Zazzle, would you please optimize your Facebook feed. Just about every day I see you posting a beautiful product on your Facebook feed. People might wish to buy these gorgeous Zazzle offerings. However, never once have I seen you provide a link in your post. Sometimes, but not always, your Facebook post tells me I can find "link in bio". There is never  a link in your bio. There is never a way  to find the  lovely product I and countless others might otherwise buy.  Your Facebook feed has two hundred and thirty eight thousand followers. I'm hoping given all the recent changes, that Zazzle will host a webinar to share with the creators on this wonderful platform what we need to do to be seen. I can't be the only one who has been hit with a sharp dip in sales and views. I just looked at my link over history and I've gone from 200+ clicks a day to 8. Obviously something has dramatically changed in how our pins, and social posts with our links and affiliate links are being seen by search engines.  Is Zazzle now giving more weight to Titles over Tags or vice versa? Are our old links no longer working with the new Ambassador program? I'm sure Zazzle wants all of us to succeed rather than just a small handful that know the recipe to the secret sauce and charge $$$ to share it. When we submit royalty changes a box appears on the product’s royalty page with the new rate which disappears when the rate changes.  However, it’s impossible to tell without checking each product’s royalty page if it was submitted successfully. It would be useful if a little identifier like a red dot or some other symbol were to appear in a store’s backend product grid by the royalty % signifying a pending change so they can easily be identified without having to click on every product.   ... I love the tiling feature but it could use some changes to make life easier.  If I try to make a square pattern smaller by using the “-“ button it’s hard to accurately get matching seams.  Could Zazzle add some % down choices?  If we had some fixed choices like -50%, -25% etc for squares, our edges would easily match with no fussing around.  ... I have over 6000 “saved designs” so I’m getting that pop up annoyingly often when opening one of my product pages. Tried to delete my saved designs, it only allows me to select 24 items at a time. Oh, and it’s only suppose to keep them for 6 months but I have saved products older than 3 years. Please let me disable that pop up. Or give me the option to delete all the saved designs at once at least. I’m so tired of clicking on “No thank you”. ... View more

Can Zazzle add a polygon shape with editable nodes (including the option to convert polygon nodes into curves) to the Zazzle design tool? As it currently stands, there are few options for creating shapes in the design tool. Another option designers need is the ability to combine different shapes into one shape — and the ability to split one shape with another overlapping shape. I know this has been mentioned before, but as wedding season starts to get rolling, I'm getting a lot of requests for downloadable programs. I've been dealing with it by transferring designs to invitations, but it's a pretty clumsy way to handle it. Seems like programs are right up there with seating charts in terms of day-of-event stationery that folks often need to order at the last minute. I opened a new store and clicked on it and got a message under my name. Since the store is for a business I run, it makes it look like the business is unsuccessful.  LOL...Or, I am... 0 Followers since 2012.  I think it should say underneath the store name: Opened 2024 . 0 Followers or Joined 2012 . 1800 Followers (My actual number of followers from other stores.) I listen to youtube videos while working and I always get the same 2 videos as ads. Someone talking about a wedding invite and a stamper thing for wedding invites. I am not engaged. I do not care. Zazzle should be advertising their new backpacks, and the t-shirts. Also people are crazy about cups for some reason. Why not show off the to go mugs? I see ads for competitors and I am honestly tempted to buy some of their shirts made by other people, meanwhile zazzle only advertises wedding stationery to single and married people.  ... View more

It would be good if, once we group something in a design we could right-click on it and set it to "do not allow customer to ungroup". That's because the licenses I have don't allow me to sell digital images unless it is "flat", you know? So, when I create digital invites, I make some groups and lock them. The problem is that sometimes the customer just wants to move that group or resize it, but once it is locked, it is not possible. However, I have to keep that locked, otherwise, in theory, the customer could ungroup that and download the separated elements.  ... View more

I just had a frustrating experience trying to locate a product I'd saved to finish later. Since we are not able to delete revised designs, it's become very difficult to use this folder for its intended purpose. I currently have several thousand products in my saved designs folder. I'd love to have some type of search function to make it easier to locate things we'd like to continue working on at a later date. Any type of search box or filter to improve the functionality of the saved designs folder would be much appreciated. I never did manage to find what I was looking for. I will go back and remake the product, but it would be nice to have a more efficient option!   ... View more

Honestly, it shouldn't have to be so hard finding your User Agreement for Creators. I have looked everywhere that made sense and I just couldn't find it. After a half an hour I found a teeny tiny link at the very bottom of the page. Please add this link to our "My Account" tab to make it easier to find. Whenever we are finalising each object in our design to become a templated one, (using the layers area) as we move to the next object to be templated, we always have to select it TWICE, before we can proceed. In other words, we can select the next object in our layers area, but the selection STAYS on the previous object and we have to select the next object AGAIN to template it.
