I've never signed out of Zazzle. I prefer to stay signed in. Suddenly, this week, there's a new sign in thing with a variety of sign in options, including password, google, etc. And adding that, signed me out. So suddenly, everyday I have to sign in using this form with my password and it lacks a remember me check box, because I would like it to "remember me" at least for a 12 hours of a day. You see, if I close my Zazzle page for even a couple hours, even if the computer is on, I still have to sign back in. Sometimes I like to conserve power by turning off my computer if I'm not going to be running errands and not sitting at my computer for 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon, but I get signed out and have to sign back in when I turn the computer back on later in the day. The minimum order quantity of 10 makes the new foil cards unusable for all sorts of occasions and events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. Even for thank you cards, get-well wishes, condolences, and some Holidays such as Valentine's Day they're obsolete unless you target small businesses. You don't buy 10 cards in bulk for such events, also considering they can be personalized Is this truly necessary? Old regular foil cards don't have minimum orders, so I doubt there is a technical reason behind that choice. Are there perhaps (hopefully) regular flat greeting cards coming with no minimum order quantity? It would be a true shame if it wouldn't be possible to sell single greeting cards. ... View more

Unless I’m overlooking it. I use Zazzle sometimes on my iPad. And I use the iPad screen keyboard. There’s no delete button on the screen keyboard. So when I need to delete a layer I have to “cut” it. It works, but sometimes I’ll have stuff waiting that has been “copied” into memory and when I cut it, it makes the copied thing disappear. There should be a delete button that’s in the same drop down menu as copy and paste.  Also, there needs to be a way to select layers on an iPad. I can currently just select one or all. But nothing in between. Can the Zazzle team test this stuff on an iPad?   Thanks! ... View more

I like that we can select a "Force Customer to Replace" option for visual images, and I understand there are multiple reasons for this. I'm also wondering if a "Force Customer to Edit" option would be good for text, so that they don't inadvertently miss updating a template. There are certain text placeholders, such as names and dates, that we often want to ensure that customers update. I fear that a customer might leave a date as 202X, for example,  then have to return or replace a gift. This would especially be a problem for a special ocassion if they don't have time to reorder.  Perhaps we already have measures in place to help prevent customers overlooking text templates, but if not, then it would be great to have this option. Here's a helpful and less time consuming idea. Let's say you make a t-shirt. It would be helpful for a cover photo if we could upload the background and have someplace we check off that places the cut-out image of the t-shirt against our uploaded background.  Right now, the cover photos seem to take too much time because we have to isolate the image to put it on the background but if this part was done for us, it would make uploading cover photos a breeze. ... Custom service animal vests are becoming increasingly popular in the service animal community. We could even make it so it's just an option in the pet shirt category so we could still cater to pet owners instead of just service animal owners. Service animal gear, especially decently made with room for patches, is rather pricey which is crappy because so many of us are unable to work or most of our money goes to bills, I think Zazzle would be able to make money off of this while also being able to be competitive with its prices if done correctly and make it so many of us have a new place to buy gear from that won't break the bank and still be aesthetically pleasing. We already sell leashes, collars, patches, ID tags and other things that could be used in this manner, so it would be really cool if also sold the vests/harnesses (especially if we can have add-ons like some other products for an upgrade in price, like velcro or a saddle bag option). ... Currently the Homepage includes the About section at the top of the page. This section is cut off for some reason which makes the page not look as good as it could. My thought is that we move the Search bar up into the "Menu" bar, and also insure that the About section fully appears. The idea of a "to do list" in the back end of the store came to me this morning when sharing some of my products on social media.   I realized that I had more girl birthday cards than boys.  So I made a "mental note" to work on designing more boy themed cards.  Suddenly, the idea dawned on me that it would be good to have a "to do list" integrated into the back end of the store, so I won't forget these mental notes that I make for myself.   The list can even have a calendar attached where we can insert a date for completing a task with reminders when a deadline is approaching.   ... Please add text layer options to the editor such as drop shadows and outlines.  I know it's probably a big ask, because it's such a necessity for really basic design that it seems it would have been added a long time ago, but if it's in the realm of possibility, please consider it. Not as urgent as the above, but would be nice as well: The same effects being made available for configurable shapes and additionally, a gradient overlay option that fades to transparent on one end.
