split one shape with another overlapping shape. Feel free to add any additional tools we need as creators to my list. 🙂

When I look at the pillowcases, I see nothing that would indicate what they are with the images that are presented. They look more like a placemat. Could we perhaps have an insitu or two showing them on a real pillow on a real bed? I bet that would bring in more sales. Previews used to be labeled front, back, left, right, etc etc.. That went away with the new page design. I thought that was really helpful and while it's often self-evident which "side" of a product you're looking at, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it's not clear if you're looking at a different pic of the same side or a different side. Here's two examples where being labeled "Side 1" and "Side 2" would be helpful. Can Cooler Duvet Cover Then there's things like Zipz or pillow case sets where there are multiple pieces each with multiple sides. Also sometimes can't tell which side an insitu is showing. (Accent pillows have five previews but four of them show the same side.) I wouldn't label things "front" & "back" anymore as for many things (like pillows and tote bags for example) there isn't really a front & back, just two sides that may or may not have the same design on them so the product can be worn/displayed either way. But I would love to see them labeled again, to clearly define that - this is one side, and this is a different side.

When switching from the circle/square metal keychains to the rectangle shape the default is vertical. If the image is horizontal the customer needs to click through and access the design tools. It would be easier if they had a check box on the main page that gave a horizontal option without needing to access the design tools. Thanks for considering!

I am writing to share a suggestion regarding the product review process on your platform. Currently, I have five products that have been in my under review basket since November last year, and they have not yet been cleared or deemed inappropriate for the shop. I have noticed that some products I submit for review are processed more quickly, while others linger in the under review basket for an extended period. I understand that Content Reviewers have a high volume of items to assess, and immediate attention may not be possible for every submission. To address this, I propose two potential enhancements to the current system: Option to Delete Products Under Review: It would be beneficial for designers to have the ability to delete products from the under review basket. This feature would allow designers to make adjustments or decide not to include a particular product in their store without having to wait until the item is cleared from the review process. Time Limit for Under Review Status: Implementing a time limit for products in the under review basket could help expedite the process. If a product remains in the under review status for a specified period, such as 30 days, it could be automatically removed from the queue. In such cases, a notification could be sent to the designer, explaining that the product couldn't be reviewed within the given time frame, and they are encouraged to resubmit or recreate the item. I believe these enhancements would streamline the product review process, improve user experience, and provide designers with greater control over their submissions. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to any improvements that could be made to enhance the efficiency of the platform.

For the Recipient Category --> Kids, can you add just "Baby" (in stead of having to choose baby boy or baby girl)? Esp. in creating nursery items, i don't want to have to choose if it is for a boy or a girl. Thanks

I would like you to consider grouping products that have a foil version. I can have a design in different colors and also in foil, and I believe that if the customer sees that option among the colors, they could benefit from a luxurious option they might not be aware of. Additionally, this prevents them from trying to do it on their own, which carries certain risks. On another note, it would be fantastic to have the option to group products directly within the product creation form, just like you can select a collection. This would allow you to quickly search for products and group them easily. If a design sells well and you want to include a new trendy color, it is really difficult, at least for me, to group it with the previous ones. I also find that the system doesn't always group them correctly, leaving some options ungrouped. I firmly believe that the customer should manipulate as little as possible, so the easier we make it, the better for everyone. Thank in advance!

It would be nice if we had an option for collections to be organized by sales data or views data. That way they would be constantly changing and ideally the more popular products within the collection would float to the top and be the first seen on product pages. Thanks for considering.

It would be nice if designers could submit their best work to editors pick. The few editors picks I have are definitely nor my best work and I feel like my good stuff gets overlooked. That way it would make it easier for editors to sort through products and find good ones to highlight. Maybe editors pick could last a few months then rotate out so search results don't look stuck on the same editors picks every time a customer does a search
