In using the awesome tiling tool, one feature I realize I wish I had was the ability to adjust how far apart the objects I'm tiling are spaced without having to resize the object itself.  Sometimes I wish they were closer together and sometimes I wish they were farther apart, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to make this adjustment yet.     Thank you! Just received the last cards I ordered -- and they had a thick rubber band around the cards and envelopes which crinkled the envelope pretty badly.  I can use the envelopes for when mailing something (pretend the post office did the crinkling) - but I won't be able to use them for the birthday cards they came with.  Luckily, I do mail out cards every week - so these will do.  (I did write customer service letting them know about this bad mailing process) and these had the zazzle text on the back of the envelope which other people have been complaining about - very tacky!  Please just STOP doing this. ... I've just started designing my own products, and one feature in the editor that I find I'm really missing is having vertical and horizontal rulers.  This would help me with two different issues.    First, sometimes I'm not clear about how big the area I'm editing is (especially on things like shirts), so having a ruler would make that information easily visible.  Second that feature would make it easier for me to see exactly how large the elements I'm working with are instead of having to eyeball them in the preview.  For example, I was recently using the tiling tool when designing wrapping paper, and in order to figure out what size the tiles were (and I wanted them to be pretty small) I had to count how many tiles appeared from top to bottom and then divide 30 by that number, since the wrapping paper is 30 inches wide!  I don't want to admit how many times I lost count and had to start over 🤐 ... Hello! Not too new here and I have come to the conclusion that categories are not easy for me. Is there a chance to update the old instructions? I am viewing the page with a desktop iMac. When I attempt  to move items from one category to another, or organise/manage my categories, there are all sort of problems. Zazzle instructions come from the link here: https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-gb/articles/220679787-Store-Category-Sorting-and-Browsing they say: How to Set Up a New Category with Custom Icon Go to your Public Products page, click on "All Categories" in the left-hand navigation, and click on "Add new category" under the "Store Categories" title.' This is all clear but in my page I can see nothing called All categories. And the word Categories is not clickable.  Surely in the shop management page there should be an option that when I select a number of items I can move them to a category? But for some reason some end up in Collections and this is not the same. Several members kindly tried to help me but while they can see ALL Categories, I do not! Thanks for your help! ... View more

It would be really helpful if the colorways/product grouping by color would display the color dots in a logical order - either in rainbow order, or something that would keep multiple pinks or greens or blues near each other instead of scattered around? Or maybe one first round of rainbow dots that then drop down other colors in the same range when someone clicks them?  Also would love the ability to change the dot that has been assigned to a product, because some of mine haven't picked up the main point of the colorway that I made (I swapped the gold in a piece of artwork for silver, but the colorway is displaying one different color from a piece of text instead).  And would love to see the colorway dots in the store backend, so we can tell WHICH ones have been grouped and what colors we've made quickly.  🙂   ... It would be great to be able to select products within a collection e.g. to use the action 'group these products'. Sometimes I see that products are not grouped, and I can't select them to be grouped because they are spread over several pages, while they are already in one collection, where they could be easily grouped if that functionality would be available.   ... It would be really handy if we had a font search box. With new fonts being added soon (fingers crossed its sooner rather than later) it would be really helpful. Today I was searching for a way to change my payment method on the Zazzle black settings.  My payment method was outdated, so I wanted to auto renew it with the correct account.  There is no where to do this in the account level.  So, I had to delete the old payment method, hence dropping my auto renewal payment.  If I could've changed it within my account, it would be simple for me.  I suppose deleting the old, and then adding the new will have to do, but seems odd today for this to be.  There are more reasons today than ever that we would have to change our payment methods.  I just think it would be more customer friendly and easier, to control our payment method on the account level, instead of bugging a customer service rep or doing what I just did. ... I’d like to suggest a vertical product view image for the large Hershey’s candy bars. Also, the ability to change their design placement from horizontal to vertical inside the design tool. The candy bars could work really well for vertical designs. Right now, it’s hard to express those designs to a potential customer. It’s harder if the design also has editable templates. Since certain Coffee shops are slowly phasing out the use of paper cups for their beverages, what about having reusable hot and cold coffee tumbler cups that people can take with them. Likewise, cup sleaves for hot beverages should be an add-on or separate customizable gift. Some of the reusable hot drink cups that I have seen on the market for aren't insulated. So, while it is capable of holding a hot beverage. It isn't comfortable to hold due to the warmth of the contents. So having something like a can koozie that can be placed around a standard hot drink cup could be something that people would enjoy having.  ... View more
