Scaling commission percentages when minimum quantities are met would make buying larger numbers of greeting cards, invitations, flyers, etc. more appealing to shoppers. It's tough to find balance in setting the commission for these items, as if someone is buying 25-50, I'll happily accept 5% — but if they're just purchasing one, I want my $0.14 cents. hah

Many of us were all set to start creating digital downloaded content before the deadline change. It would be wonderful if we could create our products as they stay hidden from the public so that when this became active we'd be all set to go. Obviously like the advanced new product scheme we would not be able to promote the products until Zazzle make them public. We are excited and want to be proactive. 💐

There are still items that can be searched, blank templates are available to create etc. but they are no longer available to order. I'm sure there is a list somewhere of the items ... someone needs to scan the site for those and remove them.

Hi I would like to link coordinating or matching items to ensure that customers are aware of them. For example, a matching Pet ID Tag, Collar, and Leash. I'm sure this has been asked before, but I was unable to find anything via search. Thanks!

This could be an option Zazzle only authorise for a limited number of times or no more than twice a year but it's very annoying when you create a new store and some of your products are better suited for this new store. But you can move them, the only solution currently is to customise them and assigned them to the new store. But this process duplicates the products and it doesn't duplicate user interaction such as likes and rewards you get from Zazzle like "editor's pick".

Another thing customers request information on when ordering digital downloads is advice re what card/paper to purchase for home printing. A link to an informative article re this in item description could be helpful. It has too many variables I believe to be added to description or could simply add something to effect of: 100lb - 120lb is recommended for invitations/greeting cards, depending on your own printer capabilities. This will save queries to Designer and Customer Services.

Please can you include in the product description something to the effect of: For instant digital downloads, note that this is for personal use only. NO resale. Single-use only. May not be edited for multiple product types. Violation may result in account termination.

I have a suggestion for getting more looks at our Poufs in stores. For one thing, we desperately need insitus. It's difficult to know what one is looking at without an insitu for this product, especially the cubed shaped ones. I had never heard of the word "pouf" before seeing them sold on Zazzle. I was only familiar with the word "ottoman." I have looked at number of other major websites that sell these items and both "pouf" and "ottoman" are used in product titles and descriptions. I think that if Zazzle also included the more commonly used word "ottoman" in product titles that these items would be found easier via Google searches and store searches. Here's an idea. The consensus seems to be that hiding products is better than deleting them. What that means is that it is possible to build up quite a number of hidden products, and as additional "needs optimising" items are automatically added by Zazzle, can make the hidden section unwieldy. I'd like to suggest having an option to "archive" products that one is unlikely to display for sale again, so they are always there should you change your mind in the future for any reason, leaving the hidden section uncluttered.

I don't know if this has ever been suggested, but when adding a product to more than one collection, it would be nice if we could do it all at once (i.e. click to check off multiple tickboxes) and then hit a "Submit" button when we're done, instead of having to add them one by one to a collection. We also need a "Remove from Collections" options, with the same ability above (to remove from multiple collections). Thank you for your consideration.

For Napkins, please offer Product Merchandising option of "All Options except Guest Napkins." This is the one shape that is so radically different from the other paper napkin sizes. As a result, designs (that are not patterned designs) that may look good on the other napkin sizes, don't look very good on the Guest Napkins. Alternatively (and this has been asked for in the past), please make it so we can just select (via tickboxes) exactly which options we can have our designs appear on. Thank you.

I know Zazzle already sells wall stckers, like for kids' rooms. I think it would be a great idea if the customer was given the option to choose glow in the dark stickers as well. Just an idea.

theres so many models, new ones coming out. instead of having a different category for each one, why not just make one iphone category. people searching will get any model and can choose theirs designers phones will never be outdated or have to be redone

It just hit me that the title above the dots that represent grouped colorways reads "Design Theme," which seems to indicate that an entire design could change if someone clicks that. Since we have been instructed to, and it mostly functions simply as a way to see more color options - would it be more accurate if the term "design theme" was changed to something like "color options" or "more colors" or "color choices"? 🙂

Hello! I normally finish my custom designs using the Zazzle designing tool and I find it will be nice for me if I can use the following features: 1. Once I use the tiling effect I would like to be able to move the pattern to the position I want because I can change the size but not the position without creating blank spaces in the pattern. 2. It will be awesome to add some effects to the text tool and also use the mask function with the text. Thanks!
