Hello! I have a few suggestions that I think I will appreciate a lot. I would love to know where the referrals come from: Pinterest, Facebook, a blog, TikTok, or Instagram. I really would love to know; it doesn't matter if it's a third-party referral or a self-referral—I want to know them all. For Collections sort, we can organize products by last viewed day, last sold day, and popularity. I would love to check out my collections this way too. I would love to separate product views into organic and non-organic, and also have the keywords that bring the organic views. For instance, on product insights, we may have "Zazzle Searches," which I suppose are organic searches, but then I don't get to see the keywords. I have no idea how people find me. I have the feeling that Zazzle doesn't show these keywords until the first sale occurs, so as not to generate wrong impressions, but this information will help in tuning a product for better performance. I know that we receive notifications when products are really doing badly. For example, every day I have notifications from products that have more than 12 months without views. However, I would also love to see notifications when a product is reaching a point where it is overperforming because the views are really high for the time being. Not only do products with no views have problems with sales, but products with lots of views may also have problems because they also don't sell. Therefore, alarms should be turned on for these two kinds of products, in my humble opinion. Thanks for your time and consideration!

Can we please get the in situ images for the thermal tumblers FIXED? This has been an issue from the start, and still hasn't been fixed. There are a bunch of nice mockups, but they are unusable because the images are on the sides instead of front and back! Yes, I know we can work around it and design on the Background layer to fit the in situs, but then when a customer goes to personalize it, and looks at the plain "front" and "back" images, THOSE images will be wrong!

When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this. I feel this is very important, and I wish Zazzle would start implementing it.

May any people fold their kitchen towels in thirds (like me). The view Zazzle uses now is at an angle, and it skews the view. Is there a way we could show kitchen towels in situ with a fold in thirds straight on? Thanks

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. In other words, when you sign up for Zazzle, you can have a store and be an affiliate. Zazzle Stores https://linktr.ee/SandyMDesigns

In the MP the customer can use the tab "Type" to search for different styles of invitations. "Digital" is completely missing.

A great idea would be either spiral bound notebooks or 3 ring binders with inserts that are large recipe cards that users can handwrite their own recipes on

Could we please have more colour variety/options for the basic T-Shirts. I also endorse anyone who has asked for black coffee mugs. We really really need those! Thanks Brenda

It would be nice to offer covers for throw pillows with our own designs. This would give the customer another option to purchase.

I have a client that wants to outfit her kitchen in my Sun Faces design, but she needs a dish drying mat. I believe she is referring to the microfiber or fabric ones that dry quickly while the dishes drain on the counter top. Do let me know if there is something similar in the substrates already. Thanks!

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

Hi. It would be great if Zazzle had gift boxes to design. Example: https://www.amazon.com/Hallmark-0005XBC1124-Required-Shirt-Plaid/dp/B088SKMR64/ref=sr_1_40?

I'm sorry, but the 'content review' process for accidentally using 'wrong' words as tags needs to be changed. It harms us as designers by taking away hours or weeks worth of work and promotions, but it also costs Zazzle money too! I can understand removing for a visual art infringement, but a tag word? I understand why certain words cannot be used, but we should get an opportunity to fix a tag. Here are my two suggestions for things that would solve this... and probably take a lot less man hours on Zazzle's end. 1. Certain words should be in the zazzle system and automatically not allow us to even use them. I know it's somehow possible because 'onesie' got flagged one time. It has to be far less time consuming for one person to manage these words on the developement end than to deal with the thousands of issues that eventually come up. Trademarked brands, pantone colors, etc., anything commonly known (I know they won't catch everything, but the big ones should be). I'd rather it accidentally take away too many word options, than for me to eventually lose dozens of products. and/or 2. The products should not be completely deleted automatically entirely (for title/tag/description options, not artwork maybe). They could either delete the tag, hide the product and give us a timeline of __ days to remove and fix (I'd be find having to go through content review even), or something else. Or at least let us find them again in our saved designs instead of deleting those too (they 'show' there, but when you click into them, they are gone too). It feels so incredibly unfair that they just wipe products out of existence just because you accidentally used one wrong word. We as designers can't possibly know all of the ones not to use despite how hard we may try.

Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. This information will help creators choose promotion options that are working. Thank you for considering, Sandra

Like everyone else, I have been trying to take an objective look at some of my early 18yr old stores .. some that have been forgotten.. WOW .. what a mess .. I remember in the “old days” when it was suggested we put every design on every product using the quick create .. yeah.. Im not thinking that was such a good idea .. there have been times I have checked the MP newest designs to see if mine had made it yet .. and a person can tell when QPC was used .. and excuse my tone , but they look like c*ap.. yes even mine .. its embarrassing actually .. I think back in the days we were trying to FILL the marketplace .. now being more selective and actually having to vie for a decent mp spot .. some of these slapped together products are just taking up space .. mine included .. I think it might be time to retire this option for creating products .. time to get serious and if you want to put a design on a product to sell.. you will need to do them one at a time .. thats just my outlook on things .. now back to deleting the garbage I have in my own stores ..

Zazzle promotes all types of holidays and dedications. I think this is a good thing. However, the month of June seems to have taken a backseat to one of the most long honored devotions. This month has long been dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Please consider mentioning this as the month of June draws near. The history: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Month_of_the_Sacred_Heart https://ewtn.co.uk/article-why-is-june-the-month-of-the-sacred-heart-of-jesus/ https://www.catholic.org/news/hf/faith/story.php?id=86239 I believe that the promotion of this month as being devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus can be profitable for Zazzle, as I have several products in my store that are geared to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Below is one of my more popular Sacred Heart items. Of course, I have several more. https://www.zazzle.com/sacred_heart_of_jesus_sign-256953782346752138 I am not the only one selling Sacred Heart themed products. This is a popular devotion, even though there are still many who are unaware of it. Please consider helping to promote the month of June as being dedicated to the Sacred Heart - regardless of religion. Thank you.
