I am sorry, but it is very unprofessional looking.  I am not just speaking from a designer side on this. I was on Google doing some personal shopping and saw some Zazzle items on the results that fit what I was looking for. Upon clicking on them, all I see are these products across the page when it loaded. I had to scroll down to actually look at the product I had clicked through to see.  Excuse me...but how freakin' aggravating it must be for other customers as well. Not to mention having to scroll past all the other products showcased below the one I was interested in just to see the product information.  I am sorry, but I think this is a complete hinderance from the shopping side of things for the customer.  I know this has already been discussed in the forums, and I understand how awful this is from the designer's side of things.  But i just got first hand experience being a customer and it definitely was not a great impression. I felt bombarded and immediately wanted to hit the back button to return to the Google search results.  Zazzle, please seriously reconsider the placements of the "extra products" you are trying to throw in customers faces and be considerate of the products that the customer expects to see when clicking through to an item they already were interested in enough to click through in the first place. I accidentally deleted several products, some of which had sold. It would be great if there could be a "recently deleted" tab (like "saved designs" or similar) that kept recently deleted products for a week (or even just 24 hours) before automatically clearing it. Please consider giving us a checkbox when posting a product for sell that lets us check a box to indicate that our design includes AI generated content.   Maybe Zazzle should start a new board dedicated to “Upcoming Changes” on Zazzle and actually proactively and regularly keep it updated about changes that are expected,  as well as when they actually get underway. When migrations, such as the many that were announced in paper products are about to get underway, it would be hugely helpful to give designers a heads up when the process actually starts as well as what to expect while it’s happening.  There has been so much recent confusion, turmoil and hand wringing, not to mention ill will, with designers left in the dark as witnessed by posts in many threads. This post is for Ideas & Suggestion Board but I can't post is there at the moment because that it's not available at the moment (not the first time though). 1. Would be extremely helpful to sort products by 'Cancellation Date' or 'Number of Cancellations'.. basically any type of cancellations really, to see if there's a pattern on certain products or just a coincidence. If I see there are a few cancellations on a certain product, I'll definitely check out again my design.  For example, I recently had a justified cancellation on a poster because the text is not aligned correctly, but under no circumstance can I remember which poster needs attention so that I can re-post it correctly and if I were to see my latest order cancelled, that would help a lot. 2. If it's possible, make the 'Make hidden' option that we have available for any product, the last option in that list or at least not anywhere near the 'Manage Media'. Please provide the following benefit to Zazzle customers:  Create a block against new shops using the name ZAZZLE anywhere in their shop name URL. Seeing shops such as these surely is confusing to customers, who most likely think they are dealing directly with the company, and not with a random creator.  Bonus Points for finding and shutting down some of the already existing shops. Since Zazzle implemented the new design tool and started automatically locking layers, I've been getting chat messages from confused customers who are unable to move design elements. I totally understand the reason behind locking the layers - and for most customers that's what you want. But there are always those who want to get in there and completely redesign the template, and locking the layers makes it really difficult for them to do so. Perhaps when a locked object is clicked on you could show a popup that says "to edit this element you must unlock it from the layers stack" or something like that.  ... View more

Can Zazzle provide a solution for those of us wanting to make double-sided mugs? The current process is smooth if you are doing a single design on the front of the mug - you just centre align the design. However, if you want to have a double-sided design there is a lot of guesswork and confusion involved. And no real way of checking your design placement, except through the previews which may not be accurate. The Printful mug design tool is amazing, you upload the design once and click the box to duplicate the design on both sides of the mug. I often find myself looking for fonts with characters that fit one of these two descriptions: Narrow eg. Karatina, Bronx Shoes, Empire Wide eg. Cavalero, Monoton, Sigmar One Typically I might have a graphic of certain dimensions, some text in mind to accompany the image, and the space I have left dictates the proportion of font I will choose. It would be helpful if we were able to (toggle) expand this window used for Text Effects - Selling Options - Fonts. I use a large monitor, browser at 100% zoom and it is difficult to look for fonts. Of course if I know the name I search for it, however I often look for different fonts new to me. I'm on Zazzle creating A LOT and, with no other choice I'm slow at learning this tool, and I find the fonts taking up most of my time.  I've always been a font fanatic. I believe it would be appreciated if we could rotate selected images from any point on the selected image. Like where the gray bars are that enable resizing from all four sides. I know it is a design program ability in that a curved arrow shows up when you hover over the bar allowing you to grab the image and rotate from that spot. Many times I have to reduce the size of my browser in order to see the little circle that will turn the image.
