ZAZZLE is there any possibility that the makers of the trinket trays could offer "enhancing the trays option" with a color outline of gold, silver or black? This really adds a rich touch to the product. After purchasing one of my latest trinket trays, I finished it with a slim gold ring around the border and it looks like I would have had to pay a lot more for it ... GREAT RICH TOUCH. It would be nice if the customer had the option just in case their hand isn't too steady in painting for themselves.

I know this has been suggested NUMEROUS times over the years - but considering that PayPal has now made a stance that they will fine people $2500 if they consider anything they say as misinformation - I think it's time to reconsider your stance on how we can get paid. PLEASE start making direct bank deposit a choice for royalty / referral payments. We should not have to walk a politically correct line in order to get our money. Yes, I know they said it's a "mistake" but how do you "mistakenly" put something like that out there?

For those who are not yet aware of the biggest online news story right now, Paypal have been forced to U-turn on a policy to fine their users $2,500 if they have been judged to post any 'mis-information' online... judged by Paypal, that is. For obvious reasons, people started closing their Paypal accounts in droves... and still are, despite the company saying it was 'a mistake'. https://www.marketwatch.com/story/delete-paypal-searches-spike-after-2-500-misinformation-fine-controversy-11665427396 The fact is that they do want to implement that policy, and that shows them to not be a 'real' bank, but instead a politically motivated company that their customers simply cannot trust to hold their money. You can't put the toothpaste back in the tube. Paypal have now laid their cards on the table. The $2,500 fine fiasco follows the closing of the UK's 'Free Speech Union' account without explanation. https://a2zfacts.net/articles/paypal-closes-account-of-uks-free-speech-union-without-explanation/ No 'real' bank would be allowed to do this unless an actual crime had been committed in the country where the account holder was based. That was not the case. Again, this was politically motivated by what 'Paypal believes' is or isn't free speech. And again, no 'real' bank would be allowed to do this. I decided a few months ago to delete Paypal from my life completely because I was expecting something like the above to occur, and I firmly believe not only in the ideal of free speech, which has always been at the very core of democracy, but also because I want to know my money is in safe hands, and fully protected by the law of the land. That's what a 'real' bank offers. I believe that Zazzle has a responsibility to its creators to at least provide alternatives to online payment of earnings, when the one company that we are forced to adopt has begun closing some of its users' accounts, without any explanation, and has shown that it intends to adopt - at some point in the future - a fining policy of thousands of dollars for anyone 'it decides' has breached its own 'misinformation' rules. Zazzle currently offers an alternative of payment by check, but if the company wants to present itself as a global and forward thinking company, other online payment options are surely the only realistic policy to put in place. Currently, there is a significant backlash against Paypal and the term #BoycottPaypal is trending fast. What if Paypal were to collapse at some point in the future, or not be able to operate, for any reason? What if it now becomes the main target of hacking and is regularly offline? Who knows what the future will bring. The only sensible action is to cover your bases. Without an alternative payment option in place, Zazzle can only rely on Paypal, for better or for worse. Surely, Zazzle can easily offer alternative methods of earnings payments. After all, the company offers the usual banking alternatives for customer payments. This also raises the obvious question of why Zazzle can't simply pay my earnings into a 'real' bank account? However, if online payment systems are the only realistic option for Zazzle, then alternative options are the only true way to guarantee financial security going forward, for both Zazzle and creators! Having all your eggs in one basket is simply not a wise or realistic way to operate a global business. I believe Zazzle should look at this urgently. What do you think? Until Zazzle provide this basic provision to its creators, I am forced to look at the check payment alternative. Does anyone have any experience of this? How long will I have to wait for a check to arrive at a UK address each month?

it would be nice to have a color inverse filter added to the image filters. e.g. so for black-and-white image, clicking on this filter would reverse the colors to white-and-black (and reduce the need to upload another file to the Zazzle server). thank you for your consideration.

At least once a month I get a message from an unhappy customer who misunderstood the ordering process for table number cards and ended up ordering all of the cards with the same number. They seem to assume that if they order 20 cards, they will get 20 cards numbered sequentially 1-20, but of course, this is not how it works. I tried placing a mock order to see if it would give you any sort of an alert, and while it did advise me that I hadn't changed the table number, that message is clearly not enough for some customers. Maybe it could pop up something if you're placing an order in a quantity greater than one or something? Or maybe they could be offered in sets similar to the wine glass charms? I'm not sure what the best solution is, but clearly at least some subset of customers don't get it. To further add to the frustration, when I see an order come in for 20 table number cards, I know, somebody's messed it up again, but there isn't anything I can do about it. Maybe it could be flagged for customer support or something so these sorts of errors could be caught before going to the print queue?

