I would like to suggest that Zazzle provide an in-situ for the Photo Blocks that uses the same in-situ as the Wooden Box Signs. I think it would look quite nice and would give some perspective on the size of the Photo Blocks. Thank you!

The trendz section has been some boring wedding favor recommendation for months now. I want to know what is really trending right now. Like a few years ago it was mustaches, then cupcakes, and rainbow color foods, or owls or straight outta slogans or whatever. I'd like to know what non trademarked stuff is hot right now. For every product not just invites or paper wedding stuff.

Could we get a week or two week notice before each new set of font swaps take place? A notice that tells us which fonts are leaving and, possibly, which fonts are taking their places in the swap? I have multiple products that use large versions of Serif, San Serif, Decorative, and Distressed fonts. I’d like to do “final chance”, “limited time only”, “original edition” types of promotion on those products on social media, my website, and possibly my Zazzle store branding. It feels like an opportunity. So, I wanted to ask.

I am getting daily requests for downloads and am currently redirecting the customer to the product type that has the download, would be so much easier if it was just accessible on the product page. Especially if they're ordering the sheets as well because this means they have to edit two templates ( ie. the sheet + the product that allows digital download). If they've done a lot of their own customizations this may present a problem for them.

Hi Team Zazzle. Sometimes I search the marketplace to test out different ideas and often click on EP's that I find to test my ideas. Something I am noticing with many EP's is that the designs look great! I get why they were chosen from a visual point of view. But I have found that when it comes to function, some designs fail. A few examples: You enter text into a text field template where the text field template extends off the design area. When long text is entered it disappears from from view. Or a text field for a name is set to the length of the name displayed... say five letters long, but once the sixth letter is entered it appears on a different line... In the case of skateboards, once the wheel trucks are attached to the board, the design is ruined. Sometimes the trucks cover a focal point of the design and others they cover a text field making the text field unreadable... Sometimes the text field is set to the whole board and the name displayed is 6 letters long. Once a seventh letter is entered, the design is broken... And it would be a great idea to test upload photos to make sure the designer properly set none/fit and fill options. Most of these seem to be OK, but every now and then I find one where things aren't set right... As I don't know much about this part of designing here, I can't guess as to why this is happening... In any event, I love the program, even though I don't tend to get more than one or two a year. But I am thrilled when I do. From a customer's point of view though, I would expect the chosen designs to be the best of the best in every way. Testing the functionality of the designs would ensure that that expectation is met. Hope this does not come across as harsh or negative, just trying to provide some feedback to better the program and the customers experience. Thanks for all you do! PC ...............................

As it was discussed in General section, the situation with image thievery is becoming sort of crazy. People use screenshots to print elsewhere or send via mobile. I think for every case we know for sure about, there are many we don't know and will never know about. 2048x2048 is really too big for cards, it allows for good result when printed, even with 72 dpi. Using smaller product views (like, 1024x1024) could to some extent prevent this. As of now, normal view is 540x540, so zoomed in view 1024x1024 (or even smaller) would be fine for customers I guess. No need really for such giant zoom ins. We all are missing sales because there are local and online print shops that charge less than Z, so people are figuring that out and take screenshots to print elsewhere. With smaller screenshots they won't be able to print with good quality.

Hi Team Zazzle, It would be really great if we got a notification when a sale gets cancelled. With this new notification system, it seems like that could be possible. Including things like the date of sale and product cancelled would be very helpful. Not sure if you could make clicking on the notification take us to the cancelled sale in our sales report, but if so, that would be great. Thanks for considering, PC ........................

I'm often asked by customers if I can offer my designs on a 2" classic round sticker, because the 1.5" sticker is too small and the 3" sticker too large. I think it would be great to have a medium sticker size in addition to the small and large classic round sticker!

I have several things in my shopping cart and every time I go to another page the shopping cart pops open in the corner reminding me I have things I haven't purchased. It's super irritating. I always add things to my cart over a couple of days so I can place one order. Maybe that's not how most people shop, but it's how I shop. At this point I just want to write it all down and empty my cart till I'm ready to buy.

it would be extremely helpful to have insitus for the five favor box styles, with another object placed near them for size comparison purposes, just like you have for the candy jars. despite the fact that the dimensions are listed in the respective "About This Product" descriptions, customers still express dismay that the favor box is smaller than they expected. it is far easier to visualize with a photo. thank you for your consideration!

I know this has been brought up in the past but more and more I am receiving messages from my customers asking for digital invitations. I am a diamond pro seller and specialize in invitations so this is my jam and I am very familiar with what my customers want. I think it's time to seriously think about this Zazzle! I'm sure this is something Z has done on purpose however, if someone is searching for the state of Maine they see pages upon pages of "main squeeze" wedding products. Yes there are the drill down circles but let's just say I don't see them. I'm given wedding foremost in front of my face. This only happens with Maine.

I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

Hello, i just saw an email that stated we are getting new script fonts. This is very exciting and we have been waiting ! The email states that there will be retired fonts too. And if our design has retired fonts, they will be changed for us. It also states we will have access to edit those products. Can we have access to edit all products to add the new font? I would like the option of changing more of my designs to include the new font and not just the new ones I am creating. thank you!

I really was excited to see Wedding anniversaries had their own Invitations category. Thank you for this. If and when it's time for more to add to that breakdown category, I'd love to see Wedding > Gifts & Favors > Gifts & Keepsakes This category suggestion would be a great way for customers to find personalized gifts for the bride and groom as well as those keepsake items for "mr. & mrs." type items. I bet the customer would love to find that category easily found within the Wedding landing page. Other suggestions would be to add: Wedding > Invitation & Stationery > Vow Renewal Wedding > Invitation & Stationery > Officiant Request Thank you again. 😁

Something like "Your product features content which requires review. Are you sure you wish to proceed?" A "delete" from the Under Review queue feature has already been suggested, it could complement that. If "delete" has been judged unviable, my suggestion could be an alternative. I suggest this because I have an item stuck in the "Under Review" queue. It has a Latin word on it which has triggered the review process because the word means something different (and inappropriate) in modern English slang. I didn't spot the issue until it was too late, and I can't delete it from the queue.

I was about to try transferring some designs to the new area rugs when I saw what almost looked like a blank page and thought it was time to make this suggestion because there's lot of other blank products that show like this as well. If you can't tell, those are white rugs on a white background and to my eyes, are virtually impossible to see, so I'd like to suggest that Zazzle show these types of blank products on a darker background which would help customers (and designers) better see the products available and make a more accurate choice. Would like to see some insitu images for the bandanas. As it stands, all one can see is a square with an image on it. How about some insitus, for example, of just a model's neck area with the bandana as a fashion accessory? Another insitu idea is to show it on a dog, since lots of people put bandanas on their pets.
