It would be nice if the pillar candles also had angled left and angled right photos, the way the drinkware (mugs, flasks) do. That way, customers can get a (more or less) 360 degree view of the design, without actually having to see a (CPU-intensive) video clip for it. Thank you for your consideration, W.H.

We're asked to describe our backpack design in 'About This Design'. However, the picture below doesn't show the backpack design in its entirety only the digital front pocket template of the backpack. As pictured below, the design theme colors aren't accurate because the colors are based on the front pocket stripe only. The teal green and pink colors on the top and sides of the backpack design were not taken into consideration. I would have chosen a teal green and pink design theme for this backpack design. I didn't comment about what colorways to use when requested for my backpacks to be grouped because I assumed they would look at the backpack design in its entirety. Should I be leaving additional comments to let your design team know what colorways to show when doing this for future product groupings? I'd love for the design team to consider the entire front, back, and or sides of the backpack design before choosing two main colors. If Zazzle customers see backpack colors that are different than what was advertised in the design theme this will disappoint them and the designer may miss out on a sale. Furthermore, in the picture below, when clicking on each design theme, I do not see the full backpack design. Only a digital template of the front pocket. Thank you for your time, Erin Margaret

Hey folk! Living outside of the US and trying to use this shop in a design way is something extremely... whatever. I really often have the problem that clients and people ask for a paper sample or want to discover the sizes and want to see some real products. Starting my shirt shops in Germany was easy. I just asked and got the best seller shirts as samples with all kinds of prints, mine and others. Just to have a look and feel sample. It worked well. And of course, I was easy able to buy what I needed to test. But I can't buy all paper goods and typical US market products zazzle offers. I would love to get some paper and print samples. My idea is to share from each to other some cards, invitations or whatever you own from your own shop and is able to be delivered by postage somehow reasonable (I don't wanna cause to much expensive parcel cost for no one) to Germany. I think all of us sometimes is an own client. The most have cards and stickers from the own shop at home. Let's do an easy postage / real mail swap. You get a personal Great Dane Drawing postage from me, I get whatever "sample" you like from you. And of course, we could organize to list up who ever wants to take part and share different products. And of course, I have some own cards and products from my store too, it's possible to send you this to. Of course, Zazzle claims a 100% satisfaction guarantee. But did you ever decided to buy 10000 flyers without knowing what paper this is? Me not. And not alle customers have the time to try out a first buy that will take some weeks for delivery. Not al are able to plan like this. And there ist a size issue between US and the rest of the metric / DIN world. I have made some size samples for all the differing sizes. But it's still somehow not the perfect impression.

I was thinking it would be nice to have an option for coasters where there could be a different image on each coaster, similar to what is done with the wine charms. I had a couple of people ask me for this and thought it was a good idea. Thanks! ~Seana

It would be a great idea if you could personalize the pages of the notebooks. Many clients have suggested that I could personalize them for their particular business.

Zazzle, instead of offering your fine company to outside investors who will destroy your vision, please consider a "Creator-owned" company, with the Creators as the investors. We can all chip in something, and I'm sure most of the top sellers would be glad to invest more in order to keep the company thriving and their profits flowing in. In an age when more and more companies are "community-conscious," this is a no-brainer. PLEASE, support your community of Creators, and don't sell us out to Wall Street.

For discontinued products where existing product has a cover photo like the button keychain, can you please remove the existing cover photos? This might take some time to replace. So as not to confuse customers, can you please add removing the cover photos as part of the migration process to another product?

I often find myself delaying creation of my promotional posts until the day a sale starts because the notice email lists a certain product but sometimes not all of them are on sale. This often results in getting my posts out much later in the day. When I have tried getting ready ahead of time, I've had to take additional time to recreate my images before posting anyway. For example, I design a lot of all over print totes and tops, and create my post images using them, only to sometimes find out that they are not included in the sales when totes or shirts are listed. It would be really helpful if the specific items that are included / not included would be spelled out in the sales notices.

When working on a design, it would be nice to have the option to "Move Image to front" or "Move Image to Back". I know we can manually click the forward or backward buttons or click and drag the image in the left hand side of the screen, but just two simple buttons to move the image all the to the back or bring it to the utmost front would be super helpful (especially if your design has many images to work with). If this is already a thing, someone please let me know how to do it. If not, Zazzle please consider. Thanks!

I'm not sure if one exists, but I think it would be great if the designers had access to the full list of products that have these awesome new, updated in-situ options, like the newest options for banners, and luggage tags (and probably lots more I'm not aware of). 😀

Often when using "transfer this design" to create new products, elements from various layers don't carry over when the new product does not have the same design areas or layers. Is there any way that "transfer this design" could "flatten" (as a photoshop reference) the layers to one top layer, so that it guarantees that all design elements are moved to the new product? This way things won't get left behind/forgotten, and also would help customers who use the feature as well. Thanks!

When you're adding products to a collection or removing products from a collection, there's only Recent or All Collections. Could there be a tab to choose from This Store or All Collections? It would help visually, at a glance, to sort what collections are in which store when you're in that particular store.

As the medium and large trinket trays are of the same shape, please add 'This Shape Only' for the Merchandising Options. Going forward, it would also help if creators could select multiple merchandising options and not be constrained to the choices in the current drop down menu. Thank you, W.H.

Last Thursday afternoon, February 17, a new designation appeared on some designers' listing pages. I refer to: We concluded in this thread here that it is an A/B test. Another Zazzler posted here how much she likes it. Since I'm not sure mods any longer read posts with accepted solutions (and in this new format for the forums, posts seem to sink faster than in the previous ones), I'll ask another of my questions, an especially important one, I think, here: What does Zazzle hope to achieve by making the number of views on some of our items public?
