it would be extremely helpful to have insitus for the five favor box styles, with another object placed near them for size comparison purposes, just like you have for the candy jars. despite the fact that the dimensions are listed in the respective "About This Product" descriptions, customers still express dismay that the favor box is smaller than they expected. it is far easier to visualize with a photo. thank you for your consideration!

According to the Department of Labor and Statistics there are nearly one million police officers in the United States. There are almost 5 million firefighters and countless other first responders. Many of these agencies design their own custom award medals and ribbons that are exclusive to their department uniforms. This is a huge market and I think Zazzle could become the leading provider of such awards if you were to incorporate these products into your inventory. Imagine the number of return customers you could get once an agency adopts certain uniform designs. It could be massive.

I know this has been brought up in the past but more and more I am receiving messages from my customers asking for digital invitations. I am a diamond pro seller and specialize in invitations so this is my jam and I am very familiar with what my customers want. I think it's time to seriously think about this Zazzle! I have a 2 and 4 year old who are both in preschool so we get invited to a lot of kids parties and every single one has been invited via a digital invite from a Zazzle competitor. I believe I mentioned this in the old forum, but I think it would be great if, when purchasing invitations, the customer was given the option to choose the matching envelope by the same designer in the dropdown box. The dropdown box already offers envelope options, but not the option for the envelope with the matching design. Please consider adding this option. Thank you.

Can we please either get more colors in the women's basic tee, or another women's tee with a wider selection of colors? The color selection is getting pretty dire in the women's department. There isn't even a pink for vivid print anymore in the women's shirt. Or if even basic tees become unisex (or something like the boy/girl basic tees where they are listed separately but are really just the same shirt using male/female models) so we can get the "men's basic tee" color selection in the women's department. Those do have a pretty nice color selection!

Currently we have two options. One geared towards Affiliates, one geared towards Sellers. Can we get one for Sellers/Affiliates? I used to have several websites devoted just to promoting others works. After opting in for the 35% as I mostly try to sell my own work, I lost out on ALL affiliate income. so, I just closed those websites down as it costs money for hosting. I happily opted in for the 35%. But, I'd be even happier to have an Option 3. While I would get less money for promoting my own work, I'd be making a little though for stores and products I want to promote. AND, it would help defray the advertising and marketing cost "losses" when a customer chooses one of the 20+ "VIEW OTHER DESIGNS YOU MIGHT LIKE". OPTION 1 - Affiliates get 15% for promoting everything. OPTION 2 - Sellers get 35% for only promoting themselves. OPTION 3 - (Proposed) Sellers/Affiliates get 25% for promoting themselves and 10% for promoting others. ZAZZLE BENEFITS: Sellers who have opted in for self promotion will be more inclined to pay for expensive advertising / marketing for not only their own stores, but, to market and sell items from other Zazzle stores as well as show Zazzle banners, etc., that earn affiliate income.

Previews used to be labeled front, back, left, right, etc etc.. That went away with the new page design. I thought that was really helpful and while it's often self-evident which "side" of a product you're looking at, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes it's not clear if you're looking at a different pic of the same side or a different side. Here's two examples where being labeled "Side 1" and "Side 2" would be helpful. Can Cooler Duvet Cover Then there's things like Zipz or pillow case sets where there are multiple pieces each with multiple sides. Also sometimes can't tell which side an insitu is showing. (Accent pillows have five previews but four of them show the same side.) I wouldn't label things "front" & "back" anymore as for many things (like pillows and tote bags for example) there isn't really a front & back, just two sides that may or may not have the same design on them so the product can be worn/displayed either way. But I would love to see them labeled again, to clearly define that - this is one side, and this is a different side.

Please offer the artist the chance to make Educational index cards so we can offer to homeschool parents, families have kids that would like to get a jump on early education, also giving families opportunities to reach out to the artist to customize the different types of cards for kids that have various learning differences.

