I'm getting multiple messages per day from customers who can't find the link to the Shipping Options. It seems like the link keeps moving, so it's hard for me to direct customers on how to find it. Today I was trying to help a customer who needed to know how long a seating chart would take to arrive. I wasn't sure if she was ordering a poster or a foam core board, so I went to find the location of the link, and get this... the link is in a DIFFERENT place on the two different products! And if she's on a phone, God knows where it might be. Is there some way we could have a link that we could send them to get to the right page, or maybe even something to append onto the end of the product URL or something? Custom service animal vests are becoming increasingly popular in the service animal community. We could even make it so it's just an option in the pet shirt category so we could still cater to pet owners instead of just service animal owners. Service animal gear, especially decently made with room for patches, is rather pricey which is crappy because so many of us are unable to work or most of our money goes to bills, I think Zazzle would be able to make money off of this while also being able to be competitive with its prices if done correctly and make it so many of us have a new place to buy gear from that won't break the bank and still be aesthetically pleasing. We already sell leashes, collars, patches, ID tags and other things that could be used in this manner, so it would be really cool if also sold the vests/harnesses (especially if we can have add-ons like some other products for an upgrade in price, like velcro or a saddle bag option). ... For Napkins, please offer Product Merchandising option of "All Options except Guest Napkins." This is the one shape that is so radically different from the other paper napkin sizes. As a result, designs (that are not patterned designs) that may look good on the other napkin sizes, don't look very good on the Guest Napkins. Alternatively (and this has been asked for in the past), please make it so we can just select (via tickboxes) exactly which options we can have our designs appear on. Thank you. ... View more

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a New Creator section somewhere,on the home page,like there is for Trending Creators. I'm only selling on Zazzle and i opened my first store about 4 months ago. I've made a few sales,but i have to pay 2 euros per month to my bank,just to keep the account open. Yes, this has been asked before, I know. But I'm doing some serious envelope designing and editing, and trying to "cross-reference" my descriptions, telling the buyer which of the co-ordinating cards will fit with which envelope. My 'math brain' is hurting, because so few of all the cards (folded or flat) actually match up with the envelopes, particularly the A2 and A6 sizes. The A7 envelopes are easy enough - 5"x7" flat and folded cards. The square envelopes only fit the 5.25" square flat cards. (Wish we had folded square cards). But the A2 is 4.375"x5.5", and says it fits 'standard A2 4.25"x5.6" cards'. But Zazzle doesn't offer a 4.25"x5.6" card. The closest are the 4"x5.6" folded note/greeting cards, and the 4.25"x5.5" flat cards. And the A6 envelope is 4.75"x6.5", and says it fits 'standard A6 4"x6" cards'. Again, Zazzle doesn't sell 4"x6" cards. I'm saying it will work with the 4"x5.6" folded cards, and the 4.5"x6.25" flat cards. I had someone message me not long ago about which card would fit with a specific envelope, but my brain was 'cold', and I embarrassed myself trying to direct them to the right card. Am I missing something obvious that would make all this easier? It would be so nice to have card and envelope sizes that matched up better, as well as more envelope options for more cards, like the 3.5"x5", and maybe 4"x9" or 9.25"? Is it possible that we add an option to select the kerning setting for each text box? Or that they are coded to use OPTICAL kerning instead of the default/auto? I notice this frequently on most of our fonts, and avoid so many of them entirely because they become a mess because of the kerning settings.  Here are two very common/popular/basic fonts and the current kerning settings. The gaps between the A and V are crazy wide and unprofessional-looking. The sans-serif font is also cramming the R and A together.    Would love to see this option or fix sometime so we can all produce more professional and more finished-looking designs.  Thanks! 🙂   ... It would be really nice to have the ability to fit text to a path. For products like the corkscrew, where there is a more complex shape to the print area that can't be addressed simply just by adjusting the curvature in the design tool, having this capability opens up more design possibilities. Please put a brief message below the Search Icons search bar of the Icons tab, explaining that addition of icons means that a design can only be added to the shopping cart; it cannot be posted for sale. New creators may not be aware of the restriction that use of icons places on their designs, and often are frustrated with the greyed out Sell It button that greets them upon their exit from the Zazzle design tool. Currently the Homepage includes the About section at the top of the page. This section is cut off for some reason which makes the page not look as good as it could. My thought is that we move the Search bar up into the "Menu" bar, and also insure that the About section fully appears. Since collections are the main focus now, we need something in the back end to quickly see where items are missing from collections. If I search for a wedding design as an example, I would be able to find products that need to be added to a collection by scrolling down and looking for ones marked as zero. Products that belong in more than one collection can easily be picked up too.
