Working through hundreds or products adding newly produced in-situ images, is very time consuming. In doing so, I have identified where things could be made a whole lot easier. Instead of going through the process of (1) clicking "Product Media Manager", at the top of the page, then (2) having to click the button "Add Media" on the new page that opens, and then (3) having to click a further button "Upload Media", could we please simply have ONE link to click? Just have "Upload Media" at the top of the page - one action instead of three. (If people need detailed instructions on what needs to be done you can have a little information question-mark alongside the link.) The most "printable" products in the Zazzle zoo of items is A4 sized sheets (I believe they're 8.5 x 11 inches in US sizing). Almost everyone has an A4 printer. Yet, they are not downloadable! I may have asked before (I don't remember) but.... Please allow the customers to see both sides of a product in ONE single view image in the marketplace. Example: I have a tee shirt that is a double side humorous design. Without the customer seeing the punchline side (the back) of my tee shirt design the entire concept is lost IMO because how else can the customer know there is something on the back unless it's seen in the marketplace image? it would be very nice (and powerful) if we had the ability to change the order (via drag and drop) tags in the backend. Right now, if I want to delete the first tag and replace it with another one in that same position, I would have to (1) view the tags as text (2) select the tags (3) copy the tags to the clipboard (4) remove all the tags  (5) enter the new first tag, and (6) then paste the other tags. It would be great if Zazzle could offer blank prefolded vellum wraps as an optional add-on for wedding invitations.  I hope this can be added to 'Zazzle's lengthy 'to do' list. Thanks! This first image below shows a design on the new foil invitation using a black background. The second image is on the same design with a white background and the final image is the same design on one of the older folded greeting cards. As you can see, on the black background the in situ looks like a flat yellow with no texture or color gradation...on a white background it looks slightly better as it shows some depth. The in situ for the folded greeting cards is so much better as it shows some texture and variation in color. I am getting daily requests for downloads and am currently redirecting the customer to the product type that has the download, would be so much easier if it was just accessible on the product page. Especially if they're ordering the sheets as well because this means they have to edit two templates ( ie. the sheet + the product that allows digital download). If and when it's time for more to add to that breakdown category, I'd love to see Wedding > Gifts & Favors > Gifts & Keepsakes This category suggestion would be a great way for customers to find personalized gifts for the bride and groom as well as those keepsake items for "mr. & mrs." type items. Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea.  Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out.     So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products. ... It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one.   Thanks! ... View more