I have discovered that over the past few months that pacifiers are going in and out of stock due to the mouth guard color and/or size. I did change every one to have a white mouth guard to have them all show in the MP. Sales started again. Sales have stopped again because on the smaller size pacifier all colors of mouth guard are not available. But if one change the product merchandising to the larger size with a white mouth guard then they would all show in the MP again. So I set my product view to 204, chose select all discontinued products, then went to action to mass edit the merchandising view and the only option was to delete. I tried only selecting 24 at a time but again, only an option to delete. To get my pacifiers back in the MP I will have to individually change the merchandising option on 600+ pacifiers. Ouch. Please provide a better way to simply move discontinued product options to an available product option. Thanks for considering, PC ......................

Hi Zazzle, A while back I ran into this issue where I wasn't getting royalties from pinterest because I didn't know this happened. Is there any way you can switch this so we can get the royalty no matter which domain the user started and ended from pinterest to zazzle? I think if I my pin is .ca, .com, .co.uk shouldn't matter, we should be getting the royalty if we bring in the customer from pinterest. Can anyone look into this? it would be much appreciated. This is the answer I received below from Zazzle a while back when I inquired about it. I'm sorry, but it's not an easy task to have a pinterest.ca, pinterest.com and pinterest.co.uk account as it seems was suggested to me, and I think that kind of goes against pinterest rules so I didn't even go there. Let me know if this can be looked into, many thanks or if this has already changed, I'm not aware that it has. :). If a customer clicks on your Zazzle.com link (from Pinterest.ca) and makes a purchase on Zazzle.com, then you would earn a referral. However, if they click on your Zazzle.com link and switch to Zazzle.ca (which is what most customers will do), the referral will not register. Thank you for your feedback. We would definitely like to offer cross-domain tracking in the future, but unfortunately there is no good solution for this, at this time. I haven’t come across a referral program that offers this, but we are constantly keeping an eye out for new technologies that may offer a good solution for this. For now, I do want to mention that the majority of customers shop on the domain that corresponds to their location. So if a customer is in the UK, they are likely to go to Pinterest.co.uk and then check on Zazzle.co.uk. As long as you are pinning your products from the correct domain to the correct Pinterest domain, you should in a good position to earn referrals. Example: Should be pinned to your UK Pinterest account at Pinterest.co.uk. But I understand that pinning on different domains can be overwhelming. I would start with Zazzle.com / Pinterest.com and then go from there.

When an outside link brings a potential customer to a product that no longer exists (deleted, removed, other) could it redirect to that seller’s main store page? It could have a pop up message that said the product couldn’t be found and they are on the main store page. Or, could you show several of that seller’s similar products (by keyword?) in place of the list of unavailable reasons? Reasoning: Someone has successfully gotten a potential customer to Zazzle. The text at the top, at first glance, tells them (potential customer) that their goal failed and they should immediately go away. (I don’t know how many people would stop to read the info before hitting the back button.) Giving them clickable product images from the same store, at the top, would give them (potentially) very similar products to go to. The search result images below are less likely to be similar to what they where looking for.

I would really like to see an insitu image for the Christmas Tree Skirts that show a close-up of one wrapped around the base of a Christmas tree. As it is, it is very difficult to see the designs on many of them that have intricate or small details. It would be great if we had a Featured Collection Option that we could add and remove collections to be viewed on our homepage. It would make keeping our store fronts up to date with holidays, seasons, and events right in line with Zazzles. It would also keep the store home Page from being same old same old, as well as solve needing to constantly rearrange the collection page for each season.

I have several inquiries per week of customers wanting to download or purchase their design as a digital only option (JPG or PDF file). It might be beneficial to see if there is a way to allow customers to purchase this. It might look like the customer designs the invitation and at the top they have the option to purchase 1 JPG file at $8 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty), or a PDF option with 2 designs per page for $10 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty). And if the customer does purchase prints of their design then they would still receive the digital file just as a discounted rate.

Hi Guys! Just went to my store backend to sort sales, and had the thought - gee, it would be GREAT if I could sort by Editor's Picks! So I wanted to suggest that perhaps, when you have another upgrade to the platform coming up, if it's not too much trouble, would it be possible to flag for editor's picks like we sort by last month's sales, all time sales, etc?
