I request among the stationary template options, you label clearly which ones are downable in the template description. It's not identified and I may not find out I fill out the marketplace selling form whether a stationary design is downloadable or not, then once I see that, I have to go find the right one and remake the design. Please make what is downloadable clearly labeled on the stationary template selection.

Chat messages aren't dated, having only the day of the week and time of day. For example, Tuesday can occur up to five times a month, and there's no way of knowing if the person sent their message this Tuesday or last or even if it's actually an old message sent a month ago. I think it would be much better for this video feature to be on the collection as well or even instead just products. I can't see me having the time to tailor every product with a video! But a collection with a video would for me at least possible and doable, and Zazzle could place that in the viewing options of all the product then in that collection to save us drowning designers a little bit of time! So potential buyers can get a nice overview of the collection and a few of the various products available quickly. I have to be honest videos are highly time consuming and as a designer and artist this isn't really were I want to spend my time as this will ultimately mean even less time to create new artwork. I think the idea is good but I know I am not alone in thinking our workload is becoming overwhelming and for many of us not in the direction we excel in. If we want to have any chance of being seen moving forward, we are clearly going to have to do something to help drive sales but anything that can help those of us more artists than marketers would be appreciated. I just received my greeting cards. They were left out in the rain. I was able to get them before a torrential downpour, which would have ruined them. They delivered in only a cardboard wrapper. Please consider adding a plastic wrapper to insulate paper products from the weather. I won't order cards (or posters or anything paper products) in the further because I if I don't get them as they are delivered (which is usually the case) the chances for them being wrecked are high. (I also sent this notice to Z using the contact form.)

Since your announcement via email that products with cover images will be prioritized over products that do not have them, I've started to dabble and have even created a few. Yay me! But as I go along I do see the need to be able to quickly tell which products do have and don't have a cover photo. Seems like adding something under the product visibility drop down is a logical place to add such a sort. You may have a different idea about where to place it, but having the ability to figure that out quickly would help everyone. On a side note, being able to d/l a transparent .png of the product mock up would be super helpful too! Thanks for reading, PC ..............................................

I sell a lot of posters & foam core boards - mostly for wedding signs - and customers are VERY confused by the standard size options. They don't understand that the design will not re-arrange itself to accommodate a different aspect ratio, so they end up clicking around on different sizes, and in the process, they inevitably end up cutting off a significant portion of the design. Once they've done that, they're stuck - because unless they wrote down the original dimensions there's no way for them to undo their changes and get back to the original size. It used to be that if you restricted the size to "this size only" the standard sizes would go away, but the choose your own size spinners would remain. This was perfect because it would easily allow customers to choose a different size without the risk of changing the aspect ratio (unless they purposefully un-linked the chain to do that.) But that functionality went away, and now the only choice is to restrict to the original size, or throw open the gates of confusion with all of the "standard sizes." Could we pretty please get that functionality back? It could be a separate choice - so you could still have "restrict to this size only", or you could choose "restrict to choose your own size only", or you could have "all options". I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to help customers who have accidentally cut off part of the design because they didn't understand, and it would make for a much better customer experience if the system wasn't so confusing. It would be really handy if we had a font search box. With new fonts being added soon (fingers crossed its sooner rather than later) it would be really helpful. In fact it would be even more helpful if the search box used fast find as we type. It's a simple request but I think one that would save us time. The past few days I e-mailed back and forth with a customer, send her several examples of the product with her logo on it, and today it finally happened, she was very pleased with the design, she bought the product via the direct only link I e-mailed her. I am happy with the sale because it is a nice amount that I am going to receive, but even if the amount had not been so nice, it is such a disappointment to see that Zazzel considers this sale as "Referred None", it doesn't feel right... Make it right please, give all of your wonderful creators who use the direct only link, the referral, as we deserve it, thank you❤️

I believe I mentioned this in the old forum, but I think it would be great if, when purchasing invitations, the customer was given the option to choose the matching envelope by the same designer in the dropdown box. The dropdown box already offers envelope options, but not the option for the envelope with the matching design. Please consider adding this option. Thank you.

So I am basically excluded from the collection contest because I don't do social media? Really, I've tried it without any success and don't want to waste my time there. I am a designer and want to focus on creating content and with ALL the added requirements already loaded on my plate, I need a staff of at least 100 people to comply with all of that. Could we have a permanent "replace product" button that does not need to go through approval? Fine Art America allows an ability to replace the image if necessary, without changing any other information. This is helpful for those of us who have made some errors with templates that may confuse people, or have not "locked" their image, or do not want to allow customizations.

I know folks have asked for the shadow feature on store banners to be removed before. It really interferes with banner designs and text readability. If you can’t remove the shadow completely, can you make it a choice that creators can turn off or on individually? Thanks.

I’d like to request two upgrades to the Design Tool Elements: 1) Please add an editable polygon tool. 2) Please allow designers to name each element layer. Currently elements in the design tool show up as layers named, “rectangle, square, circle, line, etc.” So, if I create a design with multiple rectangles, each layer simply says, “rectangle.” That makes it hard to track, reorder, or revise each element. I would like to be able to name each element like, “pink rectangle, green square, black bar,” etc.

I am using the new social media app BlueSky and up until now, I have been able to promote my products by copy/pasting the product URL into a new post, as the "copy link" option does not allow my product photo to post along with the url. So my question is: has there been any thought on Zazzle's part about adding BlueSky to the automatic sharing options like Facebook and Twitter (X)? There are many other Zazzle people on there, also promoting their products.

Here are 2 features that would really be awesome to have added to the design tool. 1. The ability to adjust transparency. 2. The ability to resize WITHOUT constraining proportions. Leave the default to constrain proportions, so customers don't accidentally destroy an image, but give an option to "free Transform." This would be very helpful for things that don't need to be proportional to look OK, such as a background texture, or even some frames, etc.
