It would be very nice if the option to "make product direct-only" was added to Actions drop-down list in the backend. (also if we could batch select multiple products to make them direct-only). Thank you for your consideration, W.H.

After Zazzle took away the icon under the Product Image, there is no way (at least that I can see) to add a product to a collection from the product page. I even checked out the Edit Your Product button in the upper right corner. Nothing. Am I right? I understand making this customer friendly layout and I generally like it - alot! But having to go into the backend every time I want to add a product to the collection is a bit of a pain. Maybe this is in the works. Lots of changes happening - and I do like most of them.

It would be really helpful if the colorways/product grouping by color would display the color dots in a logical order - either in rainbow order, or something that would keep multiple pinks or greens or blues near each other instead of scattered around? Or maybe one first round of rainbow dots that then drop down other colors in the same range when someone clicks them? Also would love the ability to change the dot that has been assigned to a product, because some of mine haven't picked up the main point of the colorway that I made (I swapped the gold in a piece of artwork for silver, but the colorway is displaying one different color from a piece of text instead). And would love to see the colorway dots in the store backend, so we can tell WHICH ones have been grouped and what colors we've made quickly. 🙂

I create custom baseball cards using Zazzle business cards and sell quite a few of them. However, I'm convinced that I don't sell as many as I could, simply because that many potential customers don't want 100 cards of the same player. A customer messaged me a couple of days ago to ask me if I sold custom baseball cards in packs of less than 100. She wanted to make three different baseball cards of her niece with three different photos in packs of 25. I had to inform her that unfortunately I had no control over that. That is a lost sale of 75 cards. There might be others like her that thought the same but didn't bother to inquire. How many times could I have sold a pack of 50 cards or 25? At the very least, Zazzle should have an option to break up a set of 100 into sets of 25, that way creators can design 4 different cards in the same pack. As I mentioned, I sell a lot of the packs of 100, but I'll wager that I would sell even more if customers had the option to order smaller packs.

The typical national flag size is 3'x5'. The current flag size of 27'x40" does not accommodate most national flag images. Worse still, it does not match the size of a standard flag that it might be paired with on a display. Any chance we can get a 3'x5' option just to be consistent with the universal standard? Thanks

I'm a fan of Star Wars and I noticed there is not a single cookie in the Star Wars Official Store. That's not right. The little green guy loves cookies and deserves it. This is perfect for Kid's Birthday Parties with The Mandalorian Theme. I particularly would like to buy it, but I can't because the transfer option is not available for star wars designs 😪 So until the official store posts it, we can't have it. 😔

Zazzle, please update your shower curtain in situ. Please make the bathroom look pretty, instead of drab, and maybe leave the toilet out of the shot, for gosh sakes.

I mentioned this idea in the old Z forum, but I thought I'd bring this up here, too. It would be great if we had the ability to select multiple designs for batch change of merchandising options across the same product type (e.g. throw pillows). We obviously wouldn't be able to get thumbnail previews of each individual product, but if implemented, this would be a huge time savings feature, especially for those of us who have thousands of designs on that product type to change one by one. I keep running into this pain in the tush problem of posting products into the wrong store. Is there any way that I don't know about to switch stores on a product? If not, I would love to see that made possible. Thanks you awesome zazzle people:)

I design images on my Power Point on my Laptop and then upload to my Zazzle product. I find that on Power Point, one can copy, paste, move around, add backgrounds (though I use the Zazzle backgrounds too), add text (though I use the Zazzle text tool too), use more filters such as color, artist filters, correction image, borders, etc. I save my final image or images on JPEG, then I upload to the incredible design page on Zazzle. I can arrange all my predesigned images etc. and voila, all done! I can "fill" an image on my product and use it for a background and then upload more to add and arrange. Zazzle makes this so easy to do and then of course, one has the extra Zazzle tools such as: filters, white only, sizing, backgrounds (remember: if you use the solid backgrounds offered you can sell your product; however, if use the beautiful other choices, you cannot sell, cause not your orginal, I think.) Thank you for reading. I love ZAZZLE. I don't sell hardly anything and I so admire the other designers who do. I thank Zazzle for keeping people like me. Of course, I still make so many things for families, friends, caregivers, and take requests from close friends and family if they want anything done. Stay safe, and keep creating cause it truly enhances everyday existing.

I think it would be a really good idea for Zazzle to have a special person to be a liaison between designers and the printers, with a special messaging button or email address just for that. That would make it easier, when we order samples and see that something isn't right, to actually work with somebody knowledgeable about the designing and printing processes, to determine the problems and work toward a solution. Customer service is fine as far as they go, but we need a way to work more closely with the printers, to know if a design or colorway is feasible, and to ensure that the problems are fixed for all future orders, and not just for my replacements. This would probably save Zazzle a lot of money on returns and lost sales, as well.

I'd really appreciate it if we could download the designs that we create in the designer/creator design tool. It would be really helpful when creating personalized mock ups/cover photos since I don't have some of the design tool fonts. It would also be helpful for cover photos of products where I've used the design tool tiling. Since download is available in the Create tool which is free to everyone, it seems strange that the ability to download our own designs isn't available to us in our design tool. I clearly don't know the ins and outs of it, but since the Create design tool appears to be the same, it seems like it would be an easy feature to add to our design tool. Wishful thinking I know, but my fingers are crossed! Thanks for considering it, it sure would make Zazzle life easier.

I'm wondering if we could have the option of adding a short description in our store categories and sub-categories, just as we do in collections? It could be useful when products could (theoretically) go in multiple categories or stores, but are only in one. E.g. if you have a party category in one store, and a different store for Graduations, you could add a note in the party category to say your grad party supplies can be found in your other store. Perhaps it could help with SEO too, if search engines pick up the descriptive intro text.

I've recently gotten requests from customers wanting ID badges and bar mats in larger sizes than what's currently available. I've also gotten requests for gold foil invitations in a thicker card stock.

Hi, I think it would be a great idea if there was a way to create an in-situ image using two products in the same image. For example, the image of a table number card being held by its coordinating table number holder. For example, something like this, only with the coordinating table card in the holder. I understand that this may not be possible, I just thought I'd share the idea.

Researching "medallions" for another project idea, I came across these pewter labels or peel and stick adhesive labels, custom made, and it made we think how neat of an offering that it would be if Zazzle could come across a supplier for something similar. Basically, it's like creating embossed style stickers that would go on specific products for businesses or special projects for customers. Idk, does anyone know if you could "emboss" a custom cut sticker? Or round or square stickers for that matter? That may be an alternative. *Edited to add: Creating foil labels would make wonderful wedding ideas come to life!

Sorry if this is the wrong area to post. Today there is an annoying blue banner that pops up at the top of design editing. It has to be closed every time it comes up. As a designer I know when an item is not sized right, I do miss the ability to see the yellow indicator at the edge of the image but it is easy to look to the left.. I do not know what this is good for other than annoying anyone using the editor. Please let us turn this off or have it work some way so that it does not have to be closed in order to keep working. This is just one more bad attempt at improving the editor for the new user or those who decide to work on one item they are buying.

The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on. If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport. Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. Calling out to Creators and Moderators > Is it time to change the tone and reset the community forum?
