Please extend the download option to all cards subspecies, e.g. the regular flat cards. There is no sense that holiday cards and thank you cards are eligible but regular cards not. I have quite a bunch of Christmas flat cards published on the regular card variant and would like to allow downloads for them but there is no option to do so. I know, I can create separate variants. It would also be nice if letterheads and paper sheets were eligible, too, for offering stationery papers. Thank you for considering! I would like to be able to add an alternative/optional text field or two to the back of tees. There would be times where someone would opt to not fill that text template field. But because when I add a template field to the back of the tee, the price is higher. It remains higher even if the customer opts not to utilize printing on the backside of the tee. It would be nice if leaving that field blank could somehow trigger a lower price since the backside would not be printed on. Otherwise to allow for both options of use, I would have to create essentially the same design on two products that would "look" to be the same at first glance. This would seem counterproductive to having a clutter free MP. I hope that I have conveyed this thought properly and hope that at some point in the future that Z may consider making this idea possible. Thanks, PC ................................

I have two suggestions to enhance the design tool. 1. Add the ability to set the transparency of images. A subtle hint of a background image can be a powerful thing. 2. Add the ability to group images. This, in turn, would allow designers to tile more than one loaded image.

I am trying to report an entire shop for Tag Spamming, but I see no way to do this. Please add to your report feature, a button for reporting an entire shop of Tag Spammed products. Right now the only option shoppers and designers can see is REPORT THIS DESIGN. There are shops offering hundreds of non-personalized products, each of which is assigned with tags completely unrelated to the topic of the design. If busy designers had a quick way to report an entire shop, Zazzle would be able to knock out thousands of these products in a cinch. Clearing away these products quickly would greatly improve the search results, taking these designs off the top of the search results, and out of Zazzle's serving up of OTHER DESIGNS YOU MIGHT LIKE. This would help Zazzle shoppers with cash-in-hand to find the high-effort, beautifully designed personalized products Zazzle is known for, and would be a wise, effective and quick way to improve Zazzle's image with the shopping community. Example of Tag Spamming A dog shirt was tagged with these tags: womens nacho average big sister Ice skating figure skater girl womens rockin the aunt life calculus teacher math coach math skeleton playing banjos music As directed by @Scott I reported this dog shirt today, June 21 2022. I will post here if this product is ever removed from the marketplace as a result of my report.

I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want. Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design. Please make this easier!

Can you please either put the latest posts back on the homepage or at least put a link to them in the body of that page. The recent changes have made the forum all but impossible to navigate on my phone.. There are pop up/ sidebar menus that appear on the desktop version that do not appear on the mobile one…

Hey Zazzle Team! I wondered if you might consider adding gatefold cards to the product lineup. Specifically what I mean is gatefold cards that we can design that will wrap around the invitations, (I'm thinking mostly wedding at this point) so that brides can get the actual full suite done through Zazzle? I'm not asking for laser cutting, just a gatefold wrap. But another idea is this: if you could do a gatefold card, then we can design the inside with the information, just like a trifold card, (except gatefold, obvs) and they can send it in the envelope. It would just give us another gorgeous, elevated option that we're unable to provide for our brides at this point, and allow us to serve them at a higher level. Thanks for considering this request.

When a customer clicks on ask the designer for chat - from a product page - it would be Very helpful if Zazzle automatically just added the url of the product they are on and asking about.. it would save so much time and effort having to ask the customer which product are you looking at? Not only is it time consuming but a delayed response usually loses you (ME) a sale -

I am happy we have a more diverse range of fonts and am looking forward to see what other fonts we get in the serif and sans serif categories too, etc. However, it would be really great if the text tool could get a revamp to include an ALL CAPS feature so that we don't have to type in CAPS to achieve that effect (so if we change our mind, we can just toggle it off and not have to delete the entire text and retype it in standard case.) Also, since many of the fonts installed have multiple weights and styles available in the wild, but those aren't included in what is available on Z, maybe the option for a faux bold, faux italic feature so we can bold or italicize some of the text we would like that doesn't have that weight or style included from its family in our options. Lastly I'd really love if the text boxes could auto resize instead of taking up the entire width of the page because it becomes a headache when trying to move other items around. I think there were a couple other things the text features could use, but they are escaping my mind right now! Cheers!!

We desperately need more in-situ images for the Chiffon Scarfs. Perhaps a model wearing the square style scarf around the neck as a wardrobe accessory. The long, rectangular scarf needs a model showing the scarf hanging and draping nicely. And please make sure they are close-up images that we can see the designs on the scarf well. Thank you!

I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image.

A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent. It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations. I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. There must be thousands of them a day across the designers!

Hey Zazzle! LOVING the new Real Foil wedding invitations!!!!! Just wondering: were you planning to introduce the standard enclosure cards for real foil as well? It's not working too well trying to re-purpose existing foil cardstock for the purpose of weddings, especially in the RSVP's where you want a vertical rsvp, but can't change the orientation of the back of the card. We've tried simply rotating the text, and that's fine, however it doesn't display correctly on the product mockup on the product page, so it wouldn't instil confidence in the buyer. Fingers crossed you'll offer more real foil options soon!

Hello lovely Zazzle team! We love the design tool, but were just wondering: would it be possible to create a tool that allows us, within any given text field, to change the type case: from whatever it is to: Case type (so the first letter of each word is capitalized), lowercase, and uppercase. That would save us a ton of time rather than having to individually re-type everything every time. Thanks for considering this request!

Hi Zazzle, I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image. Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image". Thank you very much! Rusty
