Will there be an opportunity in the near future to sell just the sails - I can see a benefit in being able to kitset / or sell singularly the sails so the customer can interchange the sails to their liking as an add on benefit.

I've just started designing my own products, and one feature in the editor that I find I'm really missing is having vertical and horizontal rulers. This would help me with two different issues. First, sometimes I'm not clear about how big the area I'm editing is (especially on things like shirts), so having a ruler would make that information easily visible. Second that feature would make it easier for me to see exactly how large the elements I'm working with are instead of having to eyeball them in the preview. For example, I was recently using the tiling tool when designing wrapping paper, and in order to figure out what size the tiles were (and I wanted them to be pretty small) I had to count how many tiles appeared from top to bottom and then divide 30 by that number, since the wrapping paper is 30 inches wide! I don't want to admit how many times I lost count and had to start over 🤐

On the main page of the Collections list (where we see all of the collections in a vertical list down the page), where we have the option to view by Manual, Name, Last Updated etc. on the top right, I'd love to see an option that says 'most viewed' or 'last viewed', 'most popular' so we can see how well are collections are really doing. Cheers. 🙂

I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? Meanwhile: I wish you all continued success

It would be good if, once we group something in a design we could right-click on it and set it to "do not allow customer to ungroup". That's because the licenses I have don't allow me to sell digital images unless it is "flat", you know? So, when I create digital invites, I make some groups and lock them. The problem is that sometimes the customer just wants to move that group or resize it, but once it is locked, it is not possible. However, I have to keep that locked, otherwise, in theory, the customer could ungroup that and download the separated elements.

I created a round pillow a few months ago with a background which imitates velvet texture. A customer just contacted me to ask if the pillow would have a velvetty texture, and I thought it would be very interesting to have real velvet option for the pillows fabric. It’s cozy and trendy for home decor! Could you please consider this option ? Thank you! 🙏

When working on collections, I only can select to see them on the marketplace. There is no one-click way to jump back to the collection section. To work on another collection I have to go all the way via selecting my store - clicking on the collections button on the top and then browse to the collection I want to work on. Also, I somehow miss the save button as I don't know if the changes are accepted and this save button could lead back to the collections overview page. Can this be added, pretty please?

I would really like to see an insitu image for the Christmas Tree Skirts that show a close-up of one wrapped around the base of a Christmas tree. As it is, it is very difficult to see the designs on many of them that have intricate or small details. Thanks! https://www.zazzle.com/pink_variegated_poinsettia_pattern_brushed_polyester_tree_skirt-256471526976843529

The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on. If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport. Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. Calling out to Creators and Moderators > Is it time to change the tone and reset the community forum?

I just had a frustrating experience trying to locate a product I'd saved to finish later. Since we are not able to delete revised designs, it's become very difficult to use this folder for its intended purpose. I currently have several thousand products in my saved designs folder. I'd love to have some type of search function to make it easier to locate things we'd like to continue working on at a later date. Any type of search box or filter to improve the functionality of the saved designs folder would be much appreciated. I never did manage to find what I was looking for. I will go back and remake the product, but it would be nice to have a more efficient option!

Right now business cards are only offered as packs of 100. I think the idea of having a 100 item minimum is good, but I did receive an inquiry from a customer who was hoping to order 150 business cards, but who was disappointed that there only options were to order 100 or 200. So. I'm passing off the suggestion to allow customers to increase their order in units of 50.

Bells. These are great little items, and my husband and I used to collect them. I'm sure we're not the only ones. I already have a few ideas. They could be designed for anniversaries or other occasions. Milestone birthdays, keepsakes from first Communion, so many possibilities. So, it's just a suggestion, but one I hope will be truly considered. Here is an example of what I mean: This bell is pretty old, but we've cherished it for years. It is approximately 4" tall. It was a wedding gift and the reason we started collecting bells! I'm sure Zazzle could pick up on this and do well!

I know they are still there - but now we have to click on a link so they're not really "quick view" and the way they're presented in a list isn't easy to spot the data. Can we not have the old view back with the new link strip just displayed underneath it? I didn't realise how much I used that quick view data until it was gone!

Honestly, it shouldn't have to be so hard finding your User Agreement for Creators. I have looked everywhere that made sense and I just couldn't find it. After a half an hour I found a teeny tiny link at the very bottom of the page. Please add this link to our "My Account" tab to make it easier to find. This would benefit new Creators who have just just signed up as well. Thank you for this consideration

.. to the powers that be.. I would like to make a request - not sure which category it needs to be in .. so I am placing it here. I know tons of creators have asked for this before, but it would be exceptionally helpful. I understand the "return for any reason" policy, but if there is something wrong with a design it would be helpful to know that. If there can just be something like: "Was there an issue with the design of the item you are returning? We would like to provide feedback to the designer so they may make corrections." I think this would be enough. If we are being given the ability to fix and repost designs without creating new ones, this would be highly helpful to both the designer and Zazzle. Why would Zazzle want products that have issues with them??

It would be nice if on the backend, we could also sort automatically instead of having to do things manually. Also, would be great if we could just hover over an item to see it's statistics while we are doing our sorting. Last it would help if we can click multiple items and drag them at the same time. PS Technical Staff - I realize your probably overworked as it is and get LOTS and LOTS of suggestions. It is probably difficult to even read all the posts, let alone do the programming and implement things. Thanks for all you do and don't take my suggestions as criticisms. Things are awesome and you do a great job!!!

Not really an urgent idea, but as I continue my quest to finally reach the heady heights of the Pro Bronze Seller tier, the thought occurred to me that I make quite a lot of sales outside the USA Zazzle Marketplace. If I'm remembering correctly, it's only the USA cumulative lifetime sales that count to the tier levels. So it would be nice to have a little counter somewhere on the Earning Summary page that tots up everything earned via USA-only. As I say, not really an urgent one, as it's for sellers' eyes only behind the scenes - but possibly a motivator for some of us (aka, me) to work harder. Lol.
