Hi Everyone So I have had customers asking me about Wedding Websites and in more depth Websites that would be matching the templates to my designs. Zazzle has give us a QR Code generator which works amazingly and is great but this sends traffic away from Zazzle to other sites who have wedding websites. Is it a possibility that Zazzle could look at offering this service in the future? Whereby our digital or printed cards could be available on a wedding website in this template form (and the websites could sell like a digital product for example). Or a combo like is already available. I think its high time that the minimum royalty before the carve out for designers (or creators or whatever we are deemed these days lol) should reflect the same thing that is happening everywhere. Prices on products have increased across the board, but we are still charged an additional fee after 14.9% which has been in place for a decade+. Should that not also reflect the times? Virtually every day now, I'm getting questions from customers regarding matching RSVP cards, envelopes, etc. for their wedding invitations. At first I thought I maybe I had neglected to put some things in the correct collections, but now I see that collections have all but disappeared when the customer is using a mobile device - at least that's the case when I tested it using Chrome on my Android phone. There's absolutely no indication that there is a collection unless you scroll down about 50 pages. I know screen space is limited, and depending on the type of product, collections are not always terribly relevant. But for weddings, this is a pretty big problem, and I think we're losing a lot of sales because of it. Maybe Zazzle could at least include a small link to the collection somewhere that the user has at least some hope of finding it? ... View more

I am wondering if any research has been done to determine consumer preferences for express check out? I have had several potential clients tell me they do not like having to create an account in order to purchase a product, especially something very inexpensive like a card. @James, Scott—zazzle mod, Zazzle Paper offers gift tags set of 10, 120 lb weight, with hole punched and choice of twine colors, size 2 x 3.5.  Altering the size could make them usable as bookmarks. But, since it is a set of 10, the templated text would be the same on all 10. Same for any quote text either by a shop or customer. Changing the size could adapt them into a new product offering. ... Please don't mark already Hidden products as needing Optimization. It is confusing when we sort for all the products needing Optimization, because I have a whole folder of old Hidden products that I've made new version for, or are otherwise keeping just for reference. These are showing up along with the former Public products that are hidden by Zazzle for lack of views, and then I'm not sure whether a product I'm trying to optimize was hidden by me or Zazzle! On the individual product page, please explain below the Title what and why this product was chosen as the Perfect Gift. For Napkins, please offer Product Merchandising option of "All Options except Guest Napkins." This is the one shape that is so radically different from the other paper napkin sizes. As a result, designs (that are not patterned designs) that may look good on the other napkin sizes, don't look very good on the Guest Napkins.
