Hello, In the "Earnings Summary" it appears that I have numerical sales, but it does not show in dollars. I got a notification on the site: "You earned a referral", but I don't have any profit from it. Is it possible to get any profit if customers go through the shared link and buy from another store (even a minimum profit of 5%) or simply that I am not shown the increased number of sales and not the existing profit? Not really an urgent idea, but as I continue my quest to finally reach the heady heights of the Pro Bronze Seller tier, the thought occurred to me that I make quite a lot of sales outside the USA Zazzle Marketplace. If I'm remembering correctly, it's only the USA cumulative lifetime sales that count to the tier levels. So it would be nice to have a little counter somewhere on the Earning Summary page that tots up everything earned via USA-only. As I say, not really an urgent one, as it's for sellers' eyes only behind the scenes - but possibly a motivator for some of us (aka, me) to work harder. Lol. ... View more

Sometimes I would like to slightly adjust an image by stretching it - that is, not keeping the proportions whilst enlarging it. The norm is for proportions to be retained. To do this I would have to open the image in image-editing software, make the adjustment, then re-upload to Zazzle. I am happy we have a more diverse range of fonts and am looking forward to see what other fonts we get in the serif and sans serif categories too, etc. However, it would be really great if the text tool could get a revamp to include an ALL CAPS feature so that we don't have to type in CAPS to achieve that effect (so if we change our mind, we can just toggle it off and not have to delete the entire text and retype it in standard case.) Also, since many of the fonts installed have multiple weights and styles available in the wild, but those aren't included in what is available on Z, maybe the option for a faux bold, faux italic feature so we can bold or italicize some of the text we would like that doesn't have that weight or style included from its family in our options. Lastly I'd really love if the text boxes could auto resize instead of taking up the entire width of the page because it becomes a headache when trying to move other items around. Hey, I just wanted to offer the suggestion of having multi-page pamphlets/programs. I like the tri-fold program, but there are some events which require even more pages. Maybe a booklet where the designer/creator could add additional pages to as they work on it? Just a thought. ... View more

I am going through a process of applying my cartoon illustrations, that are currently on magnets, to plaques. The product suggestions below each magnet do not show a plaque as a new blank option, therefore I have to do a new search each time to bring a plaque up so that the artwork and title, description, tags etc carry over. When there are numerous illustrations to transpose, this is quite a chore. it seems to me that there could be a "recently used products" option at the front of the suggested items to apply the artwork to list, so the plaque (in this instance) is readily available to select. ... A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent. It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations. I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. I believe I mentioned this before. Is it possible to make the area for lock and when an image is blocked from view to show up better in the layers section?  In all the browsers I tired the area that shows the images and font as they are layered is a dark gray and the icons are impossible to see. If you do not know these options are available they are pointless. Perhaps the little lock can be black so you know it is there and turns red showing the layer is actually locked. The same with the hide icon. Make it seeable and change the color when it is in use.  ... View more

We have "Recently Used Fonts" which populates with any font you've even tried within a design.  It would be really helpful as a designer (and probably as an end customer as well) if there was a fly-out for "Fonts Used in this Product" which would ONLY list the fonts currently active/in use on a product. Problem with current Dart Boards is the metal web with number.  This limits how we can be creative with designs.  Creators can't create original game ideas.  No metal on front, just 1 inch of Dart Board Cork Circle and Square options Dart board sizes up to 3 feet wide Back side should be printable, mainly for game rules. It would be helpful to add a date to your post title about payment concerns. Some Zazzlers use old posts to voice concerns over late payments etc. I know I always check these posts out and it is frustrating to find it is an old one and then I have to hunt through dozens of outdated concerns.
