I would like to request that Zazzle change the wording on the tick box that allows the buyer to remove attribution from the backs of certain products. If it just didn't say anything about removing designer attribution but only said "remove Zazzle attribution" or "remove Zazzle QR code" Then it would solve the problem for those of us who have our own locked logos and attributions added prior to all this. This would avoid angry buyers who pay to have the attribution removed and then see that the designer logo is still there. Then we designers would not have to delete and remake them. This seems like it would be an easy fix. Thank you for considering it.

I want to offer a very big THANK YOU to Zazzle for providing an increasing number of insitu options. This makes it much less labor intensive and more creative when I’m designing my pins. I look forward to seeing these options on more products. You are appreciated.

Currently when you add a product to a collection, it becomes the very first item in the collection. It would be awesome if we could choose for our newly added products to be organized behind existing products. Or, if we could just have the option to "pin" certain items so they are always the first in the collection, that would be really helpful. My hero products often get pushed out of the way by newly added complimentary items. I have to go back into the collection every time and reorganize (which is honestly not an easy process if I'm not working on my PC). Thanks for considering!

After being on Zazzle for 14 years, I've uploaded many images. But I've also deleted many products. To make my images easier to sort through and to save hosting space for Zazzle, it would be nice to know if I have images that are not on any products. This used to be on the Image Info, but it got removed. Please bring it back.

I have a suggestion for getting more looks at our Poufs in stores. For one thing, we desperately need insitus. It's difficult to know what one is looking at without an insitu for this product, especially the cubed shaped ones. I had never heard of the word "pouf" before seeing them sold on Zazzle. I was only familiar with the word "ottoman." I have looked at number of other major websites that sell these items and both "pouf" and "ottoman" are used in product titles and descriptions. I think that if Zazzle also included the more commonly used word "ottoman" in product titles that these items would be found easier via Google searches and store searches. Last created, first created, name, and manual is what we have. We need to sort by: Title, Occasion, Type, Status as well as "needs attention" And we really need a "ready to migrate" sort! And even is manual And what is view by name, it's definitely not alphabetical.

I am trying to report an entire shop for Tag Spamming, but I see no way to do this. Please add to your report feature, a button for reporting an entire shop of Tag Spammed products. Right now the only option shoppers and designers can see is REPORT THIS DESIGN. There are shops offering hundreds of non-personalized products, each of which is assigned with tags completely unrelated to the topic of the design. If busy designers had a quick way to report an entire shop, Zazzle would be able to knock out thousands of these products in a cinch. Clearing away these products quickly would greatly improve the search results, taking these designs off the top of the search results, and out of Zazzle's serving up of OTHER DESIGNS YOU MIGHT LIKE. This would help Zazzle shoppers with cash-in-hand to find the high-effort, beautifully designed personalized products Zazzle is known for, and would be a wise, effective and quick way to improve Zazzle's image with the shopping community. Example of Tag Spamming A dog shirt was tagged with these tags: womens nacho average big sister Ice skating figure skater girl womens rockin the aunt life calculus teacher math coach math skeleton playing banjos music As directed by @Scott I reported this dog shirt today, June 21 2022. I will post here if this product is ever removed from the marketplace as a result of my report.

May I please request that disputed designs on products be put on freeze or hold (off of the marketplace) until the dispute is resolved? Right now, the products are immediately deleted. Thank you.

Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea. Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. Conclusion: We need better tools for dealing with large collections.

As I remember, Zazzle can delete our saved designs after 6 months. It would be nice and practical if we could have, perhaps, 100 saved designs, without having to check how old they are. Then we would not have to check the dates of each saved designs, only how many they are. It would be easier to avoid designs getting deleted by mistake.

I have two suggestions to enhance the design tool. 1. Add the ability to set the transparency of images. A subtle hint of a background image can be a powerful thing. 2. Add the ability to group images. This, in turn, would allow designers to tile more than one loaded image.

Is there, or can be there someday soon, a way to sell product for a "limited time" so to create things that will "never to be sold again (maybe)" therefore greatly increasing, automatically, the "fear of missing out"? Also things could be sold for much more money as part of the collectability and specialty of items. Then, at the pre-schedule time (with a count-down on each product's page), the item can no longer be ordered and show it is "sold out" with a button option to have people sing-up to be alerted via email when new, time-limited things are for sale.

Despite the flag that briefly pulls up (e.g. "The foil and metal elements are simulated in the artwork by the Creator. These elements will not be used in the making of this product"), I have customers who expect to have copper, tin, or porcelain (to name a few recent examples) in their product (and don't scroll down to read the "About This Product" section). Please add the material used in the making of the product to the title ... e.g. "acrylic" to acrylic ornaments, acrylic clocks, etc. e.g. "glass" to glass cutting boards, glass paperweights, etc. e.g. "neoprene" to neoprene can/bottle/seltzer coolers, neoprene wine totes, etc. e.g. "wooden" to wooden serving trays, etc. and so on. Doing so could help reduce the cancellations and disappointments that result when customers receive their product(s). Thank you for your consideration.

When a customer clicks on ask the designer for chat - from a product page - it would be Very helpful if Zazzle automatically just added the url of the product they are on and asking about.. it would save so much time and effort having to ask the customer which product are you looking at? Not only is it time consuming but a delayed response usually loses you (ME) a sale -

I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image.

I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

We desperately need more in-situ images for the Chiffon Scarfs. Perhaps a model wearing the square style scarf around the neck as a wardrobe accessory. The long, rectangular scarf needs a model showing the scarf hanging and draping nicely. And please make sure they are close-up images that we can see the designs on the scarf well. Thank you!
