Please PLEASE can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered? Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered by cross reference is tedious and difficult - ALSO would Really be nice to have some sort of key as to the type of cancellation ie: cancelled or declined or returned? Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled Before or After they got their product. And While we are on the subject.. would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel.. like a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded my Feb earnings and took a look on my spreadsheet. I had 154 cancellations amounting to $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb.. that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me? I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any.. too many to try to cross reference.. which is why I asked my initial request of having some way to see in our backend if a customer re-orders ..

In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own. Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations. However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way. I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download. I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me. Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it. So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order. Anyway I just wanted to mention it. Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.

It used to be we could see if our products had our customized mockup in our admin area of our store listings. Now we can only see it if we click through to the product. I'd like that to go back to being visible in our admin area of our product listings. It helps me see which products I still need to do a cover photo mockup. Having to click through to every product to see if it's done just isn't efficient. It also just makes me happy to see my progress in getting my products completed with an original cover photo mockups. Please put this back.

I think that Zazzle should promote the possibility of digital downloads (especially for invitations) more. For example, point this out directly on the cover photos or make it easier for the artists to download the corresponding cover photos. Of course, it might not be so profitable for zazzle (although you could certainly decrease the maximum royalty percentage to 90%). But in my opinion, Zazzle definitely has a better position / competitive advantage over other providers (e.g. Minted) considering this option. And I have also found that customers buy both the actual cards and the digital version.

Suggesting that Zazzle add Magnetic Mailbox Covers to products we can design on, Everywhere I go I see homes with these cute magnetic mailbox covers on their mailboxes. Even my own family buys these online. With seasons and holidays to decorate these for, I think it would be a fun and profitable product to add! Thanks for your time!

I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!" (and it definitely not a problem on my end- I have fast stable internet, and a very fast gaming laptop.) It's only 8 seconds long, 6mb size.

Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out. So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products.

Hi everyone! My main market is animal people with a niche in livestock. Especially goats and show goats. Some of my customers are not super knowledgeable about POD sites. I run into a LOT of people who have never heard of Zazzle. More the a few times I have had frustrated customers. I've had to take screenshots of the steps to customize an item, of how to add items to the cart, etc. Then adding big red arrows on what buttons to click to get to the checkout. I know to us who frequently use Zazzle it seems so silly. One of my recent customers - assumed I owned the Zazzle site all together - there comment to me was "I don't know how you manage to stay in business" referring to how they could not figure out how to get one of my items to their cart to check out. I KNOW.... it seems to silly to a lot of us. I could order and edit things in my sleep. LOL Maybe one already exists? A How to order video. Common things you will run into when personalizing. How to edit personalized items. Geared towards those who are not very computer savvy or those who have never even heard of Zazzle.

Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

Hello everyone, While reviewing my product listings on Zazzle marketplaces in various countries, I noticed very few stars and no review comments left on one of my I'm a WHIMSICAL DOODLER case-mate products on the Zazzle New Zealand marketplace that wasn't purchased because I've already checked my store sales order history. I was wondering why I received a low star rating and then I realized perhaps the number of stars and how many people purchased that product which is advertised under the product title are for all product purchases placed for that same product in each Zazzle marketplace designed by all Zazzle designers. From a customer's point of view, my first thought would be that another customer purchased that product from me and wasn't happy with their purchase so they gave me a low star rating. This doesn't look good for me as a designer and may deter people from purchasing any product from my store. Furthermore, I have no control over the quality of other products designed and made by other creators/designers in the Zazzle marketplace. Please consider only showing the number of stars and the number of orders placed from that designer's store under each product title. This will give a true representation of how many people are happy with that design made by that creator/designer and perhaps help all Zazzle creators/designers who produce quality designs see a boost in their product sales too. I also see reviews for 'Other Designs' next to 'This Design' (mine) which should not be there. To summarise: Please consider removing 'Reviews - Other Designs' from my product listings and avoid including product reviews from all Zazzle creator stores under 'one umbrella' for each product listing. In Zazzle's paper breakout, the current table card used for creating table numbers is offered as a 3 1/2 x 5 inch card only. Can Zazzle offer this paper product in a variety of sizes, i.e. 5x7 and 4x6? I have customers ask for larger table cards and to accommodate them, I make the table numbers on flat 5x7 card stock, but that comes automatically with an envelope. I have to ask the customer to turn off the envelope option before ordering. This is cumbersome and would be more efficient if the table cards were offered in the popular size options that other flat cards are sold in.

I was thinking about types of products to offer people for customers' office and home office desks and thought about tissue box covers/sleeves. I did a quick search and didn't see any on Zazzle. This seems like a product that should be easy to source for POD. The typical cube style boxes are a good target. I know collections can be used in a variety of different ways, and some of that includes creating collections with products that aren't our own, so that may make this impossible, but it would be SUPER helpful if there was some way to get back-end functionality in collections of our own products. Like maybe if there was some link on the collection page that allowed you to open a back-end window displaying only your products from that collection or something like that? I tend to use collections rather than categories to organize my products/store, so it would be really great if I could get sales/views stats on all the products in a given collection so I could easily tell which designs are doing well, and focus on those when creating new colors etc. Thanks for considering it!

It's nice to be able to see how many link overs we have had but we need more information please. It would be nice to be able to click on the date and be able to view the landing pages of these lonk overs. If we are getting a high number of link overs on a certain product but it hasn't been purchased, it would help us see that and we can review that design and update it accordingly. Also, it would be nice to see if it was a link over from Zazzle promotion, an Ambassador promoting it, or our own promotion efforts.

How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!! If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? It's like being arrested and brought to jail with no knowledge of what your offense was 🙂 I know the analogy is a bit extreme but I think expresses what I'm talking about

Hello Zazzle Team! We love Zazzle, and the design tool, and we have an idea which we'd love to ask for. We'd LOVE to see more flexibility in the grid design. What we would ideally love is to be able to define our own grid, to many different parameters. Could be quadrants that work with the product we're designing on; could be centimeters, could be inches, etc, depending on the product. What would also be really great is to be able to overlay a secondary grid, with perhaps different grid line colors, so we can see it separate from the first grid.
