BACKEND MANAGING COLLECTIONS I have difficulty figuring out what some of the products are in my collections as the title is ABBREVIATED and leaves out the end, which generally says what product I'm looking at. Hello everyone, I'm a new designer in the Zazzle US marketplace. I'm pleased that my cover art notebook/sketchbook "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" I designed for kids has been selected for the 'whimsical' word search term on Zazzle's US marketplace home page. whimsical word search However, my suggestion is for Zazzle's e-commerce team to consider listing products, featured in image word search terms, in the top row when a customer clicks through because when I tap on that link, I don't see my "I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER" notebook cover design displayed on the top row. In my opinion, customers don't want to keep browsing for products they see on display in an image word search when they click through even if that product image is used for marketing purposes. This could lead to a lot of independent designers missing out on sales as well as Zazzle.  Another suggestion I have for Zazzle is to improve the user experience for desktop users by displaying: "Other products from this collection" is positioned directly under the Zazzle designer's product listing, then "Other designs you might like" from other designers on the next row below. When working on collections, I only can select to see them on the marketplace. There is no one-click way to jump back to the collection section.  To work on another collection I have to go all the way via selecting my store - clicking on the collections button on the top and then browse to the collection I want to work on.   Also, I somehow miss the save button as I don't know if the changes are accepted and this save button could lead back to the collections overview page.  Can this be added, pretty please? ... Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don't reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. I have seen this on other personalization or photo editing apps: when using the crop tool, there is a button or check mark for "square" which pops in an exact square that you can scale larger and smaller and move around the photo so that you know you have a perfectly square crop. Just wondering: would it be possible, sometime, to allow us to track, perhaps on the product page, the sales by month that any given product has sold? I've seen other designers mention this, so I know I'm not the only one who accidentally sends garbled, unedited, half-messages by hitting the return button in chat. Since I'm not a very good typist, my answers usually require a lot of editing before I dare hit send....and with Chat I'm often left red-faced; my goobledygook has been sent and it can't be edited. Is it possible to put a mark on items or add  another dropdown in the stores backend to let the designer know if the items that are in the 'Optimization Needed' group are in a collection. I hate to pass over an item in a collection that should be updated before other items. I have old collections that probably show up almost empty because of this. Collections need to be intergraded with the backend. Currently the only connection is the ability to add an item to a collection. There is nothing showing if an item is in a collection. Doesn't matter what collection just that it is in a collection. ' Show Me' posts are currently dominating the main feed, as such I have to scroll through multiple pages of the main feed now to find 'what's new' in terms of substance postings, which I like to do a couple of times a day. the images we see in the zazzle tool as so much more clear than what the customer sees on the product pages.. its a wonder anything ever gets sold IMHO - the text is SO blurry.. I'd be worried as a customer my invites would be blurry - can we please get clearer images?    ... View more

It would be really handy if we had a font search box. With new fonts being added soon (fingers crossed its sooner rather than later) it would be really helpful. In fact it would be even more helpful if the search box used fast find as we type. It's a simple request but I think one that would save us time. Ever since we have gotten the new situ views for paper plates I have notice an increase in sales this is fabulous! It would be great if we can create views for tissue paper - table number cards and especially posters. Maybe tissue in a bag -  a table number card on a stand on a table - poster on an easel? As easy as it is for us designers to imagine these items when they are appear flat it is for whatever reason difficult for buyers to picture what they would look like as actual products. I am sure some others have asked and I know you all are busy but I just wanted to note what a big difference have notice with such a little change as the new plate situs - hoping we can incorporate with these other items that appear "flat" (in product view) in the near future. So many times I'll be working on something and want to try something different with it but don't want to lose how I already have it. So I resort to copying layers, hiding/unhiding, grouping/ungrouping, which gets really unwieldy & frustrating for many different reasons. Occasionally I've even manually copied a design to another of the same blank so I could keep working on it without losing how I had it at the "i think this is it" point. So I thought tonight it would be really great if we had an option on Saved Designs to "Create a Copy" so we can keep editing while having the "original" to go back to. This would also make it easy to compare the different versions side-by-side when trying to decide which one to publish. ... View more

I think it would be wonderful if Zazzle offered a gift box or case to accompany the pens. Please consider adding something like this, as it would make for a much better presentation when giving as a gift. I will be ordering two of these pens to give as a gift to our priest, however I will have to order through Amazon to find a case in which to present them in. Looking at all the stationery products that Zazzle has to offer, the one thing that's sorely missing is spiral-bound memo books. I use them all the time! The most popular sizes are 3 x 5 and 4 x 6 inch, with college ruled paper inside. Many of the local chain stores offer them in packs of three or more. I would like to see Zazzle offer them in these sizes. Yes, I know that Zazzle offers spiral-bound Personal Size Notebooks, but we also need smaller ones that will conveniently fit in a purse or bag when traveling. Thanks! ... View more
