Today I was searching for a way to change my payment method on the Zazzle black settings.  My payment method was outdated, so I wanted to auto renew it with the correct account.  There is no where to do this in the account level.  So, I had to delete the old payment method, hence dropping my auto renewal payment.  If I could've changed it within my account, it would be simple for me.  I suppose deleting the old, and then adding the new will have to do, but seems odd today for this to be.  There are more reasons today than ever that we would have to change our payment methods.  I just think it would be more customer friendly and easier, to control our payment method on the account level, instead of bugging a customer service rep or doing what I just did. ... I’d like to suggest a vertical product view image for the large Hershey’s candy bars. Also, the ability to change their design placement from horizontal to vertical inside the design tool. The candy bars could work really well for vertical designs. Right now, it’s hard to express those designs to a potential customer. It’s harder if the design also has editable templates. Since certain Coffee shops are slowly phasing out the use of paper cups for their beverages, what about having reusable hot and cold coffee tumbler cups that people can take with them. Likewise, cup sleaves for hot beverages should be an add-on or separate customizable gift. Some of the reusable hot drink cups that I have seen on the market for aren't insulated. So, while it is capable of holding a hot beverage. It isn't comfortable to hold due to the warmth of the contents. So having something like a can koozie that can be placed around a standard hot drink cup could be something that people would enjoy having.  ... View more

When the system automatically adds a title to something that can be purchased in different sizes, can it NOT add the size it was originally created on? Example:  Christmas stockings - can be purchased Small or Large.  I design small. If I allow the system to automatically add Christmas Stocking to the title I type, it actually types SMALL Christmas stocking.  Now, considering that it is not only small, but can be upgraded to large, this makes not sense to me. Sizing on foam core boards is a big problem. I mostly use these for wedding seating charts, and the customers do NOT understand that the design cannot morph to fit a different shape board, so the portrait, landscape, and square icons at the top of the sizing always get them in trouble. They inevitably click on one to test it out, and the instant they do, they're hosed, because unless they wrote down the original size, there's no way to get it back, and you basically have to re-design the board from scratch at that point. I was getting daily messages from confused customers about this, so I made all of my seating charts "this size only" which was a great solution because that setting still allowed them to change the size with the spinner buttons, but it was harder for them to get in trouble that way. BUT... for some reason, the pick your own size spinner button option has gone away when it's set to "this size only", so the only choice is to limit the size to the exact parameters I designed it with, or to throw open the gates of confusion which puts me back in the position of having to fix the design for virtually every single customer who buys a seating chart. Please, please, please either put it back the way it was with the "pick your size" spinner buttons always visible, or give us the option to limit the size to "this aspect ratio only" so customers can change the size but can't mess up the design, or give us the option to have the spinner buttons and/or portrait/landscape/square buttons visible or not, or at least create some sort of "reset size" button so the customer can get back to square one if they totally mess things up. Sorry to rant - it's just super frustrating to not be able to allow some flexibility for the customer without having to spend hours fixing things for them every single day. Thanks! ... View more

Some people created TRANSPARENT backgrounds for the top banners based on Zazzles top white background.  Now all those banners have a blue background instead of white as default. This makes some of the store banners look very odd and parts of the text fade into the blue.  I recommend switching back to white. It's simpler and fresher. Thanks!!!! ... View more

It would be nice if the pillar candles also had angled left and angled right photos, the way the drinkware (mugs, flasks) do. Please change the default setting for postcards to 18 pt thickness / 120 lb weight. This is what most buyers (and sellers) expect for postcards! I don't think about changing this product feature every time I create a design, and buyers probably don't pay attention to it either. It would also be good if the product image that was created earlier didn't disappear again as soon as I changed a product feature. Right now, I'm trying to change the standard setting to 18 pt for all the postcards I designed.  I request among the stationary template options, you label clearly which ones are downable in the template description. It's not identified and I may not find out I fill out the marketplace selling form whether a stationary design is downloadable or not, then once I see that, I have to go find the right one and remake the design. I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? Right now business cards are only offered as packs of 100. I think the idea of having a 100 item minimum is good, but I did receive an inquiry from a customer who was hoping to order 150 business cards, but who was disappointed that there only options were to order 100 or 200. @Scott is there any way we can have some sort of board or even a volunteer group or an easy way to report stuff to clean up zazzle. that helps filter out the super poorly designed or monochrome or basic template products that just clog up search terms. There should be a way to report these products. I mean the really lousy ones where the design is just so obviously way to big or too small for the products. And also if products appear under the wrong search terms There should be an easy way to flag them and have them moved out. ... View more