There are 4 sizes of gift bags on one product template listing. But if you start with the Large Gift Bag, and add a background color, then swap to any other size bag, the background color does not show up in the template or previews. This is because the smaller bags use only one "background template". So if you go back in, and add a new background color on a smaller size bag, then exit the Design Tool, you see previews of each size, but the color on the original large bag shows up. It would be nice for the background colors to stick universally. Thanks!

Common advice is not to delete products that have sold as sold items help the overall "health" of your store. (Plus it's just neat to be able to go back and see what all things have sold in the past.) So for my handful of rare products that have both sold and been determined as definitely discontinued, I created a hidden category titled "Discontinued" with the intent of moving said products into it. That way I can remove them from their orig category in the back-end for better organization without actually having to delete them. The issue is that once an item as been flagged as Discontinued in the back-end, the only options available for it are Delete and Transfer Design. Even the checkbox to include it in a bulk action is grayed out. So you can only either delete it or be stuck with it forever sitting in whatever cat you happened to have it in when it got marked as Discontinued. 😥 It would be super if you could bring this one option back for Discontinued products.

It would be very nice if bright blue and bright green were available as color choices for the cornhole bean bags. The current blues and green are rather dull and don't contrast well against grey and black cornhole bean bags, especially in competition. Even better would be if customers and creators could fully customize the bean bags themselves (for an upcharge, of course). Thank you for your consideration.

Please Zazzle Tech Dept. Make it OPTIONAL for the designer to CHOSE whether they want to display their ORIGINAL art work store banner, or to opt for the gradient overlay AUTOMATICALLY added at upload, without our constant!!! We don't take for instance, your zazzle home page images and distort them, so please respect ours! # 2 BIG ISSUE!!! Needs addressed immediately. I'm currently updating my store banners and since yesterday they will not post!

Dear Tech Dept. You are doing a FABULOUS job with all of the new changes! Yay! As DESIGNERS, our store FRONT is our MAIN advertisement. I've noticed that on all of the store images that look very crisp, clean, elegant, and white, as I upload my images to my store front, the quality seems to be lost, and especially the whites becomes greys. Hmmmmm, & I'm assuming there is an automatic gradient added to our images. Please consider REMOVING this and allow our images we've worked so very hard to create for our product images and store front to be EXACTLY what we created. Please, consider and respect our images. Thank you kindly.

I searched "Seamstress Business Cards" which resulted in 15 pages of designs in the Market Place. . I noted there were 12 of one design. All 12 were identical except for a name on the sewing machine. I have noted this is a pattern with other items in the Market Place as well. Since Zazzle limits the number of pages a Customer can search, wouldn't it be more advantage to both Zazzle and Creators to show just one design that has duplicates. This would give exposure to more designs and designers. It would also benefit Zazzle by offering the Customers more to choose from.

It's about time Zazzle got something done on approving the forms, not months when a named person receives a document that person should deal with it right away, especially if you got thousands of dollars in earnings if someone who is new reading this don't build your store or add designs to products fill in W8BEN form first you be waiting months or years I been trying to get my form and earnings approved since February.

The trendz section has been some boring wedding favor recommendation for months now. I want to know what is really trending right now. Like a few years ago it was mustaches, then cupcakes, and rainbow color foods, or owls or straight outta slogans or whatever. I'd like to know what non trademarked stuff is hot right now. For every product not just invites or paper wedding stuff.

Hello, In the "Earnings Summary" it appears that I have numerical sales, but it does not show in dollars. I got a notification on the site: "You earned a referral", but I don't have any profit from it. Is it possible to get any profit if customers go through the shared link and buy from another store (even a minimum profit of 5%) or simply that I am not shown the increased number of sales and not the existing profit? Thank you for your prompt response.

Not really an urgent idea, but as I continue my quest to finally reach the heady heights of the Pro Bronze Seller tier, the thought occurred to me that I make quite a lot of sales outside the USA Zazzle Marketplace. If I'm remembering correctly, it's only the USA cumulative lifetime sales that count to the tier levels. So it would be nice to have a little counter somewhere on the Earning Summary page that tots up everything earned via USA-only. As I say, not really an urgent one, as it's for sellers' eyes only behind the scenes - but possibly a motivator for some of us (aka, me) to work harder. Lol.

Sometimes I would like to slightly adjust an image by stretching it - that is, not keeping the proportions whilst enlarging it. The norm is for proportions to be retained. To do this I would have to open the image in image-editing software, make the adjustment, then re-upload to Zazzle. I wonder if there could be the option to do this directly on the page while creating a design.
