For tapestries, could we please have "Sell this design on:" Square only and Rectangle only options? I don't allow customization on my art tapestries, and when the size is changed from square to rectangle or vice versa the images aren't placed with proper space around them. They appear to keep the same space for all the rectangular sizes, so these additional options would allow me to at least create a separate product for the 2 different aspect ratios. I'm new to Zazzle and wanted to give some feedback about the usability here on Zazzle, because I am about to give up because of some very strange events. Here is my story: I did set up a hidden category with hidden products according to the description on quick create. When I assigned the products to the category they just didn't show up. I tried again and again thinking I made a mistake. After several tries with minor changes to my approach it took me several searches in the forums to find out, that changes to the category are being performed asynchronuously and can take several days. This really makes me (being an IT guy) furious. This is just a change on a database and we need to suspend our product creation workflow for several days for this microsecond change!?!? Can you at least somehow indicate to the user, that this is not immediate? Otherwise users are getting really frustrated on this last century IT technology, looking for changes that will happen after days instead of immediately. OK when after more than 24 hours all products were shown in my template category, I went back to the help file and wanted to start the creation of products with my templates. But I just didn't find the Quick create button mentioned in the tutorial. So another search in youtube where I saw the page with the Quick Create link, so at least I was relieved that I wasn't blind. A search in the forums and then the Creator News brought up an article that Quick create link is being paused for Holidays. Well I don't understand why, but so be it. But why on earth did Zazzle just remove the link instead of giving a hint on the next page that it is being paused? This also creates frustrated creators like me. So enough of my rant and sorry for being so negative, but to be honest: I never experienced such a badly designed and user-unfriendly website like the zazzle creator pages. It would be helpful to quickly read the "quick stats" for information if all the dates were grouped together within the flyout.  IMO the following order would be easiest to determine any action steps we might want to take on a particular item: Orders (last 7 days): XY Orders (last 30 days): XY Orders (all time): XY Quantity Sold: XY Item Sold: XY  Last Sold: 10/19/20XX Last Viewed: 11/7/20XX Modified: 5/24/20XX Created: 5/24/20XX Views: 98 Likes: 0 Royalty: 10.00% Product: xyz It's easier to assess closely-related stats when grouped instead of jumping around for info within the dropdown, at least for how I tend to review things. There are still items that can be searched, blank templates are available to create etc. but they are no longer available to order.  I'm sure there is a list somewhere of the items ... someone needs to scan the site for those and remove them. ... View more

When I choose Pinterest as a social media sharing platform from the Share button within the Show Me forums, it pulls up every product posted in a particular thread (as opposed to the product(s) inside a specific post). Unfortunately, each product/design can only be selected and pinned one at a time. It would be nice if several products could be selected and batch pinned. It would be helpful to add a date to your post title about payment concerns. Some Zazzlers use old posts to voice concerns over late payments etc. I know I always check these posts out and it is frustrating to find it is an old one and then I have to hunt through dozens of outdated concerns. There are almost 5 million firefighters and countless other first responders. Many of these agencies design their own custom award medals and ribbons that are exclusive to their department uniforms. Likewise there are motorcycle clubs, benevolent and fraternal organizations, etc. that also have their own ribbons and medals. This is a huge market and I think Zazzle could become the leading provider of such awards if you were to incorporate these products into your inventory. Adding an Optional Pocket Square with Neckties may seem like an outdated fashion statement but they are still quite popular in the most formal settings such as weddings, holidays, meaningful ceremonies, etc. I think material costs would be relatively low with a potentially high profit margin. After Zazzle took away the icon under the Product Image, there is no way (at least that I can see) to add a product to a collection from the product page. I even checked out the Edit Your Product button in the upper right corner. Nothing. Am I right? I understand making this customer friendly layout and I generally like it - alot! It would be really helpful if the colorways/product grouping by color would display the color dots in a logical order - either in rainbow order, or something that would keep multiple pinks or greens or blues near each other instead of scattered around? Or maybe one first round of rainbow dots that then drop down other colors in the same range when someone clicks them?  Also would love the ability to change the dot that has been assigned to a product, because some of mine haven't picked up the main point of the colorway that I made (I swapped the gold in a piece of artwork for silver, but the colorway is displaying one different color from a piece of text instead).  And would love to see the colorway dots in the store backend, so we can tell WHICH ones have been grouped and what colors we've made quickly.  🙂   ... I create custom baseball cards using Zazzle business cards and sell quite a few of them. However, I'm convinced that I don't sell as many as I could, simply because that many potential customers don't want 100 cards of the same player. A customer messaged me a couple of days ago to ask me if I sold custom baseball cards in packs of less than 100. She wanted to make three different baseball cards of her niece with three different photos in packs of 25. I had to inform her that unfortunately I had no control over that. That is a lost sale of 75 cards. There might be others like her that thought the same but didn't bother to inquire. How many times could I have sold a pack of 50 cards or 25? At the very least, Zazzle should have an option to break up a set of 100 into sets of 25, that way creators can design 4 different cards in the same pack. As I mentioned, I sell a lot of the packs of 100, but I'll wager that I would sell even more if customers had the option to order smaller packs. ... View more
