I have a lot of designs where I have created multiple versions in different colors, and often this requires swapping out an image for one that's a different color. Generally, this is pretty easy because I can use the replace image function and everything will align perfectly. But on occasion, I need to crop an image in order to make it work with the design, and in that case the replace function doesn't work so well. The replacement image isn't cropped so the alignment is all off. I have to crop it by hand, and the cropping tool doesn't give you any way to be precise, you just have to eyeball it. So, it's virtually impossible to get it lined up perfectly so that the color grouping function will recognize it as just a different color of the same image. ... View more

I would like to be able to add an alternative/optional text field or two to the back of tees.  There would be times where someone would opt to not fill that text template field.  But because when I add a template field to the back of the tee, the price is higher.   It remains higher even if the customer opts not to utilize printing on the backside of the tee.  It would be nice if leaving that field blank could somehow trigger a lower price since the backside would not be printed on.  Otherwise to allow for both options of use, I would have to create essentially the same design on two products that would "look" to be the same at first glance.  This would seem counterproductive to having a clutter free MP. I think that Zazzle should promote the possibility of digital downloads (especially for invitations) more. For example, point this out directly on the cover photos or make it easier for the artists to download the corresponding cover photos. Of course, it might not be so profitable for zazzle (although you could certainly decrease the maximum royalty percentage to 90%). But in my opinion, Zazzle definitely has a better position / competitive advantage over other providers (e.g. Minted) considering this option. Would love to see all over print wallets, scented candles w/custom labels and makeup accessory bags added!  Printify is now offering the option of popup /standalone stores with these products available. As you can see, they look good and they're in a price point range (mine are set at 25% markup) that makes them popular gift ideas.  I would much rather create them at Zazzle where I could add to an existing collection. We desperately need more in-situ images for the Chiffon Scarfs. Perhaps a model wearing the square style scarf around the neck as a wardrobe accessory. I think it would be wonderful if Zazzle offered a gift box or case to accompany the pens. Please consider adding something like this, as it would make for a much better presentation when giving as a gift. I am happy we have a more diverse range of fonts and am looking forward to see what other fonts we get in the serif and sans serif categories too, etc. However, it would be really great if the text tool could get a revamp to include an ALL CAPS feature so that we don't have to type in CAPS to achieve that effect (so if we change our mind, we can just toggle it off and not have to delete the entire text and retype it in standard case.) Also, since many of the fonts installed have multiple weights and styles available in the wild, but those aren't included in what is available on Z, maybe the option for a faux bold, faux italic feature so we can bold or italicize some of the text we would like that doesn't have that weight or style included from its family in our options. Lastly I'd really love if the text boxes could auto resize instead of taking up the entire width of the page because it becomes a headache when trying to move other items around. There are so many great mockup/insitu views for rectangle stickers, but alas, they all seem to be for a landscape orientation. A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent. It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations. I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. It's nice to be able to see how many link overs we have had but we need more information please. It would be nice to be able to click on the date and be able to view the landing pages of these lonk overs. If we are getting a high number of link overs on a certain product but it hasn't been purchased, it would help us see that and we can review that design and update it accordingly.
