I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

In Zazzle's paper breakout, the current table card used for creating table numbers is offered as a 3 1/2 x 5 inch card only. Can Zazzle offer this paper product in a variety of sizes, i.e. 5x7 and 4x6? I have customers ask for larger table cards and to accommodate them, I make the table numbers on flat 5x7 card stock, but that comes automatically with an envelope. I have to ask the customer to turn off the envelope option before ordering. This is cumbersome and would be more efficient if the table cards were offered in the popular size options that other flat cards are sold in.

Hello Zazzle Team! We love Zazzle, and the design tool, and we have an idea which we'd love to ask for. We'd LOVE to see more flexibility in the grid design. What we would ideally love is to be able to define our own grid, to many different parameters. Could be quadrants that work with the product we're designing on; could be centimeters, could be inches, etc, depending on the product. What would also be really great is to be able to overlay a secondary grid, with perhaps different grid line colors, so we can see it separate from the first grid. Please can you add the ability to search for partial words- eg - towel would also bring up towels, bath - would bring up bathroom - golf would bring up golfer/golfing etc I'm uploading cover photos to the media section in collections, if I've accidentally uploaded cover photos in the plural - i.e napkins instead of napkin - I have to double my search term which is taking precious time Thanks for considering!

How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!! If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? It's like being arrested and brought to jail with no knowledge of what your offense was 🙂 I know the analogy is a bit extreme but I think expresses what I'm talking about

I was thinking about types of products to offer people for customers' office and home office desks and thought about tissue box covers/sleeves. I did a quick search and didn't see any on Zazzle. This seems like a product that should be easy to source for POD. The typical cube style boxes are a good target. IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

I like that we can design for cookies, brownies, cake pops, dipped oreos, etc. I would like to have the option to be able to have three or four different coordinating designs on a dozen set. Like 3 cookies will have one design, another 3 have another design, and so on creating a dozen set of a coordinated design theme. Or 4 coordinating designs on groups of three in the dozen set. Hope this makes sense. I think it would look great for holidays, life events, and celebrations.

I have spaces between paragraphs when I create the listing. But when it displays on the store, the spaces are removed and it is showing as one big long paragraph. I love Zazzle's idea of using the description to tell a story behind the item, but when you do it doesn't look good structurally on the product page, and discourages a customer from reading it. Is it possible to give us a text box entry tool (like the one I am using right now to type this) on the Product Form for typing in descriptions?

Something like "Your product features content which requires review. Are you sure you wish to proceed?" A "delete" from the Under Review queue feature has already been suggested, it could complement that. If "delete" has been judged unviable, my suggestion could be an alternative. I suggest this because I have an item stuck in the "Under Review" queue. It has a Latin word on it which has triggered the review process because the word means something different (and inappropriate) in modern English slang. I didn't spot the issue until it was too late, and I can't delete it from the queue.

I would like the ability to send a message to tell the customer how to reach customer service at any point during the chat and not just as the first message in a chat. I don't like that if you choose to send a more personal response first then the option to send a message to redirect to customer service goes away. Thanks!

I know collections can be used in a variety of different ways, and some of that includes creating collections with products that aren't our own, so that may make this impossible, but it would be SUPER helpful if there was some way to get back-end functionality in collections of our own products. Like maybe if there was some link on the collection page that allowed you to open a back-end window displaying only your products from that collection or something like that? I tend to use collections rather than categories to organize my products/store, so it would be really great if I could get sales/views stats on all the products in a given collection so I could easily tell which designs are doing well, and focus on those when creating new colors etc. Thanks for considering it!

I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages. That way you can make the pages of the notebook match the cover.

Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. You have to create the "ok" button to make this process much easier. That's it 😋

Is there any chance Zazzle will consider square folded cards? I have so many designs that would work better on a square card would love that to be a new option in the future, before Christmas would be even better! Hope you consider this and a folded card landscape on the smaller edge full print. On the product page under "more listing tools" it would be a tremendous time saver for designers if the "more options" feature (that contains the option to download the artwork or the product mockup) to the back end of the store under the "actions" feature of each product.

Hi Zazzle, I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image. Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image". Thank you very much! Rusty
