It would be helpful if you could add basic frames to your elements (square/rectangular and circle/oval) that allow you to set the FIT property on the image instead of the FILL one, which is actually the default. You want to use the FIT property when creating frames/placeholders for logos and other images that have to fit entirely within the boundaries without being cut. I'm wondering if we could have the option of adding a short description in our store categories and sub-categories, just as we do in collections? It could be useful when products could (theoretically) go in multiple categories or stores, but are only in one. E.g. if you have a party category in one store, and a different store for Graduations, you could add a note in the party category to say your grad party supplies can be found in your other store. Yesterday I created a few fabric mockups only to discover that there was not an upload for fabric in the product media manager. Right now, it’s hard for customers to picture how a design will actually look in use. A mockup gives it context, makes it feel real, and honestly? Can the Zazzle design team add the option of changing the color of the design tool artboard? When I’m designing something that will ultimately be placed on a black product (like a T-shirt, for example), I have to create a temporary black box that covers the artboard to be able to see white text and other white elements on the artboard. It’s not a big deal, but sometimes I forget to delete that black box and it ends up on the finished product, causing me to delete the product and create a new one. Loving all of the changes!   Thank you!  I would love to see a way to integrate different designs based on size into one listing.  For example, if a customer lands on an 18x24 foam board sign and then clicks on the 24x36 size, it would be great for them to see my already-made 24x36 sign designed specifically for that ratio instead of auto-adjusting the original 18x24 to fit.   For SVGs, it would be a really great asset to allow designers to upload one SVG file with grouped elements already aligned and then be able to ungroup the SVG once uploaded to Zazzle.  All vector software has this ability.  And since it's still very hard to align smaller/multiple things perfectly and quickly on Zazzle, the ability to ungroup after uploading an already-aligned design would help tremendously.  (Think photo template gifts)  Thanks! ... I’d like to bring up something that could really enhance the customer and designer experience on this platform. Making it easier for customers to request custom design help directly from us would be a great step forward. I often receive messages from customers asking for personalized tweaks or full custom layouts, and I’ve noticed something important. When I take the time to work with them, they come back. Custom design has led to loyal, repeat customers who trust my shop and return for future occasions. That kind of relationship is valuable for both designers and Zazzle. But currently there’s no real structure in place to support it. Everything happens behind the scenes, and it’s not always easy or clear for customers to know they can ask for help. Imagine how helpful it would be if there were a built-in option for customers to request a customization. Something as simple as a button that alerts the designer and opens up a way to respond with terms or a quote. This could even lead to a dedicated revenue stream for both the designer and the platform. If other designers have had similar experiences, I’d love to hear how you’ve handled it. Wasn't sure whether to put this here or in technical issues - but is there any way Zazzle can make the curved “ ” and ‘ ’ the default in the customizer? Or is there a shortcut I don't know about to make them show up easier than copy paste (since customers likely won't do that).  That straight prime symbol that shows up is so unsightly and even obtrusive in some fonts. It has been my consistent recommendation to conduct thorough beta testing prior to implementing updates. Unfortunately, this suggestion has not garnered sufficient attention until recently. Even now, given the number of designers, the level of engagement on this critical issue remains concerning. I previously expressed my apprehension that unaddressed systemic issues could lead to significant platform instability. A prime example of this is the persistent problem with searching for wristwatches. For an extended period, searching for "wristwatches" on Zazzle has yielded irrelevant results, predominantly t-shirts, rather than the intended product. Despite subsequent updates, this issue remained unresolved. As a direct consequence, wristwatch sales have been virtually nonexistent for nearly a month due to the inability to search for them effectively. Could we please get an option to make a new category or subcategory while we are listing a product? Sometimes when I'm posting a new design, I get to the listing page and when I try to select the store category, I realize I forgot to make a category for that design. So then I have to stop and go back and make the category, then finish the listing. Or put it in "New Products" temporarily, which means that with the indexing glitch, it'll be several days before it actually moves over into the correct category. ... View more

Like everyone else, I have been trying to take an objective look at some of my early 18yr old stores .. some that have been forgotten.. WOW .. what a mess .. I remember in the “old days” when it was suggested we put every design on every product using the quick create .. yeah.. Im not thinking that was such a good idea .. there have been times I have checked the MP newest designs to see if mine had made it yet .. and a person can tell when QPC was used .. and excuse my tone , but they look like c*ap.. yes even mine .. its embarrassing actually .. I think back in the days we were trying to FILL the marketplace .. now being more selective and actually having to vie for a decent mp spot .. some of these slapped together products are just taking up space .. mine included .. I think it might be time to retire this option for creating products .. time to get serious and if you want to put a design on a product to sell.. you will need to do them one at a time .. thats just my outlook on things .. now back to deleting the garbage I have in my own stores ..  ... With the recent price increase due to inflation I am going through stores and products and rolling some prices back to where they were.  It is a time consuming and tedious process.  I have one store that I would like to be able to set all products to a certain royalty but I don't seem to have that option.  I can set ALL my stores to a certain royalty, but not an individual store.  My request is to make it so that those of us that have multiple stores could set a store wide royalty per store, not per account.
