Zazzle has everything but sheets to go with the bedding. If I would buy to redo my bedding room and bathroom Zazzle would have pillows, pillowcases, Duvet cover, blankets, lamps, wallpaper, shower curtains, bathmat, towels, candles, clock, wall plate but no sheets. I'm not sure how to explain this issue, but the vast majority of my products have artwork that extends beyond the bleed, so it gets the little yellow alert - which is fine, I know to just ignore it. The problem is that anything with the yellow alert thing also gets highlighted in pink, so it makes it hard to figure out which layer is active. Literally dozens of times every day I end up deleting or copying or moving the wrong layer because I think that the artwork is the active layer when it isn't. Here's a screenshot: The active layer is really the text at the bottom, but on first glance it looks like the artwork is active. Could it maybe just have the yellow alert without the outline, or change the color of the outline to a thin gray line or something to make it visually clear that the artwork is not the active layer here. ... With the new Ambassador program, many of us are scrambling to adjust our approach and make ends meet. I was thinking that one way to lessen the blow a bit would be to provide a system where customers could leave a tip or payment that would go directly to the designer - it could be used as a way to collect compensation for custom design work, or it could simply be a way for a customer to leave a tip as a thank you for a designer.  Just a thought... ... Maybe I'm in a minority, but I feel like there has been a massive uptick in the number of customers messaging me to help with their open orders.  It would be great if there was more clarification to customers when they message on who to contact for which issues.  Below are just some of the things I've gotten lately. At least half (if not more) of the message I get are for things I cannot help with as a designer. "I ordered invitations earlier today, but I forgot to put the time! Could you please add that the bridal shower is at 11:00 am?" "What is going on with my order? Order ID----------" (by the way, I don't think this was even one of my orders as it does not match any of my order numbers) "My name is Mary ------" (yep that's all it said, and she never responded) "Hi I just placed an order with you and realized that the wording on one of my signs is wrong would I be able to send you the updated one?" "Hi there, in my invitations could make the girl's hair black?" (this was on an already placed order) "When I go to preview the invite there is a weird IM over the text. I already purchased it and I’m worried the invites will be ruined. Can you please help?" "I ordered a sign a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it." "so I placed an order originally for 40 baby shower invitations, but wound up editing them and getting an order of 25. Would I be able to get reimbursed for the 40 previously ordered?" ... View more

I wish with just 1 click I could see which products still need a cover photo and which ones need a video. I'd like to suggest an option to sort our products on the backend by cover photos and videos needed or not. I know I can search for Optimization Needed using the drop down/Product Visibility button but that only shows products that haven't been viewed for 15 months and over, but I'd like to keep ahead of the game and catch products before they get to that point. I'd like to suggest an added date search in the sort drop down box that sorts by the least viewed date (opposite of Last Viewed date - stale date? ) When I'm updating products tags/descriptions/promos etc - the way I'm doing it now is sort by "last viewed date" sort then scroll to the bottom where the Page 1 of whatever and clicking to the last page and working back. Hi Zazzle Team - can you please add a few monogram fonts to the Design Tool? These auto format spacing and sizing so center letter is bigger and spacing is correct between letters. There are circle monogram, diamond monogram, curly scroll letter monogram fonts, etc.  This would be a great help and improvement because Zazzle customers love monograms but setting up the product templates with regular fonts leads to inconsistent results depending on the letters chosen. I often get simple design requests from customers for things like changing colors or fonts, moving elements around, or adding a photo to a design that doesn't have one. The vast majority of these requests are things the customer could easily do themselves if they just had a basic understanding of the design tool and what it can do. Some customers are comfortable with the FAFO method (ie messing around until they figure it out) but others just need a little bit of instruction. It would be SOOO helpful if there was a simple tutorial that I could point them to for help. The current help files are all geared toward designers and they're just WAY too much. We need toaster covers! Fabric covers (preferably cotton) that can be designed on front side only: each side panel and the one, long strip that runs along the top and sides.
